• Roman (10/5): - Very cool place! It's clean and hospitable. We enjoyed playing ping pong and basketball. You can try rare wines in the basement. Also there is a barbeque zone, you can even try cooking tandyr. There is a bar zone. I mean there are many things for a reasonable price. 10/10 what else to add)
• Armine (9/5): Cute place to stay with a big group and rent the entire floor. Close to the city centre. - Very cute atmosphere, good location. It was like i stepped into someone’s home, for example used dish washing sponges and towels, fridge full of food part of which was spoiled and smelly.

• NAIRA (8/5): Очень было хорошо, приветливые хозяева, рекомендую для многочисленной компании. - Расположение отличное, завтрак не был включен изначально. Интересный дизайн, новое со старым вперемешку. Очень удобный номер для путешествия с семьей или друзьями. 4 спальни, так что можно всем разместиться, хорошая кухня, со всеми необходимыми приборами. Есть баскетбольный щит, и теннисный стол в подвале, так что можно развлечься и поиграть в баскетбол и теннис, до центра рукой подать. Чувствуешь себя как дома. Очень комфортно. Все под рукой и очень удобно. Все есть и все продумано.
• Narine (10/5): Շատ լավ - Տունը լուսավոր և գեղեցիկ ինտերիերով էր, հին ու նոր վոճերի համատեղումներով: Տունը և իր ողջ տարածքը իդեալական մաքուր էին: Խոհանոցում ամեն ինչ առկա էր՝ սպասք, գազօջախ, սառնարան, թեյնիկներ, անգամ սուրճ-թեյերի տեսականի: Ննջարաններում ևս առկա էր ամեն ինչ՝ նախ մաքուր էր, ու առկա սպիտակեղեն, մոդեռն լոֆտ պահարան, հայելի: Բակը բավականին հարմար էր, անգամ կար բասկետբոլ խաղալու համարութուն: նկուղը ձևափոխած էր բառի, գինու մառանի և սեղանի թենինս խաղալու հավես միջավայրի: Տան ետնամասում կար խորոված պատրաստելու հարմարություն: իսկ 2-րդ հարկի պատշգամբում առկա էին լուսային էֆետներով ժամանցի նստատեղեր: Ավտոմեքենաների կայանումը ևս շատ հարմար էին: ընդամենը 1 բան՝ տանը չկար բազոց, և TV դիրքը շատ անհարմար էր՝ այսինք ուշ երեկոյան տանը ժամանցի հարմարավետ նստելու հնարավորությունը չկար:

• Elina (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. Very friendly and polite, helpful hosts. They showed us the whole house, told us its history, and answered our questions. The house was very cosy, very well equipped and thought out. For sure we will stay there again in summer to enjoy the outside part of the house.
