Sandy (10/5): - The apartment was roomy and very clean. A great kitchen to prepare meals and a small supermarket a couple of minutes walk away. The bathroom was a good size with good hot water and lovely thick towels. We slept well in the very large and comfortable bed with good quality linen. Even though we were close to main area and railway station it was very quiet at night. The management we dealt with were extremely helpful and accommodating. Thankyou. If we are ever lucky enough to come back to London we would choose this accommodation again.
Lisa (8/5): Overall a good place to stay, location excellent - location is very good, handy for public transport & shops, restaurants, pubs and area was quiet/safe and apartment was clean. Code access was easy, Hosts were very responsive and helpful when we had queries & issues. The double bed was a bit lumpy in places on one side - maybe aging springs & another of the beds mattress was sloping down to one side. Lounge area was a bit small for 4 people & there was no table for eating, only a small round coffee size table next to the 2 person sofa. Two people had to sit at the island bench seats to eat or just to sit watch TV. Would be good to have better instructions on the heating regulation as it was either too hot or too cold & hard to work out how to operate the heaters. The host did try to explain verbally but written instructions would have helped. Our heated towel rails in both bathrooms didn't work so it was cool in them & hard to dry towels & washing, although the hosts were apologetic & very helpful by arranging for us to have extra towels. We had to share shower/hair toiletries across the two bathrooms which was a bit inconvenient over 9 nights. There's no shelving/ place to store clothes aside from an open space wardrobe with just a hanging rail & 5/6 hangers between two people. Some simple things like coat hook rack in the hallway would be very helpful also being winter, we all had big jackets & nowhere to put them with hangers at a premium for clothing.

Shadi_Almoziny (6/5): Pricey compared to the convenience and location - Very clean and everything is new Staff response is quick Soundproofing is excellent No elevators No hangers in the bathroom No drainage for the floors in the bathroom Showering in the bathroom with the bathtub causes a lot of water to leak on the floor because the class partition on top of the bathtub is not sealing the water The barket step-sound is noisy No shampoo, shower gel, tooth brushes and paste, no slippers. The main entrance to the building is always smelling not good No trays to put the luggage on. Need to pit them on the floor. No trash pins inside the rooms (only in the kitchen and bathrooms) The checkout is too early (10:00 am) No concierge or reception. The process to enter the apartment is more like Airbnb, not booking.com level. In general, it's pricey for the location and the missing convenience things inside the apartment

Annabel (10/5): An extremely enjoyable and comfortable stay - It was very clean, spacious and comfortable, and we were so grateful they agreed to accommodate us at 9pm after a 14 hour flight from Singapore. We found out when we landed that our original booking (made in March) was suddenly cancelled with no reason. The kind staff at Hybrid Resi went out of their way to make sure we got there safely and were made to feel welcome. I cannot fault their helpfulness and highly recommend their comfortable residence. Igor (10/5): Awesome - I liked so many things. First off all it was clean. Me and my child are allergic to a lot of stuff and we didn’t have any problems in this apartment. The street is full of good bakery’s, pubs and restaurants. If you take bus 14 it can take you to the other side of the river where you can find stores for groceries and more restaurants. You have two underground stops in the neighborhood. It was everything we were looking for from an apartment in London. We loved it and if are ever in London we are coming back to this place and we are already making plans to go back because there is so much to see and do in London.
Sergio (10/5): Excellent accomodation, highly recommended! - Excellent location. Fantastic apt, modern and extremely clean. Comfortable beds in large bedrooms and huge bathrooms. Very nice balcony as well. The host was really nice, supportive and extremely responsive. We will use it again for sure! Highly recommended! Nothing. It was all perfect.
