• Teija (6/5): - Sijainti oli hyvä ja henkilökunta vastasi viesteihin nopeasti. Sängyt oli siistit. Kuvat eivät mielestäni vastanneet odotuksiani. Tilat näyttää uusita, mutta eivät olleet sitä. Pyyhkeet oli kuluneita ja osassa oli tahroja. Wc/suihkutilassa kuivuneita vesi läiskiä katossa, ja tila oli epäkäytännöllinen 4 hengen perheelle.
• Jess (10/5): It was a great stay, in a great spot - The beds were the comfiest I stayed in, in Japan. It was a great spot in Shinjuku. The washing machine broke and I was unable to get my clothes out, but I contacted the property and they were so quick to fix it and so lovely and accomodating with our problem. They had a technician out asap and then gave us ¥1000 & showed us to the closest laundromat and also gave us a basket full of snacks, to apologise for the inconvenience

Small grocery nearby (they don’t speak English there). Dining area was cute. No cooker- but there is microwave and a small fridge. TV nice, big and modern. Very small, looked more spacious in photo. Our family of 5 were in top of each other. Space for few mattresses and that’s it. Not many restaurants nearby. Clothes didn’t dry after washing. Shower kept being blocked after I washed my hair. My neck was itchy- maybe from detergent the pillows were washed with. No staff, no replies on emails. Not many restaurants nearby - we went to one and not very friendly. Mirror low in bathroom- had to kneal to do make up. Were scared for my kids to sleep in bunk bed as there a big gap- no protection from falling.

• A OBERT (8/5): Très belle chambre familiale au top - L'appartement (chambre familiale) était d'une propreté impeccable à notre arrivée. La présence d'un système d'eau filtrée, une attention très appréciable. Le pocket wifi mis à disposition (attention très utile, même si nous ne l'avons pas utilisé) Malgré la proximité immédiate de la station de métro (un atout majeur pour les déplacements) et de la rue principale, l'appartement est extrêmement calme. La réactivité parfaite de l’hôte. L'espace de rangement est un peu limité pour un groupe de quatre personnes. Salle de bain : La conception de la douche fait que la salle de bain est entièrement inondée et rend l'accès aux toilettes peu pratique. Communication : Nous avons reçu plusieurs emails en triple, ce qui était un peu confus.

• Hidenori (8/5): - Photos are accurate. Street facing units have awesome floor to ceiling windows \ patio. A lot of sunlight and feeling of openness. The bathroom has almost no divider or curtain between the toilet and the shower. If anyone takes a shower, you can't avoid wetting the whole toilet area. I can't imagine how you can do that with more than 2 people. There's really no closet space.

I asked for earlier check-in and they agreed but only if I paid extra money - $1000y for each hour! The room was already ready for us but wouldn't allow us in! Very greedy host. Accommodations were great for my whole family. Very close to the metro station and many good and convenient stores were literally one minute walk. There wasn’t a curtain on the front window but the window was frosted so we managed.

• Winnie (10/5): Convenient and clean - Location is convenient - in the heart of Shinjuku. A few train stops to Ginza and Shinjuku. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has pretty much everything you need for a short stay. The space is a little cramped for four suitcases. The bathroom is a little inconvenient, as there is no door or divider between the toilet and the shower. As a result, the toilet area is always wet, which makes it gross over time.

Also has a locker which you can use if you are early or need to leave baggage after check out. a bit of a walk from the station but easy nonetheless. includes a pocket wifi which was a great touch for visitors. room was good for a party of 4 even tho it had 5 beds. includes cold drinking water machine. AC is right over the 3rd bed which was a bit cold for that bed. toilet and shower together in the same room but that;s japan. not much to do in the room. neighbor was cooking their meals in their room which was weird with lots of restaurants in the area. fridge was small and freezer barely froze our ice cream.

