Ban công riêng thư rất tuyệt với view nhìn ra mặt đường, vị trí xung quanh có nhiều nhà hàng, quán ăn và dịch vụ. Riêng tư, phù hợp với các khách lưu trú thường xuyên ra ngoài vào ban đêm. None

- Vincenzo (10/5): Best Studio flat in Ho Chi Minh City with Stunning Balcony & lovely host! - I loved everything about my stay! First of all, the balcony is beautiful — full of greenery, with a bench and a table where you can enjoy a cosy coffee, tea (both included), or even lunch outdoors. It’s covered, so you get shade on sunny days and protection if it rains. The balcony also has a large, modern kitchen that’s fully equipped with all the utensils and cookware you might need. There’s even a washing machine, and you can hang your clothes outside to dry. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed, a huge wardrobe, a big smart TV with plenty of entertainment options, and a large desk — perfect for working. It also had a big fridge, a fan (first time I’ve seen one in a room!), and excellent air conditioning. The bathroom was also very clean and brand new, with a great shower. Another great surprise: the room came with everything — soap, shampoo (branded!), laundry pods, and more. The location is perfect. It’s right across from a large hypermarket (very rare in Vietnam) and just next to one of my favorite food streets, full of amazing restaurants and cafés. There’s also a lovely river just a few minutes away, great for morning or evening walks and workouts. Most importantly, the host was truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. One day, I accidentally locked myself out, and she came right away to help — very kind, understanding, and never made a fuss. The price is also a bargain — even cheaper than similar properties, especially considering everything it offers. I will definitely book this room again next time I’m in Ho Chi Minh City! 6 out of 5 stars!
