• Stéphan (8/5): - Appartement bien situé en périphérie du centre, à deux pas des arrêts de bus et d'un supermarché. L'appartement est propre, calme et confortable, bien équipé et avec du cachet. Le loueur est réactif.
• Elżbieta Hyży (8/5): - Apartament świetnie wyposażony, jasny, wygodny. Ma wszystko co jest w opisie i jeszcze więcej. Byliśmy mile zaskoczeni. Położony dosyć daleko od centrum, ale przystanek autobusowy jest tuż obok. Kontakt z obsługa bardzo dobry. Jedyny mankament to nieszczelne okna. W nocy słychać ruch uliczny i jest przewiewnie 😀
• Alba Maria (9/5): Muy bien! - Piso suuuper bonito y cómodo. Con el bus al lado de la puerta para llegar bien a cualquier sitio. Nos ha encantado! No nos ha importado, pero por si a alguien si le importa… se escucha bastante el ruido del tráfico por las ventanas, sin ventanas de madera preciosas pero aíslan poquito! Para nosotros no ha sido problema

• alice (9/5): Ottimo - Fornita di tutto, anche di tv Smart e giochi in scatola. Proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile nelle comunicazioni, self check in comodissimo. Spazi ampi molto apprezzati per una vacanza in città con dei bimbi. Da segnalare che l’accesso avviene tramite due rampe di scale abbastanza strette Nulla

• Екатерина (10/5): Нам очень понравилось проживание здесь! Белье и подушки с одеялами были прекрасны , даже раскладной диван удобный и боль - Очень чистые и комфортные апартаменты! Довольно близко к старому городу, автобус нр 6 - 10 минут. В апартаментах есть все для удобства, готовки, стирки! Советуем! Довольно шумно по ночам, слышимость с улицы большая.

• honghao (10/5): - This apartment is great. It's in a convenient location, close to the bus stop. There's a supermarket about 500 meters away. The apartment is fully equipped.
• Goley (10/5): - The place exceeded expectations - very spacious for 2 people and our dogs were welcomed :) host left plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. We had soaps and the ac was great for warm nights. Location is a far walk but it’s nice to burn the calories with all the pasta you’ll be eating.

• Stephanie (9/5): Superb - Exceptionally quiet which is a massive plus in a city. You can either walk into Florence or catch the bus opposite the apartment. An Aldi 5 minutes away. The apartment was well equipped throughout. Very clean . Would highly recommend. There was no negatives for us...

• Beatrice (9/5): Great solution out of the touristy area - The apartment was spacious, modern, clean and well furnished. The accommodation had good quality for money (especially when compared to other offers in Florence). The apartment is outside the city center (40 minutes by foot) but can be easily reached by bus. A big supermarket is a few meters away. The neighborhood is not touristy, but the shopping street (for locals) via Gioberti Is 10 minutes away. Abe was very friendly and helpful, and quick to respond. Overall, as a person from Florence, I would definitely recommend this apartment and particularly for a medium-long staying. The street is pretty noisy, but the apartment is well insulated, so we did not care too much. Also, we live in Bayern, so likely our standards of peace and quiet are pretty high.

• Jessica (8/5): Great value for money! - The apartment was clean and airy, had everything we needed and more, was in the immediate vicinity of bus stops, cafes, shops... A pleasant 40-min walk into the very centre, or 20 min by bus. The area, and indeed the city as a whole, felt safe - as two women we at no time felt hassled or uneasy, even walking about at night and under a pedestrian underpass we had to use to walk into town. We found the bed somewhat uncomfortable, and the traffic noise bothered us, but the first is a personal question and the second - well, it's a major city, so to be expected, really.

• Jacqueline (10/5): wonderful accommodation. lovely welcoming host— so helpful and warm - very spacious , several rooms in it. well lit and very comfortable. spotlessly clean. the host Abe was extremely warm and welcoming. she left some refreshments for us in the fridge. nothing— was 2.4 km from city center so a bit of walking was done

It was well air conditioned, in a nice quiet location, spacious, open and lovely host. Such great value for money too! Washing machine didn’t work, despite many attempts to fix it.