Meget imødekommende personale, som reagerer hurtigt på henvendelser og som selv er proaktive i forhold til at gøre opholdet godt. Desværre meget lyst, så man hører de andre gæster en del. Og lidt udfordringer med fugt, som personalet dog var rigtig gode til at hjælpe med, så snart man rækker ud.

Hard for 2 people to use both situations at the same time and if someone showered, the water would be near the toilet - feet get wet.

• Bryan (4/5): Disappointing - It was impossible to check in for over an hour and management was very rude. We followed all check in procedures ahead of time, to try and make arrival easier as we were set to arrive at approx midnight and we were travelling with a toddler. Despite this, we were stuck outside for over an hour, with no response/answer from any of the *emergency* contacts or the property manager, either via WhatsApp, call, or via the booking platform. The property manager "forgot" to send us the final details for check in (room number and code), and when we were finally able to speak with her, she was *rude* to us, as though we were the ones that made the mistake. Afterwards, when she realized it was her error, she apologized, but frankly that apology meant little and nothing was done to make up for the behavior or our experience. The room was spacious, but not entirely clean. There was garbage was on the floor near the dinning room table. Dust in many places. I didn't bother complaining after the behavior we experienced at check in. Would not recommend.

Very close to the train station and a lovely walk through the gardens to central Shinjuku. Late check out was available which was nice. We have recommended to friends who have booked this accommodation ! Will stay again next time we visit Japan.

• Katie (6/5): Could have been great, but the damp basement let it down. - The property was in a great location down a quiet street, communication with the property was great too. It was also stylish inside and really clean and had some great amenities like free coffee, water machine, pocket WiFi etc. I really don’t like giving bad reviews but we were really disappointed with our stay here and for one big reason. We were put in a basement room which I think they should specify before you book as we are arrived thinking we’d be in a bright airy space with natural light and instead we couldn’t open the blinds as people were walking past and could see us if they looked down. The biggest thing however was that the room just felt damp. When we got into the beds at nights they felt wet and almost sweaty and by the end of our three night stay our clothes were damp and smelt musty. It didn’t make for a comfortable sleep at all. There’s also no where to put luggage that’s out the way, so we had to store some of if it the kitchen table, as there was no storage. There also wasn’t a single hook or coat hanger for hang stuff up.

• Hugh (7/5): Comfortable family room near transport and convenience stores - Clean, spacious for a family room, recently renovated with a washing machine and some thoughtful touches by the owner made our stay comfortable. Just note there is no coffee/tea or cooking supplies in the apartment at all. There was a strong-ish smell in the toilet/bathroom which was fine for an overnight stay but would be difficult for longer stays. The apartment itself wasn’t affected and it was really clean and comfortable overall.
• Nir (7/5): Not exactly what we were expecting ... - Washing machine + dryer (including detergent!!!), cold water bar, good internet, friendly and helpful staff Too small for a family of 4 people, narrow and too soft beds, noise from other rooms, small bathroom, shower and toilet are in the same room (wet floor from the shower comes next to the toilet), no shades (light comes in too early through the curtains), lots of slippery stairs up to the room on the 2nd floor, about 450m from the closest train station, no staff in place (only through whatsapp or similar, with fast response though), no hooks (for towels or coats), no laundry basket.

• Jessica (8/5): Tiny room in a nice qarea.Just - Cheaper than other options in the area. Safe location and easy to find. The photos were fairly accurate. It was so small but I guess we weren’t coming to Tokyo to hang out in the room!

• Jeremy (9/5): Lovely apartment for our family holiday. Very handy to Shinjuku Gyoen and a short walk to Shinjuku - Very comfortable for our family of 5 The shower does not drain properly, so everything is constantly wet in the bathroom

• Joyce (7/5): it was fairly pleasant and comfortable - apartment was located in a nice quiet lane, a short walk away from transport lines, eating places and convenient stores. the bathroom didn't drain properly, so we had to shower in the bathtub where the drainage was better.
