- Mantas K. (10/5): - Very spacious apartment. Big panoramic window from living-kitchen room, parking in underground garage. All places of interest are easy to reach, good location. Also near are river flowing if you want to make a cold feet therapy after hike :)
Some tips for picking keys: you should get instruction on the same day in personal email in the morning, so check this out on day of arrival, until 5 pm personal welcome will greet you, if you come later - you have to fallow instructions and pick up keys in the different place. Garage doors opens from inside, on the right column there is automatic box with button, you have to press up (maybe there is alternative way but i did not find it :)
- Claire (9/5): Large, comfortable, modern apartment in a convenient location. - This is a spacious apartment, with an excellent underground car park, in an extremely convenient location for access to the trains, cogwheel train, Lidls and an easy walk into town. The living space is well-laid out with separate dining and seating areas. The kitchen has an oven, microwave and electric hob, plus plenty of storage space for groceries if you move items around a little. The second bathroom is a bit small for a shared facility between two bedrooms, whilst the master en-suite is enormous. We appreciated the generous stock of dishwasher tablets and toilet paper too.
The twin/ double bedded rooms are the traditional Austrian- Germanic tradition of separate beds pushed together with single duvets. The staff were very flexible around our slightly early arrival and late departure. We needed more pans, as we were a mixed group of omnivores and vegetarians and we also lacked oven gloves.
- Dave (10/5): Would go again - in fact, this is the second time we've stayed there. - Excellent location for the ski lifts and for the rest of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Lidl is also very close by.
The actual accommodation itself is exceptional, and very comfortable - if anything, it was too warm inside! Given that we arrived very late, it would have been nice if there had been some basic groceries provided, which is something I've experienced elsewhere. For example, bread, butter, milk, eggs etc.
Also, the washer/dryer was hard to open after a wash, and some English instructions would have been nice.
The third bedroom with the sofabed could have one with a small bedside table on the right-hand side of the sofabed, with a small table lamp.
These are extremely minor quibbles though, and didn't detract from the overall experience.

- Tophi Beilecke (10/5): - Superschöne, großzügig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Nichts.
- Tom (10/5): Fantastisch - Luxe appartement voorzien van alle gemakken Niets
- Stephan (9/5): - Erg mooi uitzicht op de voorlopers van de Zugspitze. Nieuw appartement, fijne rustige wijk. Supermarkt en stadscentrum op loopafstand. De spoorlijn die relatief dicht bij het huisje ligt is niet hoorbaar vanuit het appartement. Midden in de zomervakantie is het wel een erg prijzig appartement. Gezien de kwaliteit van het appartement begrijp ik wel dat dit er voor gevraagd mag worden.

- Swati (8/5): - Location, size of the apartment and internal facilities within the apartment Checkin had incorrect floor and door was stiff to open. Took more thn half an hour to get this in place.
Getting in garage and out - there were no instructions. Too some time for us to figure out. Some instructions upfront for other guests should be helpful.
Check out instructions to clean up and throwing away garbage wasnt expected anywhere else.
- Dave (10/5): Highly recommended - would definitely stay again! - Excellent apartment, ideally located to get either the bus or the train to the ski resort. There's a Lidl a short walk away too, so it was easy to get everything we needed for our stay.
The facilities were perfect for a family of 5 and extremely comfortable, although we had to dial the heating down on arrival as it was extremely warm!
We arrived quite late, so we had to pick up the keys from the property manager's office via a key box, but this all worked well. A very minor niggle, but I think it is worth mentioning, and that is that there is no "formal" place to store ski equipment, so we used the balcony on the first day, but after that, we used the lockable bike shed just outside the property and didn't get any complaints, so I think it was probably ok.
- Thomas (9/5): Moderne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage - Die Wohnung befindet sich in dem neu gebauten Komplex Mount10. Sie ist sehr geräumig, sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die Tiefgarage ist geräumig (Fahrradträger und Fahrrad passen noch vor das Auto).
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt: Um die Ecke ist der Bahnhof. In wenigen Minuten ist man im alten Teil von Partenkirchen oder auf der Garmischer "Einkaufsmeile".
Die Betreuung (staygood) ist hervorragend. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Great location, handy for the skibus and train station. Slightly difficult to initially locate in the dark, but not a major issue.
