• Joni (9/5): Good value room with a nice quiet location - +Great location near the city center on a quiet street. +Modern and well equipped room. +Good for value for money. -A physical keycard would be nice. Punching in the pincode at three different points just to get your room is really annoying. You could have a machine in the lobby, where you could program your own keycard upon arrival (I've seen these in other hotels). -Only one small elevator, which was slow and didn't seem that reliable.

Gebucht, weil ich das andere Numa Hotels in Brüssel kannte. Hier sind Zimmer größer. Mag es rezeptionslos, für Besuch. Kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung. Hab was vergessen, top Service, um es zu bekommen. Bin Numa Mitglied geworden. Vor Fenster im 1. OG fehlt ein Gitter. Etwas dunkel. Großer Spiegel nur im Schrank, etwas lichtarm. Für Selfies und so wäre es schön. Toilette jenseits vom Hotelzimmer wäre ein Plus
• Celina (9/5): Uma estadia moderna, confortável e prática - Hotel limpo, moderno e muito prático. Mesmo sem recepção física ou atendentes, tudo funciona de forma online, intuitiva e simples. O quarto era espaçoso, a cama muito confortável, a decoração excelente e a vista também era bem agradável. Localização boa, muito próxima dos pontos turísticos, mas fora do agito. Há um problema com a vedação do box do banheiro. Depois do banho, o banheiro acaba ficando inundado, apesar de o chuveiro ser muito bom. Isso também acontece porque o box é mais alto que o piso do banheiro. Ajustando esse ponto, a experiência ficaria 100%.

• Süleyman (9/5): Güzel konum, tam dijtal tesis - Konumu metro istasyonuna 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde bir meydana bakıyor. Buradan 10-15 dk yürüyerek Brüksel merkezde görülmesi gereken her şeyü görebilirsiniz. Odanın genişliği, olanakları, temizliği son derece iyiydi. Check out sonrası kullanabileceğiniz locker roomun olması çok iyiydi. Oda klimayla ısınıyor, klima maksimum 25 dereceye ayarlanabiliyor ama biz 23 derecenin üstünü hiç görmedik. Ayrıca TV’nin smart olmaması zorlayıcıydı, youtube açabilmek için yarım saat uğraştım ama olmadı.

• Erika (7/5): Estancia agradable - La habitacion en general es espaciosa y grande, cada espacio tiene su puerta. Superbien que te dejan capsulas de café y mini dosis de leche y si se te acaban siempre hay disponibles abajo en la entrada. La cama es cómoda y tiene buenas cortinas opacas. Muy bien que tenga taquillas gratuitas para dejar el equipaje. El equipo del hotel muy responsable y responden muy rápido, con los problemas que tuve con el desayuno me dieron solución. El agua caliente tardaba mucho en salir y en mi caso solo iba bien en la bañera. La TV no funcionaba el smartTV. Está relativamente céntrico pero esta cerca de la estación de Midi y el ambiente ahi no es muy… agradable. Quizás mejoraria la iluminacion, en general es muy muy tenue y no es regulable, sobretodo la del baño.

• Graciela (7/5): Si no te manejas bien con la tecnologia no vayas. - Muy linda y comoda, agradable ambientación y todo funcionaba perfecto.Como critica la mámpara de la ducha debiera cerrar toda porque moja fuera de la ducha.si Que por hacer la cama y cambiar las toallas cobraran.Estuve 4 dias, no me afectó, pero lo considero incluido en el precio. Tampoco me gustó que no hubiera nadie para recibir, si uno no está al día con la tecnologia lo pasa mal.

• Heather (1/5): Communication sucked, property was under construction. - When we first arrived at the property, we were given a room that was already occupied. The communication was with an AI agent, and we had to wait 30 minutes for a person to communicate with. They assigned us to a different room, but the next morning, we had no hot water. They could not guarantee we would have hot water in that room at any point during our trip, so they moved us to a third room.

Писала много раз и ничего не отвечали. В конце сказали, что у них её нет, но сами предлагали доставку и установку цветов в начале, так что им просто не захотелось её принести

• Nada (3/5): - The room was well appointed and clean. The digital hotel approach with no staff onsite means that when things go wrong, there are significant delays. Unfortunately, there were issues with the AC, TV, coffee machine, sink drainage and cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation from other rooms. I only tried to address the AC and TV. It took a long time to get past the WhatsApp bot, and then neither were properly addressed any way. I gave up.

• Alexander (5/5): - Es gab eine laute Baustelle im Hotel. Bei der Anreise hatten fehlten die Codes für die Zimmer. Es gab keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Die Hotline hatte eine lange Wartezeit. Mitten während des Aufenthaltes sollten wir die Zimmer wechseln, was wir letztlich nur durch ein langes Telefonat mit der Hotline abwenden konnten.

