• Micha (9/5): - Ruim en licht appartement met uitzicht op een groen binnenplein. Netjes en goed onderhouden. Ondergrondse parkeerplaats is erg handig. Dichtbij leuke restaurantjes, koffiebars en een supermarkt. Het centrum is makkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Aanrader!

• Donzelli (8/5): - Struttura moderna, pulitissima, adatta per un ottimo soggiorno Abbiamo avuto un problema con la chiave del garage in quanto era difettosa; ho provato a chiamare/ mandare un e-mail ma nessuno ha risposto. È stato un problema in quanto avevamo una macchina e ci ha creato un disagio.

• Mia Bonačić (3/5): Jako loše iskustvo u jako lijepom apartmanu - Super uređen, super moderan, extra čisto, udoban krevet, mekani ručnici. Kod za otključavanje zgrade apartmana nije radio, sat vremena smo stajali ispred dok nas jedna susjeda nije slučajno pustila unutra, a mi smo već očajni i u suzama tražili novi hotel. Dočekala nas je ugašena klima usred toplinskog vala, u apartmanu preko 30 stupnjeva. Wc nije radio kako treba. Sutra dan nismo imali struje u pola stana, nije radio hladnjak, perilica ni utičnice za struju. Odgovorni su nam se javili samo sa upitom da pošaljemo slike svega što ne radi i nikad nam se nisu povratno javili ni ispričali radi neugodnosti, pogotovo u slučaju wc-a.

• VP (8/5): Good value. Nice apartment. Slow AC - New building with a clean and tidy apartment. Nice territory. Parking available AC is very slow :) so probably it needs to be kept on over the day, to cool down the flat till evening

• Miquel (8/5): - L'apartament estava molt net i molt ben equipat. El veïnat és molt tranquil i no hi ha soroll. L'aire condicionat de l'habitació no refredava prou. El sofà llit de la saleta és poc còmode per dormir, en canvi el llit de l'habitació és comodíssim .
• Selene (9/5): Excelente opción cerca del dentro de Milan - El complejo donde está ubicado el departamento es muy bonito. Encontramos el lugar muy limpio y equipado. Bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad con diferentes medios de transporte. Nos gustó todo. Muy buena relación precio-calidad

• Kristin (10/5): Perfekt, würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. - Tolle Unterkunft, vor allem schön ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man mit dem Bus schnell im Zentrum. Klimaanlage braucht ein bisschen bis sie kühlt, aber dann ist es auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen sehr gut auszuhalten. Schönes Bad, schöne geräumige Dusche. In der Küche alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Kühlschrank hat sogar ein kleines Eisfach. Balkon mit Ausblick auf den schönen Innenhof, allerdings sehr viele Mücken, dagegen muss man sich wappnen. Das Bett war schön bequem, Schrank ausreichend groß. Bügeleisen, Haartrockner - alles da. Super ist auch, dass das Auto in der Tiefgarage gut aufgehoben ist. nix
• Koraljka (9/5): Odličan stan u super susjedstvu - Stan je relativno nov, namješten praktično i s ukusom. Nalazi se u zatvorenom kompleksu koji je lijepo uređen, a dodatni plus je garaža iz koje možete liftom praktično do stana. Za vrijeme našeg boravka nije radila kuhalna ploča, sto su vjerujem vrlo brzo popravili. Rasvjeta bi mogla biti bolja, osobito u blagovaonici i kupaonici.

• Petar (10/5): Exceptional - Nice garage (could barely fit as it is rather narrow, but managed to), close to public transportation, the ambient of the apartment and the low noise levels are great. The air conditioner in the bedroom was too weak to adequatelly lower the room temperature and the toilet seat is wobbly.

• Abdullah (1/5): Avoid for families - Washing machine that is it The worst experience I had in italy the check in was non existent I called support after 9 pm and no reply please consider some tourist can't make phone calls only messages so check in procedure must change thankfully a neighbor opened the front door for me The curtains are not blackout so the sun will wake you up. The parking process was awful I always had to wait for people to open the door for me from the inside as the key did not work from the inside I had to park in the street and the car was towed because I parked near the bus stop but there was no lines to show the exact area of the bus stop the policeman said you can complain to them to ask for a refund but a tourist have no time for that and just helped me to get the car asap. I think for young couples without kids it will be ok but not great for families.

• Maxim (8/5): Very good - New condominium not far away from city center, has parking, good No private space in case there are more than 2 people, and bed has two separate matrass which is extremely uncomfortable for sleeping and other activities. Also no working conditioner, although it's May and it was pretty hot and suffocating.
• Lymperis (9/5): Superb - Everything was very clean and in a nice neighborhood with means of transport just outside of the house. The hostess was very polite and very helpful with everything we needed. The best part was the place that the house was in, we felt very safe and the instructions to get inside was very clear. The Concierge was amazing, very polite and very helpful as well.
• Filip (9/5): Superb - A really stylish apartment, very cosy, amazign. There is everything you need and a very useful garage. The communication with the host is very slow, a lot of automated messages and very difficult to ask something in person, never got a reply to several questions before the arrival. The message with the instructions will arrive on the day of arrival and if you do not have internet, as I did, you might not see it. The phone that was provided was anavailable. The entrance in the building does not work as in the instructions, you have to double check this.

• Frances (9/5): Beautiful apartment in a green setting - Great new apartment, lots of space. Beautiful bathroom & enjoyed seeing where locals might buy to live. Loved that the development has its own park & fruit trees! A little out of the centre but this was fine once we sorted out public transport. Buses available but we chose to walk about 15 mins to Romolo M2 metro station for a 20 minutes ride into the city centre. Personally I found the pillows too soft but perhaps that's just me.

• Sabrina (8/5): quiet comfortable stay - The apartment was comfortable and modern. It had what we needed for a 3 night stay in Milan. We were able to use the bus or walk to the metro station. The metro is harder to access if you have to wheel suitcases or unable to walk for about 15 minutes. There is a cute bakery closeby with super friendly staff called Unsacco ideal for breads, pastries, coffees. The apartment complex is quiet and well maintained. If you're happy to be out of the city and can navigate to the nearest transport hubs then this is a good choice.

• Tamás (1/5): Absolutely not recommend - First of all the air conditioning is not working in the house so the average temperature is around 29 degrees(and the outside temperature just 25 degrees). Secondly the is a few pigeon nest above the balcony so the whole thing is full with pigeon excrement. I tried to contact the host two times but there was no response from them.
