• Laura (10/5): - L'appartamento era molto pulito e la cucina completa di tutto: c'erano persino olio, sale, zucchero e le capsule per fare il caffè. La stazione ferroviaria era a due passi a piedi e il centro storico a 10 minuti. Una bella permanenza. Nonostante ci fosse un piccolo ascensore ricavato dalla rampa delle scale, non siamo riusciti ad utilizzarlo (soprattutto quando avevamo i bagagli con noi) perché si bloccava. Anche l'oscuramento delle finestre per la notte non è stato possibile.

• Simon (6/5): Will not go back. - Appartment is ok. Location also. Host refuses to send an invoice. This is not acceptable. I don't know how to handle this with accounting and tax (it was a professional trip)

• Iraizozlean (8/5): Departamento amplio con excelente ubicación en Zurich - Un depto excelentemente ubicado, muy cerca de la estación principal de tren de Zurich, Zurich HB. En honor a la verdad las fotos no reflejan lo bueno y grande que es el depto. Es mucho más espacioso y cómodo. Si tienen dudas, pueden alquilarlo sin miedo porque vale la pena. Súper buena onda y comunicativo el anfitrión. Hicimos todo por wapp y salió perfecto.
• Steph (6/5): While the inside was beautiful and clean, the location is in the center of a red light district. Lots of yelling, young - The apartment was very neat and clean and spacious. The inside was a 5 star! Unknown to us, this is in the center of a red light district. It was loud at night and we didn’t feel safe being out after dark. There were inappropriate things happening outside the window. This really needs to be included in the property details. We were very disappointed.

• Katherine (6/5): It was okay. - The property is close to the main station and has a variety of restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and the host was available 24/7. The apartment had all the amenities listed. Although this apartment is close to the station, it’s a rowdy neighborhood, especially at night. Definitely not ideal for guests with young children. The entrance is also near the dumpster so it was a little unpleasant walking in and out. One thing that can improve the stay would be the installation of black out curtains/ darker curtains.

• Liz (9/5): Great Location and very nice apartment - Great location - easy walk from/to the train and bus stations, restaurants and shops. Easy walk along the river, to the lake, sites and cafes. The living area in the apartment was quite big and had overall it had everything you need, including a washing machine. The windows were large for ventilation, but also kept out the evening noise well (passing revellers!). The host was very responsive to any queries. The kitchen was very small and needed a few more basic utensils, but we made do. There was an oven but no microwave JFYI. As we had 3 people, the couch was made up as a bed - so the space was a little more crowded. Probably better for 2 people. The bathroom was very small - but fine for a few days. JFYI - quite a lot of stairs to carry luggage up. The small lift didn’t seem to be working (we weren’t brave enough to try!!!)
• Jolyane Pb (8/5): Chaudement recommandé. - Facile d'accès depuis la gare Zurich HB. Épicerie Coop tout près pour faire ses repas. Appartement très bien aménagé et équipé. Communication efficace avec l'hôte. Fenêtres fermées qui offrent une bonne insonorisation, car le quartier est animé tard le soir. Accès à 2 ventilateurs sur pied. Nous nous y sommes sentis en sécurité pour y faire nos déplacements à pieds malgré les commentaires. Nous n'avons finalement pas utilisé la laveuse séchante, mais elle se trouve dans la salle de bain. L'entrée de l'immeuble donne sur le dépôt des poubelles, ce qui cause une odeur désagréable dans ce secteur. Toutefois le logement est au 2e étage et l'odeur ne s'y rend pas. La salle de bain et la douche sont TRÈS petites, ce qui peut être incommodant pour une personne de forte corpulence.
• Fleitout (8/5): - Appartement confortable et propre, proche de la gare et du centre touristique: nous avons tout fait à pied. Une fête dans le terrain en face sympathique mais bruyante.
• ana myriam (8/5): Excelente departamento - El departamento es excelente, renovado impecablemente limpio, con todo lo necesario y ni un elemento demás. El acceso. Lamentablemente no es algo que el propietario pueda manejar. En el patio de acceso hay basura y el ascensor no funcionaba. Por suerte al llegar al depto la perspectiva cambia.
• Alexone (9/5): Great stay if you are ok with the shady neighbourhood - Clean and confortable. Great host. Central location. Good internet. The neighbourhood is like the red district in amaterdam. There are prostitues and shady people around mostly at night which could be an issue for some. I was approached by a prostitute right at the gates. A drunk man aproached us yelling nonsense and laughing, at one point. There are pimps and prostitutes living inside the building and they had a fight. That made us feel very unconfortable. I travelled with a kid and a woman and they got scared a few times. If this is not an issue for you, i highly recommend this stay.

• Mahinsasa (9/5): pleasant stay - Near the centre of Zurich. It is a very nice well-equipped apartment. The surroundings are bustling and not quiet.

• Ayanavo (9/5): The stay was pleasant and the location was a big plus with the kitchen having all the utensils. - The location was near the Zurich HBF and could be managed by foot which was ideal for travel in the city. The bathroom though very neat and tidy was a bit small for a family.

• Farah (9/5): The location, wifi, and house was excellent. Everything you need is there. And the host is super hospitable too. - Pretty much everything. The lift is super small. Nonetheless, the house is at the second floor so you just need to walk up the stairs

• Ha-minh (8/5): Very friendly host. Very clean and well equipped. - Cosy apartment, very clean and well equipped. Central location. Around the building, it is very noisy all night (loud music from bars or party, people screaming). Quite difficult to sleep even with windows closed. We were staying for Friday and Saturday nights, so we don't know about weekdays. Ironically, it is quite quiet during daytime.