• Fatmah (3/5): BE AWARE!!! - If you are looking for a good value hotel, you can find a lot in the city center, just search more. If you are looking for better location, there is better than this. I suggest looking more. My vacation was ruined, we started very badly. Once we checked in we found that they gave us the wrong room, unclean and very disgusting. It was to the point that I had to take another hotel for the night until they gave us the room we actually reserved. And then, what made it worse was that they were playing with us. They told us that one minute the new room is ready and we went all the way to check only to see that the code didn’t work, it was back and forth, it happened 3 times, it caused me to cancel many activities I already booked. Very awful start. Not to mention the AC barely lets out any cold air, we had to open the windows. And when we asked for a payable deep cleaning, they said that the only thing they can do is make the bed and take out the garbage, it makes no sense. This is not the Numa I know from Paris.
• Fatmah (6/5): I would avoid it l! - When we moved to this room it was okay, because they changed the flooring from carpet to wooden tiles. But overall the cleaning is bad, because when we asked if we could pay for a normal cleaning (like any normal hotel does) and they said they cannot do anything besides taking out the trash and making the bed (not changing the bedsheets or vacuuming the floor) there was a lot of dust since we stayed for 10 days. They clean the room every 7 days but I don’t think it’s enough. The AC isn’t working well, it barely let out any cold air. The bathroom has a foul smell. I didn’t like my stay at all.

• Cristina (1/5): Wouldn’t recommend during lack of communication - Location On the arrival day I received an email that I was being downgraded. The options were to accept it with a 15% off it or go, and with such a short notice I didn’t have time to find an alternative. Then when we were in, we received another email that communicated refurbishment being done during our stay as they were replacing the carpets, and saying that there would be noise from 8am to 8pm. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all due to their luck of communication, as your booking is not guaranteed

El sistema de registro, check In y accceso al edificio. No hay personal disponible por si surge algún contratiempo, solo un telefono de asistencia. En toda una semana no vienen ha hacer la limpieza si no lo pides y pagando, claro. Algo excesivo. Habia toallas en la zona comunitaria por si querias cambiarlas y tambien habia capsulas de cafe y te a disposición.

Wi-Fi di non facile accesso, la camera non è mai stata pulita ( abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti) il bagno aveva in dotazione solo due piccoli rotoli di carta igienica.

The water wasn’t hot at certain times. We had no view and the room was dark, but nicely decorated.

En het brood was droog en een ochtend zelfs oudbakken. Bij de versie met vlees ook vooral heel veel vlees. Wel wat verser en smakelijker brood. Verder een handvol druiven en iedere dag hetzelfde cakeje. Voor het betaalde bedrag hadden wij iets beters verwacht. Zie boven

Capisco e condivido che non sia necessario il cambio asciugamani quotidiano, ma la pulizia della camera solo dopo 8 giorni è inaccettabile.

• Teodora (3/5): Horrible customer experience - It was well furnished, close to the center and appeared secure There were almost no amenities beside a tea pot and coffee maker. The fridge wasn’t really working. But the thing that made me give such a bad review was the fact that I requested a baby cot 6 months prior to my reservation and on the first night there was nowhere for my baby to sleep because they didn’t honor the request. I had to find an alternative so that she can sleep somewhere. They offered me a discount for the first night and offered to pay for the rent of the cot, but it still caused a lot of inconvenience and I still haven’t received the money back. Additionally there was almost no support. I tried calling them a few times and they were not picking up the phones or were closing the phones on me. The chat was extremely slow, they weren’t keeping up with the responsibilities and promises about the baby bed and they weren’t prepared for the amount of customers with babies they have. Overall a good stay if you’re a couple or alone, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone with children. I’m extremely sorry that we stayed there with our child
• samia (9/5): Très bel établissement - La proximité avec les lieux de visite, le calme, la propreté et la disponibilité du personnel, lorsqu’on fait une demande. Le personnel était très réactif à nos demandes. Petit déjeuner était très bon, déposé devant la porte très tôt le matin, complet. Les équipements. Je suis très contente de ce séjour et de cet établissement surtout. Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas réussi à installer Netflix sur la télévision malgré l’intervention du personnel qui a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable

Tout se fait par message sur WhatsApp et codes. J'ai eu du mal à comprendre le fonctionnement. Initialement, je n'ai pas réussi à utiliser l'ascenseur avec le code puis je me suis trompée de chambre (qui s'est quand même ouverte avec mon code...). Les chambres sont propres et confortables mais assez impersonnelles.
