Parking très bien privé juste devant. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de machine à laver. Possible d’en faire mais pour 7€…

Chambre très propre, de grande taille, beaucoup d'espaces de rangement. Possibilité de se faire un café soluble. En revanche, comme indiqué dans le descriptif vous ne pourrez pas cuisiner. Literie confortable. Très grande salle de bain. Machine à laver le linge. ( Je ne sais pas s'il y en a dans tous les appartements). Volets. Joli balcon qui donne sur la rue. Accueil agréable et souriant. Très prochainement du site de Butrint.

• Marjorie (10/5): Le top du top à Ksamil ! - Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet appartement à Ksamil, et c’était tout simplement le top du top ! Ksamil est une ville très touristique, avec pas mal de béton, mais elle cache aussi de vrais petits coins de paradis qui méritent bien son surnom de Maldives albanaises. Grâce à Emi, notre hôte exceptionnel, nous avons pu en profiter pleinement. Emi nous a donné d’excellents conseils, notamment pour trouver une plage beaucoup moins fréquentée… et moins chère ! Un vrai plus dans une zone aussi populaire. Il est disponible, attentionné, et fait tout pour rendre le séjour agréable. L’appartement en lui-même est très confortable, spacieux, et parfaitement équipé. Nous avions deux grandes chambres communicantes avec une salle de bain très spacieuse, ce qui était idéal. Le parking sur place nous a permis de laisser la voiture et de profiter à pied, sans stress. En résumé : un séjour très agréable, un hôte au top, et un logement qu’on recommande vivement pour découvrir Ksamil dans les meilleures conditions !

Room was very clean and the owner was extremely helpful about any requests we had. It's got private parking which is a big plus as it can be quite difficult to find parking in Ksamil.

• Fabio (10/5): - Ho trascorso due settimane a Ksamil in Albania in questa struttura ottima per posizione, pulizia e accoglienza. Non lontano dalla movida, ma abbastanza distante per una vacanza tranquilla, offre la possibilità di raggiungere facilmente a piedi sia le spiagge che i luoghi di ristoro (in cui si trova buon cibo a ottimo prezzo). L’host della struttura (Emi) si è dimostrato da subito molto accogliente e disponibile a darci info su cosa fare nei giorni di vacanza. Dovessi ritornare a Ksamil, alloggerei di nuovo qui.

Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns willkommen gefühlt – Emi ist ein außergewöhnlicher Gastgeber, unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Er hat uns herzlich empfangen, Tipps für Strände und Restaurants gegeben und sich jeden Tag erkundigt, ob alles passt. Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir sogar einen Espresso und im Kühlschrank warteten bereits Bier und Wasser auf uns – ein wirklich toller Start in den Urlaub! Die Unterkunft ist neu, modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Unser Zimmer war komfortabel und das Badezimmer super modern, schön und makellos sauber – perfekt für entspannte Tage zu zweit. Die Lage ist ideal: nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zu den Stränden und Restaurants von Ksamil, gleichzeitig ruhig gelegen. Ein großer Pluspunkt sind die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt vor der Villa, das zuverlässige WLAN und die gepflegte Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht. Kurz gesagt: perfekte Lage, hohe Sauberkeit, toller Komfort und ein Gastgeber, den man sich nicht besser wünschen könnte. Für Paare ein absoluter Geheimtipp in Ksamil – wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, è la presenza di una luce d’emergenza sempre accesa in camera. Ma è veramente un dettaglio!

The place is literaly 100m from the sea and has private parking. In the nearby building a very good restaurant located. On top of that the host Emi is one of the best host I ever met. He is so open and friendly I totally recommend this villa at Ksamil. Everithing was good, no negative point.

There's also convenient private parking, which made our stay even more comfortable. Emi was incredibly attentive not only to us but especially to our children - always kind, thoughtful, and making sure they felt happy and safe. • Jaroslav_Smidra (10/5): Amazing! - Dokonalé ubytování. Vybavení pokoje (studio bez kuchně) bylo v pořádku, nacházelo se v něm vše, co bylo v popisu ubytování. Postele pohodlné, klimatizace funkční, dokonalá čistota. Dům je dokonale opečovánaný. Lokalita je naprosto doknalá. Cestovat lze autobusem ze Sarandë a ze zastávky Mamaj Bakery je to max 5 minut klidné chůze i s batohy. Hned vedle je výborná restaurace Fish Place, kde je možné si dát snídaně, obědy i večeře za dobré ceny. Na pláž je to kousek. Po cestě rozhodně doporučuji zastavit se ve Sweet Corner na kávu a něco sladkého. Dále doporučuji neprávem opomíjenou restauraci Trident. Hostitel: Emi je vemi pozorný hostitel, který poradí se vším. Jiné hodnocení než 10/10 nelze.

