• Marcell (7/5): - - we like this area, lot of energy and cute english houses - next to the city center, easily get inside - cheap in London - price and value not bad - contact was very helpfull - we left 100£ cash there and we got it back, big up bro'!! - not too clean, but if you read the comments this is real - upstairs we do not have warm water - upstairs little bit loud for the downstairs people - lot of small things what is only some pounds: dirty light switch, not enought toilet paper, not enought cleaning sprays
• Sonia (3/5): Casa sucia - La ubicación es buena. Estaba demasiado sucia la casa ,se quedaban pegadas las manos al encender las luces,la campana de la casa súper sucia,en resumen la casa estaba asquerosa.

A 5 min des arrêts de bus.A 25 min de Piccadilly Circus en bus par exemple De la moisissures dans les deux salles d’eau, plus fuite dans la douche, et chasse d’eau quasiment hs. Pas de chauffage. Cuisine sale(graisse sur la hotte, vaisselle sale). Le propriétaire n’a pas répondu à mon message fait le lendemain de notre arrivée. Nous avons eu 16 degrés dans le logement.

• Saadia (8/5): Great location. Good value for money. - The location is great; a short walk to Camberwell street where numerous buses can take you anywhere in Central London day and night. The house is plain (no decoration) but clean and very functional for 4 people or even more. Towels were provided (and toilet paper). We didn't cook much but would have appreciated a strainer, a kitchen towel. The dishes (mugs, plates) were just enough. Nothing but salt but there is a grocer's nearby.
• Dorons (7/5): We will not go back there - even if it will be FOC. - there were hot water. the house was enough for 7 people the lock on the door was good the refrigerator was clean but a bit small all the lights worked :) very low maintenance, not clean is an understatement (back stains all over, the sink area, the bathrooms, the washing machine/ the matrasses so bad the beds double but small and one side near the wall. the water pressure was so bad like dropping water... there was only hand soap in the showers no lock or curtain in the upper bathroom / toilets. the heating was impossible to adjust - it was either to hot or off... no glasses for water or soft drinks just mugs, not enough toilet paper, or hand paper, only one towel for each person (after we asked and called - someone came and left small hand towels - 15x15 cm and 6 glasses (we were 7)) only one tea spoon, 7 plates, 6 knives, 7 forks, 6 spoons, one pot, one pan no dryer and the "stand for drying clothes was missing 2 parts so we put in on 2 chairs. 6 ikea cheap chairs 2 sofas - suitable for 6 people at max the closets and drawers in all the room and kitchen are so cheap and in so bad condition - not to mention unclean. the street is the best street in the area but the area felt unsafe especially at night.
• Diana (7/5): - A szállás jó környéken van, csendes utcában, London központjától 30 percnyire busszal. A boltok és buszmegállók 5-10 perc sétával elérhetőek. A bejutás egyszerű volt, a szállásadó érkezésünk előtt megadta a széfhez a kódot. Az ágyak kényelmesek voltak, a hőmérsékletet termosztáttal lehetett beállítani, így az egész lakásban meleg volt. Ha csak a távolságot, a meleget, a kényelmet nézem a szállás 10/10. Sajnos a tisztaság nem megfelelő. Ágynemű cserén, padló felsöprésén és felmosáson kívül más takarítás nem történt. A falak pókhálósak voltak, anyukám pókhálózott le a lakásban. Az üveg felületek nem voltak letakarítva, az evőeszközök, tányérok, bögrék ragadtak a kosztól. Mindent el kellett újból mosogatni. Ezen felül nem sok felszerelés volt a konyhába, üvegpoharak abszolút nincsenek. A sarkok, az ágy alatti részek koszosak. Az emeleti plafon penészes, a falak sok helyen fel vannak ázva. Az éjjeli lámpák szét voltak cincálva, ezek pl olyan tételek amiket kevés pénzből ki lehet cserélni. A képek valószínűleg a megnyitást követően készültek, mára már lelakottabb a szállás. A takarításon javítsanak, mert sok ember nem megy igénytelen helyre!!!!!
• Perez Gonzáles (3/5): Las instalaciones nefastas - Está cerca de muchas paradas de autobuses y tiene muchas tiendas cercas para comprar y poder comer No tuvimos calefacción en la planta alta donde están la mayoría de las habitaciones, las camas eran incómodas con el sumier la mayoría de las tablas partidas, la cocina tenía mucha suciedad por lo que no pudimos hacer nada de comer y las duchas sucias hasta con moho. Hemos estado 4 días y solo teníamos 1 toalla por persona y pequeñas…

• Jesz (4/5): Spacious accommodation that smells damp - Other than it was spacious for our group the biggest ick was the stench of the place and had an old musty smell like damp especially in the bathrooms. As we do though we make it work. Shoutout to my uncle for fixing the shower heads as the pressure was not working and one of the toilets kept getting blocked. The biggest is the smell get the smell sorted then you're away and people will actually be able to have a decent time when away on holiday.

Das Haus ist in einer guten Lage und die St - Die Lage Der Wohnung Die Nachbarschaft Alles in einem wenn man nicht so viel wert auf Sauberkeit usw legt ist das Haus auf jeden fall sein geld wert die Matratzen waren viel zu weich Dusche, Küche usw waren auf nicht den besten Level Die Sauberkeit hat zu wünschen übrig gelassen

• Nance (2/5): Very poor - The house itself was fine. They didn't even provide toilet paper, a lighter which was required for the stove, soap for the bathroom sinks or dish soap to wash the dishes. Nothing like getting to the house after a flight and public transportation with children and not even having toilet paper in either of the bathrooms when you get to the house. Ridiculous!

However serious maintenance needs to be done and consistent cleaning after each user of the house. Both bathrooms stank bad and probably need a plumber to rectify drainage issues. Downstairs shower leaked I rang owner never fixed it. 4 chairs only and no knife or toilet paper just one roll after a long flight would be appreciated. For non uk residents you need to know to pull handle upwards to lock not obvious. Good location to transport but needs serious TLC even though not bad price.buyer beware. • Karl (2/5): Wouldn’t recommend at all - Nothing Upon arrival, the apartment was not clean, shower curtain was broken so everytike we showered water was everywhere, we sent a message about it but nobody answered. Everwhere was full of dust and even cobwebs. Cleaning needs to be done after every stay properly. Plus you have a 10minute walk everyday to reach a bus station.

• Ana (1/5): Wouldn’t recommend - The house location was great. It was close to so many local restaurants and the buses. The house should not be on Booking. The bathrooms reeked of mold and the drains in the sinks were clogged. There was no hot water in the upstairs bathroom. The back door wouldn’t lock and we had to barricade it. When I messaged the property, they didn’t respond or attempt to fix anything. The property is extremely overpriced for what it is.
