• Ana (4/5): Overall great place as a whole, wishing the staff were more attentive! - The location was amazing and it was absolutely prime. We tried to contact the staff with our needs (different ones on separate occasions) and we were met with radio silence. That was very disappointing.
• Anonymous (1/5): Room was terrible, no windows we could open, no fan. The facility was clean. - Location. Clean, including the shared bathroom common kitchen The room was HOT (approaching summer) , only 1 window which opened to which smelled of sewage, so we could not keep it open. Asked the host for a fan, which he said was not available, asked if we could check out late - no response. The other rooms in the appartment looked good / were the ones we saw pictures of when we booked

• Poonam (7/5): Great location and safe but it’s an old building, some facilities can improve. - I reacted an hour early before checkin time but I was received and handed over the key an hour early. This was a good experience. Property location is great and property is safe. I had issue with the lights in my room and the corridors one full night and hence I had very tough time getting ready under my mobile light. It came back later when I was at the room From office but it was definitely uncomfortable. I had issues with the door lock and it took me an hour plus to open.

• Daniel (9/5): Superb - Location and room. I knew that it was a shared Barthroom, but my mom didn't really enjoy that hat experience. For me it was fine.
• Melissa (9/5): Very nice stay! - I really enjoyed my stay there and it was so comfortable in winter because it was very well heated. Wifi also worked very well. I recommend! It was a bit noisy outside during the night on weekends, which woke me up.
• Lia (1/5): Bad - Worst host ever! Very toxic person! The check-in process is bizarre. First host wrote to me that we could check in at 15:30, even though there was information that check-in starts from 15:00 and when I asked "Why?" I got the answer "If we coordinated before it would be possible as we coordinate on the same day I have spot only at 15:30" I didn't even know that I should coordinate for check-in, and after we arrived it turned out that the address indicated at booking is not completely correct!

• Georgiy (7/5): decent place to stay in central Barcelona - This place has lockable rooms in an apartment with shared kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The elevator is old and tiny, but I could fit with the luggage. Location is quite central, although not ideal if fast access to metro is required (walking about 20 minutes). Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The staff communicated efficiently, check-in and out were easy, facilities were good would be nice to have hooks in the bathroom and in the room to hang towels. The soundproofing inside the apartment is not great (otherwise the place is rather quiet though). There were many long dark hairs on bathroom walls - I guess from the cleaners
• Nicolas (6/5): Good room but very noisy - Very convenient location near the old town, everything's easily accessible by foot or by metro. The apartment was very proper, with what you'd expect from a hotel room plus kitchen amenities. The walls are paper thin. You can hear the person in the other room breathing at night and waking up in the morning as if they were in the same room as you. The streets are also very noisy until around 2 am. The building is old and the elevator is really bad. The check-in/check-out process was kind of confusing.

• Henriksen (7/5): Cheap place, great location - Great location. I was well received. Had what I needed Sound travelled a bit too easy through the walls. Kitchen had too few mugs. Would've been great to be allowed to use the washing machine.
• Marina (6/5): Good for a short stay - The location is very good, near all sorts of public transport and restaurant areas. Overall, the room and the apartment was very clean and organized. The two bathrooms were a good option given the number of guests in the apartment. The place is not a hotel, it is an apartment with different rooms. The room was smaller than we expected and looks to a indoor patio that is not very quiet.

• Alannah (4/5): Disappointing. It could so easily and without much cost be improved. - The towels were good, the beds comfortable, the kitchen reasonably equipped. Given we were there for America’s Cup business the location was excellent. Broken door knobs, difficult keys, the shaky lift, no hooks in bathrooms or bedroom to hang towels or clothes (not in wardrobe). No aircondtioner when it was in the inclusions, dining room filled with drying sheets and towels. Address was no 4 (looked in better condition). It was actually no 3. Smells…
