• Loukasb (8/5): A good value for money for June - Value for money. It's a relatively modern apartment with a good price for June. Location. It's located within 2' on foot from the main street of Lugomare and the beach. Hot water. It had available hot water all the time. Parking. It says it has a parking spot (closed) and this was one of the main reasons we choose it. On our first night, we didn't have to put it there as a spot was available exactly outside the main entrance. BUT i tried to park it the next day only to find out its impossible. The garage i believe was built as a warehouse and not for cars. Very small with big columns everywhere making it impossible to park it where they indicated (A4 Hatchback) - even if i could i would block the exit of the car next to me. Also the entrance is extremely steep making it dangerous to come in and out. I ended parking my car across the street to a private parking paying 8€ per 24hours. Kitchen. The equipment of the kitchen has the total basics, making hard to cook a meal. Imagine that there was even not a single kitchen paper. I have never been to an airbnb that didn't have a kitchen paper. Host: The host provided no prior details in regards to the booking. Also first time it happens to us. I had to send him a message to ask about the details of the check in.

It's amazing why plumbing can't be arranged in a new beautiful apartment... After all this problem also causes inconvenience to the owners...

This was the ideal place to stay on our trip, very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed! Very close to the beach, very close to supermarkets and other local shops which was ideal for us as we used the apartment’s facilities to cook our meals and enjoy them on the balcony which had a fantastic view. The staff member was very helpful and easy to contact if needed! The bed was comfortable, the sofa in the living room was a great place to relax in the evening. The kitchen had all appliances we could possibly need and more! Amazing apartment and location, wish we could have stayed long term! No complaints! Everything was great :)
