• ALEKSEI (10/5): - Очень хорошая квартира в центре Еревана. Удобное расположение — рядом много кафе, магазинов, площадь Республики в 10 минутах ходьбы прогулочным шагом. До "Каскада" 10 минут - пешком. Очень приятно, когда по прилету тебе не нужно думать как добраться до жилья, хозяин квартиры обеспечил прекрасный трансфер на котором мы быстро добрались до жилья. Квартира чистая, уютная и просторная, всё соответствует фотографиям. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Отдельное спасибо хозяину — очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый человек, всегда был на связи и помогал по любым вопросам. Остались только хорошие впечатления, будем пытаться бронировать это же жилье при следующем визите в Ереван. Не работал, телевизор. Правда, заметили это только через два дня. Для нас это не было проблемой, сами попросили хозяина не беспокоиться, хотя он готов был приехать и решать проблему тут же..

The location is excellent: right in the center of Yerevan, close to everything. It was clean inside and had everything needed for living. The host was responsive and quickly answered all our questions.

• Razeh (10/5): Very good and clean Apartment - I really liked the place very much. Location is perfect. The apartment is very clean, nice, thoughtfuly designed and comfortable. There is everything you need for any length of stay. Well equipped kitchen. Good ventilation and plumbing. Very good and convenient location. Parking is not easy but possible. Comfortable bed. The host is really friendly and helpful, easy to communicate with. Every attraction in the city is in walking distance.We were satisfied․
• Lukas (8/5): Very good - The apartmant has a central location and is quite big and basic. It has nice beds in my opinion. The host is flexibel with the check in and check out time. All in all it was fine. You have to pay in cash for your stay when you arrive. This should be mentioned somewhere.
• Barry (8/5): Super location, responsive host, and fully equipped apartment, but with a few issues - Location was excellent, in walking distance to major sites and museums plus countless restaurants and cafes. It was easy to interact and communicate with the host who was also very responsive. Even though the building is very central and near a busy plaza, the apartment was very quiet especially through the night. Great to have two bedrooms and bathrooms, both a very good size with plenty of hot water for showering. Kitchen was well equipped and easy to use, including the available ice trays in the freezer. Interior lighting could be nicer, but everything worked just fine. Sofas/chairs in the living space and dining table offered ample furniture and comfort. The booking we made did not say that we needed to pay in cash on arrival, but fortunately we could pull enough money from the ATM. The bathrooms had an odor from the sewers that was quite annoying. The large bed was too soft for us and stained without a mattress protector, but the twin beds were a bit firmer. The listing said parking was included, but that meant on the street, and it can be tough to find a free space at certain times of the day. The host graciously offered a parking garage nearby, but we were lucky to find parking at the apartment when we needed to.