Location couldn’t be better. We had a 2 bedroom with the king and bunkbed. I think the setup would have benefited from a little kitchenette and a common area like a sofa. Besides the balcony there was no real space to just sit. This is mostly a suggestion. I would highly recommend.

I suoi consigli sulle spiagge della zona e sui ristoranti si sono rivelati essenziali (facendoci anche risparmiare). È super disponibile per qualunque richiesta o esigenza, in poche parole rappresenta davvero il valore aggiunto rispetto alle altre strutture della zona. Oltre ovviamente all’albanese parla bene inglese e anche un po’ di italiano. Posizione ottima e comoda per le spiagge, massimo 10 minuti a piedi e sei ovunque. Camera nuova, molto pulita e presenza di parcheggio privato interno, essenziale per la zona. Sicuramente torneremo, Faleminderit Emi. Nulla

The place is super clean and in a perfect central location, whilst remaining quiet and peaceful at night. Walking distance to many restaurants and beaches. Also to add, the shower was great. Emi is a fab host and very hospitable, and went out of his way to make sure I was always OK. As a solo female traveller, I felt super safe here which was very important to me. I highly recommend staying here, there isn't anything I would change.

• Tim (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft und sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber - Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Emi begrüßt. Er war jederzeit ansprechbar und um unser Wohl besorgt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war super. Unsere Tochter liebte das Kinderbett und das Spielzeug in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist sensationell. Direkt in mitten von Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch ist der Strand in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Parkplätze sind zudem alles andere als selbstverständlich. Wir fanden es darüber hinaus super, dass sogar zwei Kühlschränke und zwei Klimaanlagen in der Wohnung verfügbar waren. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!! -

Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich mit einem Willkommenskaffee empfangen – eine Geste, die sofort für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt hat. Emi ist unglaublich hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Er stand uns jederzeit mit tollen Tipps zur Umgebung zur Seite und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohl und sicher gefühlt haben – gerade als zwei allein reisende Mädels war uns das besonders wichtig. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben (sogar noch besser 😁). Man merkt, dass Emi mit Herz dabei ist. Wir nach dem Aufenthalt in Emis Villa noch für eine Nacht in einem Hotel in Saranda und wollten eigentlich direkt wieder zurück. Emis Villa ist nicht nur eine Unterkunft, sondern ein Erlebnis. Ein Ort wo man sich willkommen und und rundum wohl fühlt. Die Lage war auch perfekt. Wir hatten den schönsten Strand von Ksamil in weniger als 5 min um die Ecke. Wir waren durch und durch zufrieden und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Від готелю, пішки можна за 10 хв дійти до найгарніших пляжів Ксаміль. В 2 хв є пляж поблизу, теж затишний. Все було просто супер! Немає такого 🤷🏻‍♀️
• Giorgia (10/5): Ottima struttura per soggiornare a Ksamil. Ottimo padrone di casa. Consiglio l’appartamento con cucina per le famiglie p - La struttura è nuova con arredi curati. La posizione è perfetta e con il parcheggio interno si può lasciare la macchina e dimenticarsene dato che ksamil è piccolo e tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. L’appartamento con cucina è molto grande e confortevole, dotato anche di lavatrice e con tutto l’occorrente per cucinare. Il padrone di casa Emi è molto disponibile e ha fatto di tutto per rendere il soggiorno piacevole e senza pensieri.

Emi hat wirklich an alles gedacht – besonders für Familien: 🧸 Spielzeug für Kinder 🧼 Waschmaschine 🛡️ Kindersichere Balkongitter 🛏️ Bequeme Betten & ruhige Lage trotz zentraler Lage - Nachttischlampen und Steckdosen wo man sie braucht. Die Villa liegt mitten im Ort und nur ein paar Minuten vom Strand entfernt – dazu ein Parkplatz direkt auf dem Gelände, was in Ksamil wirklich Gold wert ist. Besonders herzlich: der Willkommensdrink und Emis hilfsbereite Art – er hatte immer Tipps parat, war erreichbar und einfach super freundlich. Ganz klare Empfehlung – vielen Dank, EMI! -

• Simona (7/5): Per pernottare non è male ma se dovete passare più tempo le camere sono molto scomode - La posizione strategica ed era tenuto in buone condizioni L’accoglienza , camera molto piccola, senza nessuna vista, la cosa molto più pesante è che tutte le porte avevano un sensore che appena li lasciavi 2 secondi una aperta si spegneva l’aria condizionata, compresa quella del bagno, molto piccolo… vi lascio imaginare la tortura.

