• Maciej (7/5): Good location but the apartament needs some care. - The apartament condition was not the best. The toilet desk was completely broken so using the toilet was uncomfortable. There was a coffee machine but the coffee tabs for it had wrong size so we could not use it. I don't like soft beds and these were definitely soft so my sleep was not the best.

• roberta (4/5): - Posizione comoda al centro e alla metro La struttura è sporca e trascurata. In 5 forniscono 1 asciugamano a testa per la doccia e SOLO 1 asciugamano per le mani! Era finito il sapone e non ce l’hanno portato nemmeno dopo averlo chiesto.
• Fabrice (8/5): Logement confortable idéalement bien logement confortable idéalement placé - Logement bien placé, juste à côté de la station de métro Re Di Roma. Proximité des commerces (supermarché, boulanger, boucher, restaurants). Literies confortables. Voisin au-dessus un peu bruyant le matin, mais celà ne nous a pas derangé plus que ça.

• Stefania adriana (8/5): Quality price ok - It is a large, well-proportioned apartment with very quick access to the metro and supermarket. It is a place for less picky people. The cleaning is not that well done, the AC in the bedrooms only works cold, they have radiators but the heat starts after November 15th. There is no coffee machine with capsules or coffee beans. If you are not picky it is ok

Nous rrecommandons ! - Emplacement (proche métro et bus) et pas loin des monuments !, espace, beauté, confort des matelas, tout fonctionnel, beau plancher, plafonds hauts, grandeur des placards, eau bien chaude, ascenseur ancien sympa, double vitrage, le nécessaire en cuisine... Très agréable ! Un chien dans un appartement à côté qui aboyait un peu de temps en temps et un bébé qu'on a un peu entendu pleurer... mais ce fut très court ! ;) Les rideaux laissent passer un tout petit peu de jour sur les côté mais franchement à peine...

• Nizami (10/5): Так, как мы сняли квартиру всего лишь на одну ночь было всё нормально. - Местоположение было хорошим. Квартира просторная и большая, постель чистая. Не было вещей первых принадлежностей, например, как шампунь, гель для душа, мыло.В кухне была только мебель посуда стол стулья. Квартира не подходит на 1-2 дня, только на длительное проживание, и то сразу надо будет закупаться всем. Чистота средняя ,месторасположение хорошее. Для парковки машины есть место, но платное час за евро, с 1900: до 08:00 бесплатно, но место найти трудновато.

The apartment is well located, close to a supermarket, fruit sales, pizzeria, ice cream parlor, etc. The bathroom does not have glass to close it and the bathroom gets wet when taking a shower. I didn't like not having a washing machine.

The accommodation was spacious, clean, equipped with everything necessary, and the landlady was kind and helpful with everything we needed. We especially appreciate good service at accommodations, and here it was at a high level. Thank you and we recommend it to everyone traveling to Rome.

The shower was very hard to get in and out of due to the door only opening and if your a bigger person you would find this hard. The shower head also needs upgrading. There was no washing machine or iron or ironing board, which I think if your hiring an appartment their should be..

• Sally (9/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our time in rome and our stay at this apartment - Great location with metro station a few hundred yards away with direct line to city centre in 4 stops. Apartment on the 3rd floor with lift available was excellent, large beds, good size rooms. Good area with various shops and restaurants nearby. Host was there to meet us to hand over keys and in direct communication throughout our stay. Nothing, but a toaster would have been useful. Positioning of shower with sliding door only gave narrow access and not suitable for larger people, possibly a folding door might have been better.

• Lydia (9/5): This is a great neighborhood, with a spacious clean apartment, managed by a lovely, helpful host. - This is a perfect spot. Very close to metro. Great food shopping options, and restaurants, yet a distance away from the frantic pace of large groups of tourists. would prefer clothes washer to dishwasher, but there are laundries and dry cleaners close by.
• Venkatakrishnan (10/5): Nice stay close the center. - The host Ida was right there on site waiting for us at the time we had mentioned. The house looks fabulous and has all the necessary amenities. Kitchen has all the necessary equipments to cook a meal. You can take the metro in about 300 metres or the bus in about 150 metres to get to the center. Center is about 10 minutes from the place. We were a group of 5 who stayed and we enjoyed the entire stay. Nothing major. Wifi is slow in the bedrooms which is a small issue that can be improved.

• Paul (10/5): Perfect. Location close to a metro and in a decent residential area. - We were met upon arrival and keys were handed to us immediately. Host was very polite and helpful throughout our stay and often checked in with us. There were no problems at all. It was all very, very good.
