• Chloe (10/5): Kinky escape with a touch of paradise. - I loved everything about this property, it’s comfortable, the host is such a nice person and there for you at all times, but will leave you be unless asked questions. Yes the property is under a main house, yes there’s clear noise between the properties but not one single moment did any of us go “oh no this is embarrassing”, we felt like we had the ultimate privacy from everything. You are 2 minutes from a bougie IGA that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg, and THAT BATH, absolutely mind blown. Can comfortable fit 3 plus size people in it, all items inside are very clearly sanitised and the whole property is just 10/10. Will be back here soon!

Compared with similarly themed accommodation, it represented great value! We're looking to book again. We had trouble casting preferred media to the TV, but that's pretty common at a lot of accommodation.

Pet friendly was a deal breaker and Tim the host and absolute legend. The outdoor bath is a must do !! Nothing…. Seriously exceptional value fkr money.

Thanks guys !! - The massive outdoor hot tub with sensational scenery amongst the gardens. The shower is also worth mentioning - it’s rare to come across one that ticks all the boxes but this one does. Great water pressure, temperature and shower head. The mattress. It’s not terrible but certainly not fantastic either.

• Krystina (10/5): - The space is so well equipped and cosy! Between all the awesome furniture, the bath and the lovely garden space, it's a real get away spot. You are on the lower level of the house, but it's feels very private and there is only the occasional noise of walking or water from upstairs. The kitchenette was great, the bed comfortably, and the host friendly, responsive and respectful. There wasn't anything that was bad really. The driveway is steep, but that's not a big deal

• Chris (7/5): Enjoyable stay, very comfortable. - Well equipped, lots of things to try. Very comfortable bed, bath was very enjoyable. Great shower, plenty of hot water and pressure. Property is under main residence and can hear noise from above, dare say above can hear noise from below. Smoke alarm went off upstairs at about 9.30pm while we were “occupied” and it ruined the mood.
• Blair (9/5): Great place but don’t need to go there again. - It’s a great little studio. Genuinely. Similar to what others have said, it’s just a bit weird that the owners are directly above you. The children playing next door makes it feel less tranquil and secluded.
• Brendan (10/5): Fun times in Cockatoo - The theme was excellent. There was lots of attention to detail. There was a lot of options to play with. Like it was amazingly good! This is clearly a professional set up by people who really know what they are doing. Although for newbies like us you we probably needed a bit of instruction guide on some of the options It didn't feel as private as it could be. We could easily hear people walking around upstairs. Normally I wouldn't mind too much but for this sort of accommodation we really wanted total privacy. The rest of the house felt very close by and the neighbours both had backyard decks overlooking the property as well so we didn't really feel comfortable using the outdoor bath. Like they had put up a bit of a screen and a hedge but we could still see into their house so we assume they could see us as well.

• Mikaela (8/5): Amazing set up for a romantic getaway - The apartment was really well set up for adult fun, so many extra details that enhanced our stay... We enjoyed the lounge room furnishings including the couches & St Andrews Cross. The toy selection was great with various whips & other bdsm/adult toys, it was fun to try some of them out. We liked there was a disinfectant bucket for after use! Romatic lighting & artwork was a nice touch. Kitchen had all the necessities for a short stay. The bed was lusciously furnished with beautiful fabrics and was comfy. We enjoyed the closet full of costumes. Bathroom adequate with a nice shower pressure. Apartment was comfortable, extremely fun and overall great with good heating, furnishings & everything you need. We barely went outside during our stay but the area is really nice and main street has some good takeaway and basic food options. I thought I must have missed something in the description as I didn't realise until after I booked that this apartment is underneath the hosts house! Unfortunately we were aware of the hosts presence throughout our stay hearing footsteps above & a toilet flushing. Just a little disconcerting given the nature of the accommodation, it felt like we were in someone elses house when i was hoping for a private bush hideaway. Unfortunately even the outdoor bath tub was unusable for us as despite a hedge, you can see through into the next door neighbours house where there were kids playing, so we didn't feel comfortable getting naked out there - a screen at the end of the house blocking the bath would be good & offer more privacy. Other minor negs were the TV was too far from the couch to just be able to chill and watch it & there was no body wash or soap in the bath room.

We both very much lot enjoyed our stay, Tim was very accommodating - we were running behind on our check in time and he was so amazing with that! The house was extremely clean and well put together. 10/10 recommend for any couple to stay, especially ones wanting to try something new. Instructions were very clear even though we never met in person (this was our fault not the hosts!), definitely would stay again.

From the moment we arrived, the unique decor and playful ambiance set the tone for a memorable night. Each room is themed creatively, with vibrant colors and fun furnishings. Tim greeted us upon arrival, he was welcoming and attentive and was able to offer us an earlier check in. The outdoor bath is just perfect, not to mention all the props adds an adventurous twist to the stay. Overall, the Cock or two is a fantastic choice for those looking to explore their adventurous side in a lighthearted and enjoyable setting. The couch is very firm…. Overall the place is hard to fault.

• Segia (5/5): Pros and cons - We Liked the vibe, the decor & the different options of equipment we had free use of. It was Exactly what we were looking for as a newly wed couple. We liked how the hosts communicated with us as we were going to arrive late that night (wedding night), they were also very clear with instructions. Didn't like how our room was directly under the main house. Lying in the room, hearing footsteps walking above and the noise of the flushing toilet surround the walls. Honest opinion, I Felt awkward knowing that the above would be able to hear everything we did down below. Privacy was definitely a big thing for us.
• Connell (9/5): Superb - It is a very spacious and comfortable studio apartment, with plenty of seating, and a nice kitchenette including an espresso machine, microwave and airfryer. A very comfortable double bed and ensuite with good water pressure in the shower. An extensive range of exotic gym equipment, and a woodfire heated hot tub outside overlooking the Dandenong ranges forrest, and a great bbq patio area for when it's dinner time and still hungry for sausages. A short 5 minute walk into town for a meal. The movie "The Exorcist" happened to be on TV that evening, so that was also quite enjoyable before heading to bed. The hills in the area are rather steep but manageable
