• Emmanuelle (9/5): Beau logement, belle situation dans une très belle ville. - Accueil par l'hôte avec des explications complètes et précises sur le logement et le quartier. Très bonne situation dans un quartier non touristique, plutôt fréquenté par des vénitiens mais proche des lieux incontournables. Logement grand, spacieux et bien équipé. Un peu difficile à trouver à cause du GPS confus. Un peu de bruit dans la rue le soir car c'est un quartier de passage le soir.

He gave us very detailed instructions on how to reach the apartment, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. He even waited for us and greeted us personally when we arrived. Throughout our stay, he was very attentive and caring — we truly felt looked after. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Venice!
• Richard (8/5): It was a lovely stay. - We loved the location. There were several great restaurants and pastry shops near us. Not in the thick of Venice but we felt safe walking around. We enjoyed the courtyard. The host met us, gave us a tour and gave us some suggestions for the neighborhood. There wasn’t much to complain about.

• María (9/5): Central and comfortable accommodation - The accommodation is very well located within walking distance of most places of interest and also very well equipped with all the necessities for a good stay. Alessandro, the host, gave us very good information on how to get around and where to eat. He was also kind enough to allow us to leave our bags in the flat after check out.
• David (8/5): Compact, well-located place in Dorsoduro. - The location was great, the host's rep who met us was great. The garden is very nice. The shower was good. The kitchen was adequately supplied and fairly easy to work in. There was plenty of hot water. Not very spacious for three downstairs, although plenty of room in the bedrooms. No TV. The sofa reminds me of 1962 and is not very comfortable. Furnishings are showing their age, but somehow that's charming in Venice. Air conditioning was important to us because of a medical condition. One bedroom has a mini-split system which adequately cools the entire upstairs. Both bedrooms have through-the-wall AC units; their purpose is to avoid having to run the main system One seemed to work fairly well, but I am pretty sure the other was just blowing room air.
• Julie (10/5): Exceptional - Very convenient part of Dorsudero, for art lovers like us- Ca Toletta is a two-level, two bedroom apartment with its own courtyard. Nice bathtub. The real highlight is charming Alessandro, the caretaker, who answered every question and was very very helpful for our first time in Venice. Coffee and good tea assortment. Highly recommend

• Amanda (10/5): Great apartment in the Accademia area. Brilliant host - Gorgeous two bed property in a great location. The host was amazing. He was really attentive and kept in touch checking everything was fine and even allowing us to keep cases in the apartment longer on check out day. The courtyard is also a welcome feature. Great area and lovely restaurant literally around the corner. Easy to find location on maps from Piazzale Roma where we got the bus too and from the airport. Leaving!
• Adam (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay to Venice - The apartment is located perfectly in the Old Town Venice, surrounded by charming alleys, bridges and houses with their unique atmosphere. It's quite close to all the most important places in Venice but it is not noisy there at all. The apartment itself is very comfortable, with nice living room and fully equipped kitchen (cooker + microwave) in the first floor and two comfortable sleeping rooms and bathroom in the second floor. From the living room you can pass to a nice patio, where you can e.g. eat your supper or simply enjoy the evening Everything perfectly clean. The hosts extremely polite and helpful. From the very beginning we could chat like old friends. As we wanted to leave somewhere our luggage until apartments' check-in time (our plane arrived at Marco Polo airport relatively early), we were (surprisingly) offered possibility to simply get the keys to the apartment before regular check-in. If anyone of us comes back to Venice again, we can hardly imagine to choose another apartment :-) It's really nothing to complain about. Of course, the apartment is not very cheap, but you cannot expect anything cheaper in Venice (which is an expensive city itself). In particular, nothing of such a good quality.

• Ines (9/5): Very nice place to explore Venice - Lovely location. The apartment has character. Very helpful host. Great outdoor space. Some things could be updated, .e.g more modern kitchen equipment. I’m not a fan of Italian style bed clothing and the huge pillows.

• Ring (9/5): Great service & super location - Location!! Giovanni, who met us, was incredibly proactive and attentive. The kitchen had everything. There was an outdoor patio, a convenient ½bath in addition to the full bathroom was a bonus. The place could use a coat of paint. In the evenings the small bedroom smelled smoky, like cigarette smoke was seeping in somewhere. Everything else was fine.

Nice quiet place, great little coffee places and restaurants nearby, easy to walk to all the sights. Lovely to have some outside space , and wonderful helpful host. We’ll be back! Nothing!
• Sanju (9/5): Excellent Stay. Perfect for 3 to 4 people - Giovane/John messaged me 2 days prior to my arrival which provided me a reassurance. He kept me updated and helped me navigate the google map to reach the property. He guided me on using public transport once I reached Venezia S lucia station. He also accepted for an early check in, unfortunately long queue to get into the waterbus delayed my arrival. On approaching the property, John was there within a minute or so. He provided the tour of the house, showed me the switches which are located in inconspicuous areas, showed me where things are in the kitchen and how to operate heating system should I needed it. He was quick to answer my every query. It felt scary upon arrival due to small allies and dilapitated external appearance but the property is very well maintained, clean and with modern bathroom and kitchen. After travelling through venice, you'll realise the house is not an exception and infact its one of the charms of this ancient city. Just one minor thing, there is no iron in the house. Otherwise, would have been perfect. Nothing to dislike

• Mikhaylov (10/5): Duplex apartment with a small private courtyard in the Dorsoduro area - I remember a very friendly host who not only met us and helped us find this apartment by phone, but also explained everything where to go in this area and left detailed instructions in the form of a photo and a plan of the area. There is everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. A spacious hall with a large dining table on the ground floor. The bedrooms on the second floor are conveniently located. It was perfect for a family of 4 people. Mosquitoes flew, but did not bother, firstly, there are fumigators available, and secondly, mosquitoes are very small and not malicious. There is an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and, importantly, 2 toilets There was no such thing. The only thing that was difficult was to find the apartments themselves. The address on the Booking page of the object is incorrect! Keep this in mind and check the address directly with the owner in advance

• Bishwamon (9/5): Great place to stay in Dorsoduro!! - 1) The property is located within walking distance of ferry stops 2) There are several shops and places to eat that stay open quite late at night. 3) The house is cozy and has a lovely backyard with seating arrangements, just perfect for a small open air tea break or party. 4) There is an additional WC downstairs which really helps when you are a larger group. 5) The host was proactive and extremely helpful. He remained in touch through the entire trip and made sure we were assisted in case we needed anything No house is perfect so the multitude of merits does cover any minor inconvenience that may have caused. So there is nothing we disliked to be honest.
• Mc (10/5): Fantastic location in a picturesque city. - The property had such a quirky feel with some original features. Was a fantastic location and the host couldn’t have done enough to accommodate us despite a very late and delayed arrival. Would 100% stay again.
