Cevat (1/5): Poor guest service from the management Joivy team. - Location We were unhappy with our 6 days stay at the property and few of the points are here below. - not properly cleaned propety when we arrived: hair and dust..its like never dusted for months - ⁠no proper toiletries for 5 guests over 6 nights, we bought toilet paper, shower lotions.. - ⁠one towel per guest is not enough for such stays - ⁠NO Pre Notice about construction would commence on 25th at 6am every morning, bedrooms are next to construction and people noise - ⁠batteries weak in tv remote - ⁠and few more issues

A proximité de beaucoup de choses tout en étant au calme! La maison est bien agencée et le petit patio est un vrai plus très appréciable! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
Elisabeth (6/5): It was for us a convenient place and adequate for our family needs. - Unfortunately it was a very cold weekend. The heating was insufficient and went off at night. The glass doors to the patio let an enormous amount of heat escape. They would benefit from retractable heavy curtains. Some of the mattresses and duvets were lumpy and uncomfortable. We were also disturbed by the early morning (7am) noise from oxygen delivery and rubbish collection from the Edward VII hospital. (Not your fault)
Thomas (10/5): A fantastic place to stay in the the heart of London. - Very clean, good welcoming assistant. Heated. All worked very well. Nothing it was all fantastic. Veery comfortable.
