Kitchen was well supplied as was the bathroom/shower. Beds were super comfy as was the living room area. We struggled with the three flights of stairs after a night of line dancing.

• Jane (8/5): - Lovely unit on the third floor. , very clean and spacious. Main bedroom was very spacious, second bedroom was still good. Both rooms had a queen size bed. Good size kitchen, dining and lounge area. The unit had two balconies. The swimming pool was lovely and clean. Great size pool. Short walk to the beach . The unit had one air con for the whole unit. So it didn't cool it down that well. The first two days we had a beautiful breeze so the fans worked well. Apart from that everything else was really lovely.

The added touch of leaving snacks was an extra bonus. We will be back again that's for sure, next time for longer! Nothing!

• Michael (9/5): A perfect family getaway in a great location with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable - We stayed at Ashwood on Kings over the Australia Day long weekend with our family and had a fantastic time. The location in Caloundra was perfect — everything was close by, and it was an easy walk down to the beach, which we really loved. The accommodation itself was extremely well thought out. It had great Wi-Fi, an Xbox for the kids (a huge bonus), and the kitchen was genuinely well equipped. There was plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils — something you almost never get with most holiday stays. We also really enjoyed having access to the pool, which was great for the family and added to the relaxing holiday feel. Overall, it was a very comfortable and easy place to stay, and we all had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely be back again.
• Katherine (10/5): - A beautifully presented apartment which is centrally located near the beach, ocean pool, shops, cafes and restaurants. The unit is very well equipped with everything you need, with a focus on attention to detail and lovely finishes. We loved the gorgeous outlook and the pool in the complex was also great for our kids. So many thoughtful touches and plenty of supplies for guests to use. The communication in the lead up to our stay as well as throughout our stay was excellent. My family and I had a memorable stay here and we highly recommend it to other families.

• Karlie (10/5): Beautiful and relaxing stay! - The Apartment was wonderful, it has been styled beautifully. The beds, couches and table and chairs were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need and the added extras were so thoughtful and appreciated. Trace and Chris were amazing hosts with excellent communication and service. There was nothing I didn’t like, the aircon struggled a tiny bit to keep the whole place cool, but I am from Tassie and it was a very warm day.

• Sarah (9/5): Great place for a Sunshine Coast getaway with friends. - Lovely apartment, tidy and modern, with bright coastal decor. Great location, just a short walk from the beach, salt-water pool and cafes. Had all the amenities we needed, including some welcoming snacks which were much appreciated, and a proper full kitchen. Nice to have two balconies on different sides to sit on, and a garage to park the car in.

• Karin (9/5): A very good experience! - It may be good if the host can specify that there are 3 sets of stairs. Other guests who are not as mobile may struggle to reach the apartment. Fortunately, for us, it was not a problem.
• Childs (9/5): Superb - Loved the location and how easy it was to book and get in and out with the code on the door We didnt realise it would be on the top floor of the apartment block with no lift, we have three small children so getting up and down the stairs with all the suitcases and then carrying one who can not walk yet made it a little tricky but overall great apartment, beautiful view and so close to the beach

Be aware it is at the top of numerous flights of stairs. Hard with bags and going out regularly when client has only one functioning lung. My bad, I should have researched better. Overall a fabulous place to stay.

It was spotlessly clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The little details throughout the apartment made it feel so welcoming and thoughtful, and we absolutely loved the beautiful welcome basket we received on arrival. Communication with the host was fantastic they were so friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay!
• Burman (7/5): Good - Location was great The bathroom could do with an update. Having to step into the bath tub to have a shower could be a high falls risk for elderly people. There was no internet but I believe the owner has had some issues with the internet provider
• Melissa (10/5): Beautiful little place - Very close to Kings Beach, The apartment was tidy and had all the things to make our stay comfortable. Comfortable, soft, warm beds, nice sitting area and lounges. The host even had a gift basket with snacks and drinks in for us to enjoy. There were little touches like sunscreen and makeup remover pads, cotton buds in the bathroom as well as the shampoo and conditioner and body wash in generous dispensers. There was oil for cooking as well as tea and coffee facilities My kids enjoyed the apartment and also wanted to say thankyou for a great stay. Honestly there's nothing not to like.

