• Scott (4/5): So so stay - The bar and the food was exceptional. The tub was nice. The noise, the mattress had a huge dip in it from too many uses.
• Sharon (8/5): We had a comfortable stay. - The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. There was a full-sized couch. It had a a small kitchenette, which was a nice surprise. A hot buffet breakfast was included. Staff were friendly and helpful. The carpet could be refreshed.

• Andrew (5/5): Disappointing - The room was clean and spacious Check-in time was an atrocious 4 PM, and the room still was not ready. We did not get into our room until 4:30 PM and the staff was completely unapologetic. "We're busy, so take it or leave it". We'll stay elsewhere in the future.

That said, I will stay & recommend the hotel. Front desk, restaurant, and Susan in the bar is phenomenal!!!! Well organized & executed service. Keep these lovely folks there working. • Gayle (5/5): Meh - The hotel was located close to the TCH so that was good. We asked the lady at the front desk when we checked in if the hotel restaurant would be open that evening and she assured us that it opened at 5:00PM. When we arrived at the restaurant we were told that there were 2 busloads of tourists who had reservation and we could not be seated in the restaurant but could sit in the lounge. When we got to the lounge we were told that it would take over 90 minutes to get any kind of food but the server said she'd check with the chef to see if it could be shortened. She never did get back to us. We left. Went for a crappy pizza.

• David (8/5): - The location with the mall across the street and many stores and restaurants on the adjacent streets. Taxi ride to the airport took less than 10 minutes. Breakfast was your usual buffet style, very good and the seating area was nice and comfortable.

I did not get the room I pre booked on the main floor as it was not ready at check in time. returned twice and still was not ready. I had to take another room as I already had waited for a few hours and was tired from traveling. My new room was on the third floor. I was told that many staff called in sick and were behind schedule.

• Angie (9/5): Stay was good. Would come back again. - Loved how breakfast was included in stay, would have liked more options. However it was great savings. For the most part staff were friendly. When checking in our front end lady seemed a little distracted. And one girl in particular at the breakfast wasn’t overly friendly with the other staff. Over all staff was good.
• Janine (6/5): Disappointing - It was OK nothing different to most motels, a selection of hot food all pre made and not to order, there was a selection of fruit and cereal. Juice and tea or coffee. The check in could have been better the attendant was also answering the phones and not paying attention to the guests. Answering the phone instead of looking after the people stood in front of him. I was not given the room I booked which was a king room I was given a queen room and not told at check in, or had the price reduced to reflect the different room. I had to go back and wait again for service. I was told that there were no king rooms available but he did give me a business suite. This was also disappointing as there were paper cups and not ceramic as one would expect in a suite. Overall it did serve us well but it is not a place I would stay at again.

Thankfully the AC worked to cool the room. Lots of receptacles in which to plug chargers. The resting chair that came with the room was well beyond its optimum date. The padding was gone making the metal frame press into your legs. Very uncomfortable. The TV remote was missing it’s cover & a battery rendering it useless. The room lighting was rather dim.
