• Lisanne (2/5): - Deze accommodatie geboekt boor 1 nachtje. Helaas ging mijn telefoon kapot de dag voor onze boeking. Ik kon bij geen enkele gegevens in/van mijn telefoon (ook niet op een andere telefoon). Ik kon ook niet in booking.com. Internet afgezocht voor het adres van deze accommodatie maar nergens te vinden. Ook geen contact gegevens van de host dus konden ook geen contact met haar opnemen. Uiteindelijk haar instagram gevonden en haar hier op bericht. Geen enkele reactie gekregen. Naar de wijk dat op booking.com stond gegaan maar konden het niet vinden omdat dit geen exact adres hadden. Ons best gedaan om het toch te vinden en aan mensen gevraagd maar niemand kan ons helpen. Hierdoor uiteindelijk een ander hotel geboekt. Een dag of twee later lukte het weer om in te loggen op booking.com. Gelijk de host bericht waarom wij niet geweest waren. Hier nooit reactie op gehad. Meerdere berichten via booking.com gestuurd geen reactie. Uiteindelijk een lang bericht gestuurd in het nederlands en kregen alleen terug english? Het hele verhaal opnieuw in het engels gestuurd en hier tot heden geen reactie op gehad. Slechte service en contact met de host. Contact met host lijkt wel onmogelijk.

• Dan (10/5): Interesting and friendly area, parked my bike with no problems. Shops and bars close by. Super friendly and humble hosts - Clean, central, friendly Took me a while to understand the hot water needs time to warm up.
• Boris (10/5): Aurora Studio Exceeds Expectations - An absolute gem! Our stay here was nothing short of fantastic, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Firstly, the location is ideal. Set in the charming town of Bileća, the studio offers a peaceful retreat. The apartment itself is impeccably clean. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the modern amenities provided. From the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable living space, every aspect exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights for us was the small terrace, a lovely space to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind after a day of activities and we appreciated having this additional outdoor area to enjoy. The free WiFi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected and plan our daily schedule with ease. Furthermore, the hospitality we received was exceptional. The host was friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches such as more than enough towels and bed linen provided, as well as the non-smoking policy which ensured a fresh and clean environment. Overall, we can't recommend Aurora Studio enough and this apartment ticks all the boxes. Everything was perfect!
