• Tetiana (10/5): - Stefano was so nice! He met us near the apartment and showed everything there. Also, he recommended us good places to visit. The apartment was clean, with coffee machine and hot water:) Our stay was perfect. Totally recommend to visit!
• Anja (10/5): Excellence - Super clean and comfortable. The bed and sofa bed were great! It has a washing machine and dryer. We arrived really late and they offered to buy us some groceries so we had something for the night and breakfast which honestly I never received such a kind gesture anywhere I stayed before. Their communication was also impeccable. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence. Perfect base to get around!

L’appartamento è accogliente, molto ben curato e situato in una posizione comoda per visitare la città e raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse. L’ambiente è tranquillo, pulito e confortevole, perfetto per sentirsi come a casa anche durante un viaggio. • Alessandra (9/5): Consigliatissimo - L’appartamento è molto accogliente. Curato nell’arredamento e dotato di tutto ciò che serve per un comodo soggiorno. Sia il proprietario che il suo collaboratore sono persone gentilissime e disponibili, pronte ad aiutare anche oltre il dovuto. Grazie Stefani! ❤️ Zona tranquilla e sicura di Firenze, vicina alla fermata di tram Leopoldo, in pochi minuti si arriva in centro oppure Careggi. Vicini anche supermercati, rosticceria, bar. Ritorneremo senz’altro alla prima occasione.
• Emma (10/5): A very relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable stay in Apartment 8! - Stefano’s apartment was beautifully clean, comfortable and quiet. It had everything we needed and was in close proximity to the bus stop and local supermarket. Everything worked perfectly, and we had full access to the air conditioner, washing machine and clothes dryer. Stefano was amazingly helpful, proactive and generous. He made sure we had everything we needed, gave us lots of recommendations and even showed us some iconic Florentine sights! It was easy to contact him and communicate- he is very friendly and passionate and eager to help!

• Melania (10/5): - Proprietario gentilissimo ci ha anche lasciato come cadeau dell'olio locale e ci ha dato indicazioni preziose su cosa vedere e dove mangiare; posizione eccellente per raggiungere il centro a piedi; 200m da un supermercato dove ci fermavamo la sera prima di rientrare; struttura pulitissima ed accogliente; letti molto comodi; asciugamani e piumini e cuscini a volontà; presente anche asciugatrice oltre che lavatrice; cucina accessoriata; bagno nuovo; condizionatori e TV in ogni camera perfettamente funzionanti così come il wifi; il proprietario ci ha anche lasciato il posto auto davanti a casa non a pagamento e ci siamo sempre mossi a piedi. Davvero complimenti! Niente!!!!! Tutto perfetto!!!

Il proprietario è estremamente gentile, sempre disponibile a dare consigli su cosa visitare, dove mangiare – grazie ai suoi suggerimenti la nostra vacanza è stata ancora più speciale. Unico piccolo inconveniente: trovare parcheggio può essere un po’ difficile, ma non ha rovinato l’esperienza. Consiglio questo appartamento a chiunque voglia godersi comfort e vera ospitalità!
• stefano (10/5): Nuova scoperta inaspettata a Firenze - Rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso in quanto sono venuto a Firenze per motivi personali con il mio amico a 4 zampe, e ahimè per un disguido/ritardo ho perso l' ultimo treno. A Firenze c' era un evento e io sono solito soggiornare in hotel quando mi trattengo fuori citta ma era tutto pieno e i pochi posti dove c'era posto non erano ammessi gli animali. Rassegnato ho cercato un appartamento per passare la notte e ho trovato questa struttura dove non solo ha accettato me e "Mia" il mio cane .. mi hanno accolto in una maniera supergentile mi hanno fatto trovare lenzuola asciugamani acqua caffe the e tisane e mi hanno indicato un ristorante ancora aperto a tarda sera a 5 minuti dall' appartamento. L' appartamento era pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort lavatrice asciugatrice televisioni wi fi (cose che non ho utilizzato a causa del mio brevissimo soggiorno). La zona molto silenziosa e tranquilla con la fermata della tranvia a 2 passi. Ringrazio Stefano e tutto lo staff e se tornerò a Firenze avrò un punto di riferimento sicuro dove andare. Niente tutto ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative

• Christophe (9/5): Bel appartement pour quelques jours à Florence - Propriétaire extrêmement accueillant et disponible. Cuisine bien équipée. De même pour la salle de bain. Situé en dehors du centre, mais le tram n’est pas loin. Juste à savoir: le trafic dans la rue peut être important les matin et soir. Prévoir boules Quiès pour ceux que cela peut gêner.

• Sharone (8/5): Excellent host - Stefano, the host was the best part. He was very2x helpful to the extent of offering to buy the groceries for us because we would be arriving late. He also provided excellent recommendations for places to eat or where to find supermarkets and even recommended a reliable taxi app because we have to be at the airport very early in the morning. The main bedroom is very comfortable and I like the fact that there was a large smart TV where I could browse the Youtube and watch programs on Netflix. The neighborhood was noisy during our stay.

I would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in beautiful Florence.

• Lucie (8/5): Very good - Very friendly, communicative and helpfull staff. Well equiped and clean apartment. We appreciated the coffee machine. And great location! Walking distance to the city center. The property is located in the underground floor and unfortunatelly the street is noisy even in the night. But it was OK for 1 night.
• Arati (10/5): Felt at home due to how the property has everything you need when you’re away from home. :) - It’s got everything you need. From plenty of big shampoo and body shower bottles, soaps, lots of towels, washing machine, hairdryer, lots of bottle of oil to cook, cooking dishes, cutleries and awesome coffee machine! Extremely helpful if you’re travelling on a tight budget or didn’t have time to bring a lot of stuff due to weight restrictions on the plane. Stefano provided lots of good restaurant recommendations! Any problem was dealt very quickly. There is also a nice range of Italian products like honey, olive oil, wines etc that you can buy if you don’t have the time to go shopping for souvenirs. :) Can hear noises outside. But this is a problem that most Italian houses/hotels have.