• Francesca (8/5): Great convenient place to stay walking distance to beach and local surf club, clean and comfortable - We loved everything about this unit, comfortable and clean and the hostess had left us a lovely hamper of goodies on arrival. The only thing was we did think we would have a better view according to the photos on. the website. The place was hard to find too, it needed the name Ashwood used on the directions.
• Tegan (10/5): Wonderful stay for our family holiday. Location is perfect. Stroll to beach& restaurants. And all tourist attraction - Our host, Tracey was fantastic! Great communication, very attentive & supplied a lot of extras (snack hamper, washing detergent, sunscreen, shampoo, bodywash just to name a few). A cot and high chair was set up for our child. On arrival, the apartment was lovely and cool, smelt amazing & welcoming! The location was prime for our young family. A 2minute stroll to the beach and ocean pool, many locations to eat. Everything else was just a short drive away. The pool at the apartment was perfect for a quick dip with our 1 year old! We were very happy with our stay, and will definitely recommend to any family and friends travelling to beautiful Kings Beach. N/A

• Lila (10/5): Excellent - Location was set in prime position, was modern, clean, decor was appealing, had balcony’s, the fans and air con work well when you realise you have to keep the switches on for them to work haha. Had a pool with a seated undercover picnics area, owners were lovely and respond quite quickly which was an absolute plus for us! The stairs. There wasn’t an elevator so you do have to walk up a few flights of stairs.

Well stocked with everything you would need for a holiday. Had lovely beach towels and Xbox for the kids. Great garage to store bikes and jet skis in. Lovely private pool. We stayed during a heatwave and some windows wouldn’t stay open properly to ventilate the unit. Air conditioner unable to cool bedrooms down as too far away.

• Krystal (10/5): Had everything we needed - The location was great, only short stroll to Kings beach. The bedding was comfortable and clean. Had good amenities inside apartment and a snacks hamper to enjoy. The washing machine and dryer was super helpful. Would definitely stay again. Only downside would be, the rooms get quite hot with only a ceiling fan so we had to leave the dining lounge aircon on during the night. The apartment is also located on top floor with only stair access. It didnt bother us but just be mindful for carrying things up. Lastly, a resident in the building complained we were being too loud when un loading bags basically as soon as we got there and tried to take photos of us. Other then that, great stay and great host.

• Glenn (4/5): Disappointing. Certainly not worth the cost. - Location to the beach. This apartment certainly did not reflect the cost. It is up six flights of stairs, it has one air conditioning unit for a two bedroom apartment, it does not have any fly screens on doors nor windows, the windows in the bedrooms do not stay open, we had to insert wooden coat hangers to keep them open. We could not open the balcony doors due to no screens. It was hot most of the time. The kitchen is poorly appointed for entertaining and serving. The ‘extra’ inclusions lacked quality. Woolworths brand chicken biscuits……. really. The bathroom is very dated and the shower was tiny. The outdated dispensers for body wash and shampoo etc were in poor condition. The shower screen door was impossible to open and close smoothly or completely. The garage cannot be locked. Leaving your car unsecured. We did not feel this apartment reflected comfort. A nice inclusion - the beach towels.

Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of pillows, much needed for family with young kids. Beach towels and mat are provided. Board games and X-Box are provided. Flexibility with check out time. No elevator. A few of the pillows are a little dusty. Swimming pool of the complex could be cleaner. Only 1 bathmat is provided in the bathroom. Dryer machine needed cleaning before use.

Owner was really accessible for contact and was very easy to chat to. Flights of stairs with no other access and bedrooms didn’t really get any of the air conditioning.

• Saila (10/5): Fabulous stay on King's Beach - 5 stars from us. - This apartment was top notch (note it is on the third floor and no lift in the complex). It was really clean, light and airy; and had all the home comforts. Lovely little touches and attention to detail from the aroma diffuser to the decor, beach towels and a kitchen stocked with everything you need to make yummy home cooked meals. Location was perfect - short stroll to the beach and shops. Hosts were great. Great value for money. Fully recommend.

• Gill.marsden (9/5): Excellent location and excellent accommodation overall! - I liked the decoration in the rooms. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The children loved the complementary extras, including KitKat, Oreos, and chips. There was an xbox which the kids enjoyed thoroughly. Our apartment was on the third floor and there was a lot of steps which was annoying to bring our luggage up.

Lots of lovely touches around the apartment made it feel like your own home and not a rental, the beds were super comfortable, even the foldable bed by daughter had a great sleep on it. It was spotlessly clean also. The location just yards from the beach front was amazing.
