• Eric (5/5): Très déçu par rapport au prix que nous avons payé - Personne pour nous accueillir. Nous avons croisé 2 personnes qui ne nous on même pas adressé la parole. Une des 2 personnes s est permis de roter alors que nous étions entrain de préparer le dîner. Des bocaux entamés ( certainement d anciens locataires ) étaient dans les placards moisis, c est nous qui les avons jettés. Une caméra film l entrée. Une reglement intérieur qui nous demande de ne pas faire de bruit entre 9h00ap et 08h00am alors que les aspirateurs automatiques se mettent en route en pleine nuit en cognant partout et réveillant tout le monde. Nous avons nous peme nettoyé les toilettes et la douche car ils n étaient pas dans un état de propreté irréprochable..

• Arlene (7/5): Welcoming host and good value in cooler weather, but had the feel of a self-serve B&B rather than private holiday sp - The location was good, welcoming host, easy access, close to family. Good eating and sitting area. No air conditioning in an exceptionally hot season which made it difficult for getting in good sleeps. From the advertising we thought it would be more private, but were sharing kitchen and dining area. We thought it was going to be a main floor area to ourselves.
• Noelia (6/5): Good place to spend a few days. - The Rooms were nice and the kitchen had everything you need to prepare light meals. It was very hot in the rooms during the heat wave and there was no ventilation in the house. (The rooms had carpets and no AC.)

Walking distance to groceries, drug stores, Tim's etc. and a fantastic coffee shop called coffee and vanilla. Location, cleanliness and quiet.

I had a little bit of confusion on whether the property indeed had two bedrooms or one. It took a couple rounds of communication with the host to clear the confusion. It wasn't clear from the posting whether the whole house would be ours or only two bedrooms. Once we got to the property, it became clear that our two bedrooms were upstairs, but there is another suite for another guest downstairs, and I think the homeowner also lives there. It was not a nuisance or problem, but I would have liked to know this clearly beforehand. A little bit of explanation on the booking website would clear this up.

• Olusola (10/5): It was a very relaxing, pleasant experience - Beautiful, clean, comfortable, adequate supplies, quiet. Fridge was almost too small when there are multiple visitors . Perhaps a small fridge/ freezer in the room OR a bigger one for sharing?

• Nasibeh (9/5): Superb - We had a master room and it was comfortable and clean. Kitchen was almost good. The location was a bit far from downtown which is fine ,if you have a car. There was sometimes water drainage noise from somewhere in the bathtub drainage path and it was annoying in the room but if it can be solved it is perfect.

• Peter (5/5): A stay that could have been more pleasant if expected basics were provided. - Room was clean. Other guests were very respectful and quiet. Owner of property selective/inconsistent with communication. We were only told after we arrived about some apparent water damage to ??the room that we we expecting to stay in so not even sure if the room we stayed in was what we paid for in the first place. Absolutely no essentials provided to make or store food. No crockery (bowls, plates, cups), cutlery, microwave, and most importantly, not even a mini fridge. Had to go out for breakfast every morning because unable to even store milk.

The private bathroom The spacious bedroom The quiet neighborhood The clean smelling room Only 2 blocks from a Tim Horton's coffee shop! The pillow was too firm and overstuffed for my liking. I didn't use it for sleeping. The water temperature for showering was perfect, however, I found it too cool to have a hot soak. There seems to be a permanent private residence on the same floor (ground level) and I could hear the people talking and snoring.

Place needs a few more amenities such as a TV would be nice, perhaps a fridge and microwave. A comfortable sitting chair and some lighting, art on the wall. Only 2 pillows?

• Milind (10/5): Value for money! Great place for a comfortable stay! - Everything was superb. The room was huge and bed was large and comfy. Bathroom was very spacious with a jacuzzi. The place was very clean. Location was convenient for us. Kitchenette was well equipped with appliances and cutlery. The place exceeded our expectations. Will stay there again anytime I visit Vancouver next. Everything was excellent. The host seems to be very focused on customer satisfaction. No complaints about our stay.

• Rebecca (6/5): Pleasant - The location was exactly what we needed. We weren't clear when we booked that it was a shared kitchen space and common area. It turned out to be fine but would have preferred more privacy.
• Rick (7/5): We would stay there again but might bring a tablet to watch a movie on! - The location was perfect. We had a meeting in downtown Vancouver the next morning and this location made it very doable. Close to Hwy #1 and about 30 minutes to our meeting. Access was easy. Parking was available. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Bedroom was large but sparse of furniture and wall coverings. A couch would be nice in the bedroom. The common area of the home was quite nice. There is a butler kitchen that can be used (I think) that was very nice. We didn't meet our host. Everything was done by text. We asked if chairs would be available to sit on the upper deck and enjoy the sun. We were told that they would check and get back to us, but they never did. There is no tv in the room but there is one in the common area. We could not, could not, get it working. We texted our host and they asked us to send them a photo to show the issue. I sent a pic of the 2 remotes saying they did not work - and never heard back. It was just odd not to be able to engage with your host.