Emi, the owner is the best host ever, he is very helpful, provides all information you need. If you are missing something, you just need to tell him and he will help. We had a wonderful week at his house, I hope we come back next year.

It is perfect for anyone looking for both a central location and a quiet place. The room was newly renovated, featuring a comfortable bed and a powerful shower. Värden var tydlig, hjälpsam och trevlig. Jag var för första gången i Ksamil och fick relevant information från början. Jag är väldigt tacksam!

• Michal (10/5): Bardzo przyjazny właściciel, przyjemne miejsce do spania - To miejsce i właściciel byli naprawdę super. Standard był na bardzo wysokim poziomie, niczego nam nie brakowało, znaleźliśmy wystarczającą liczbę miejsc parkingowych, a w lodówce czekały na nas napoje. Byłem w wielu miejscach i nigdzie nie znalazłem takiego połączenia gościnności, czystości, wysokiego standardu i lokalizacji. Naprawdę warto tu przyjechać, szkoda że byliśmy tu tak krótko.

• Campisi (10/5): Pulizia, cordialità e ottima posizione per una meravigliosa vacanza a Ksamil - Stanza pulita e accogliente, particolarmente moderna, con uno stile minimal. La stessa si trova a poca distanza dal mare e dal centro. Nelle vicinanze si trova tutto ciò che occorre per il soggiorno, dal ristorante al tabacchino, al noleggio scooter. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente dal proprietario che è stato fin da subito disponibilissimo: cordiale e gentile, ci ha assistito in ogni nostra esigenza per l'intera durata della vacanza e che ringraziamo di cuore per averci subito aiutato ad integrarci nella zona. Consigliatissima.
• Ioannis (10/5): - Μας άρεσαν όλα όλα ήταν υπέροχα πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα όλα μέσα καινούργια ο οικοδεσπότης καταπληκτικός άνθρωπος ο EMI ο οποίος μας ξενάγησε σε εστιατόρια και σε beach bar Μιλάει πάρα πολύ καλά ελληνικά και αγγλικά οπότε εμάς μας βοήθησε πολύ σου δίνει το τηλέφωνο του και 24 h ότι χρειαστείς τον καλείς να το ξανά προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα. Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που να μη μας άρεσε όλα ήτανε καταπληκτικά πολύ καλύτερα από ότι τα περίμενα
• Yuliya (9/5): Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! - Eine tolle Lage, ein privater Parkplatz, ein super netter und hilfsbereiter Host! Die Wohnung ist schön und modern eingerichtet, ist geräumig und hat drei Balkonen! Man akzeptiert auch Kartenzahlung hier, was in Albanien selten ist. In der Nähe findet man alles was man braucht! EMI hat uns auch hilfreiche Tipps für unsere weitere Reiseplanung gegeben :) Auf der einen Seite hat man die Aussicht auf eine Baustelle (eine umgestürzte). Einige Sachen fehlten, zum Beispiel eine gute Pfanne, ein Pfannenwender, ein Korkenzieher…

Book it! :) Still a new accommodation, we didn't know what it would be like, but it was the best it could be! Good location, quiet neighborhood, clean, wonderful room and very nice host Emil! Camera, security, wi-fi, order, air conditioning, everything is a given! Good beach, nice neighborhood! Direct breakfast next to the accommodation, and to the left there is also a small Taverna with divine fresh food! We loved it, it was the best decision! Thank You!

• Hande (10/5): Everthing were perfect🩷 - I don't know where to start talking about it, is it the kindness and attention of Emi, the owner of the villa, the location of the villa is close to everywhere, or the fact that the rooms are very new, spacious and clean. We had a great holiday, most of it was due to the fact that we stayed here, we found Emi's villa while we were running away from another hotel and we are glad we stayed there, everything was taken into consideration. Emi helped us about beach and even about bus. Thank you for everything, you should definitely choose this place to stay.
