• Barnabas (4/5): Disappointing - Good location, subway lines are in 5 min walk. Kitchen is nice. Bathroom is ok however 1 person can fit only at once. Very noisy, walls are thin, if neighbour comes home or have party, you hear everything. The sofa bed in living room is very uncomfortable and noisy.

• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - I had a wonderful stay at Alex's apartment. The space was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated — perfect for relaxing after a day touring London. The bed was super comfy and the Wi-Fi fast and reliable. The location is ideal: quiet, safe, and just a short walk to the tube, with great local cafes and shops nearby. A real gem in London — I’d very much recommend! Thanks Alex !

• Livia (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in a great location, the area is beautiful and quiet, but only a two minute walk to West Kensington tube station and lots of grocery stores. There is all the equipment to cook at home, but there are also many restaurants at the end of the street. The owner is cute and kind, flexible, easy to reach and helps with everything. We booked from London after the plane landed and everything went very smoothly, thank you again! I highly recommend the accommodation!
• Sian (10/5): Excellent Owners, Lovely Property - Would HIGHLY recommend!! - Property owner contacted me prior to our stay to provide me with details of how to access the property. In addition, I received videos showing me how to put up/put away the sofa bed. The property owner offered to provide recommendations for restaurants and shops and was extremely helpful throughout our text interactions. The accommodation was spacious, extremely clean and very well maintained. The beds were comfortable, there was WIFI and a range of kitchen appliances on offer. The bathroom was newly done and the shower was wonderful. Heating was controlled by us. The neighbours were very friendly. All in all, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property. We'll certainly be back in the future!! n/a
• Daphné (8/5): Overall the appart is great, well located, typically London Gem. A bit of refurbishement is needed. - Very easy to communicate with the host. Keys available, very simply and efficient. The front door was difficult to close. Should be reassuring if we could close it more easily.

The host was very friendly, communication was smooth, and the check-in process was simple and convenient, making me feel completely at ease. The room was clean and tidy, with a warm and cozy design that made it very comfortable to stay in. The surrounding environment was also great—quiet and relaxing, allowing me to fully unwind. The amenities were well-equipped, making the stay as convenient and comfortable as being at home. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back—and I will also recommend it to my friends!
• Stefano (5/5): Great location. Clean. In need of re-decoration and clean sofa - Location and cleanliness of the room We found the apartment clean on arrival. The fitted sheet for the sofa bed was not with the duvet and pillows on the clothes rail as described. We looked inside a chest of drawers and found a sheet there. However, disappointingly the sheet was not clean (it was marked in several places). The sofa bed upholstery also was stained. The room with the sofa bed didn't have adequate blinds/shutters so my son didn't have a great night sleep.
• Prabowo (8/5): Very good - Very close to the underground, easy to find a parking space nearby, quite a few restaurants and supermarkets nearby, easy to get to central London. Great host who responded quickly to questions. Room where sofa bed is was too bright in the daytime but it was ok during the winter months, probably need to fix some more light dimming curtains.

• Rachel (7/5): Convenient and comfortable. - The host was friendly, helpful and responsive. The main bed was very comfy and the sofa bed easy to put up and down and fine for our two children. Also a good location for the tube into central London. The upstairs neighbours left their rubbish bags in the hallway outside the apartment door (not just for the day before bin collection but for the whole weekend), which created an unpleasant smell. Some areas of the apartment could do with refurbishment, but it was all clean inside.
• Sanchi (8/5): beautiful apartment. - the apartment was beautiful. location was really good 5 mins walk for district line and 10 mins walk for Piccadilly line room was spacious and clean. the sofa bed was very comfortable and easy to navigate. garbage outside the door kept by neighbors and the main door lock was very difficult to open and close.

• Chantal (8/5): Overall wonderful place. I would certainly return to this property. Washer/dryer worked well, instant coffee was pro - We loved the location. The accommodations were clean and appeared to be well maintained. The atmosphere of the place was very cozy. It felt as if we were staying at a family members home. The main door was difficult to close and open. The pull out bed was not the most comfortable for two people.

• Irzal (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect - very near the District line, quiet, with lots of parking spaces in front, and not so far from the city center. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We did not meet the host but she was very informative via smartphone and things were getting solved easily and fast. Generally, I would book again if visiting London with family. Front door, entrance hall, windows, and some of the furniture need renovation and updating (although very clean in general, those parts of the apartment had a shabby appeal that could be a turn off for some).

• Hyun (6/5): The accommodation was perfect except for being stingy with towel provisions. - The accommodation is located in a residential area with a main road at a distance, so it was quiet and there were no security issues. Additionally, being on the first floor made it convenient for moving luggage and getting around. Furthermore, I can say the facilities were top-notch. We stayed for 5 nights with 4 people, and we were provided with 4 towels plus an extra one, totaling 5 towels. We requested additional towels, but the host refused, stating they adhere to Airbnb rules. If you consider guests staying multiple days like us, you should address the towel issue themselves. By the way, there is a dryer-equipped washing machine available.
• Fiona (9/5): Perfectvlication for us. Comfy and reasonably priced for London - Property was in perfect location for thevplace we were visiting. The Lost Estate was just a 5 minute walk away, but, not a great location if you were there just to sight see London. The streets were rather shabby and not many nice bars or restaurants near by walking. The property was nice though with a super comfy bed. Decoration was a bit tired, but the price reflected this.The information provided by the hosts was really good, informative and thorough. See above
• Megan (10/5): Alex was lovely replied in seconds of me messaging her and was extremely helpful extremely recommend staying here - I’ve stayed in a few apartments over the years and I have to say by far this is certainly one of the nicest! The decor, the location, the comfort of the bed and the sofa. It feels so homey has everything you need. Comes with a lovely leaflet of instructions for everything you need whilst you stay. Very modern and beautiful. The front door is a bit hard to close so just need to make sure it shuts properly behind you

Quiet place and with a good location - bus stops, tube station, grocery stores 4 minutes walk. Alex is a wonderful host, we received full instructions for the check-in, the information was clear.
