• Emma (10/5): Lovely property would stay here again!! - The location of the property was great! The bed was super comfy and the apartment was very clean. Laura was great at communicating with us in terms of check in and check out. The shower pressure was strange but manageable. Even though there were shutters on the windows the streets were still very loud over night and in the mornings.

• Ovidiu (8/5): Good vaue for money - location, amenities (missed an iron, though), good to have a fridgeș plenty of restaurants in the area plus Pitti palace within a couple of minutes. good pillows some soft, so perfect for anyone the A/C for heating (as was cold in the city) was very noisyș the outside noise (last day was a construction work outside and they started quite early)ș water pressure at shower was weak (but understandable as 4th floor in an old building)

• Rahrz31 (4/5): - Location was excellent, it was really close to a lot of things at a walkable distance. The room smelled a lot of cigarrate smoke which was very unplesant and gave both my partner and I allergies. Some comments mentioned its noisey and yes it is very loud.The main noise comes from the garbage truck in the morning. Every two days or everyday the garbage truck picks up the trash below and its very loud. The people next door, which was another airbnb, were also really loud at night. Of course wearing earplugs will reduce this but for the price I would have liked a more quiet room. Water heater was not the best as if one person took a shower and the other went to shower right afterwards there would be no more hot water. Overall expectations didn't match the price however if you dont mind any of the above, the location was the best part of this booking.

• Laura (2/5): No podrás ducharte en todo tu viaje - La localización es estupenda y el piso estaba limpio ES IMPOSIBLE DUCHARSE. Tened mucho cuidado porque puede estropearte el viaje. Laura, la dueña, nos decía que era debido a que mucha gente usaba la ducha a la vez. Imposible ducharse en la franja de 8-11h RUIDO ENSORDECEDOR TODA LANOCHE. Debe ser una cisterna o un termo pero es realmente imposible dormir

• Volodymyr (9/5): Great cozy place for those, who needs nice place to sleep at - Small but nicely equipped studio in the great location just in the city centre. Comfortable bed. For some reason ID details were not enough for check in and I was asked to share ID photo. I was not feeling comfortable with such approach.
• Vivian Ronda (1/5): Sleepless and noisy - Good position, clean The people upstairs had a washing machine going all night till 8am . When I told the owner Laura she said she tried to contact them. Then offered a refund but after 2 months I still didn’t receive any money . It’s ruined our next day at the Uffuzzi Gallery and the Academia Gallery as we had no sleep.
• Jessica (9/5): Private, clean & homely stay in an unbeatable location - The room was fantastic, comfortable and clean. Having the kitchenette, fridge etc was very handy. The location is unbeatable! There was an issue with the hot water during our stay, we contact Laura and she had it rectified immediately and came over in person to ensure it was all working. The water pressure wasn’t very strong in the shower, but overall the stay was great!

The location is excellent- close to all attractions, safe and a bus stop nearby. Check-in and out were straightforward. All communications with the host were friendly, helpful and speedy. We would highly recommend this property!

• Monique (8/5): An enjoyable stay at Ponte Vecchio studios, the apartment is a comfortable size for two people and in a convenient (busy - Convenient location just off Ponte Vecchio, quiet inside the apartment at night despite being on a busy street, comfortable bed, good communication from the host via WhatsApp Given how hot it was in Florence when we stayed, it would have been kind of them to put on the aircon ahead of our arrival. The apartment took about 18 hours to properly cool down once we put the aircon on.

They recommended many attractions and restaurants enjoyed by locals. It was in a secure and safe building, and the apartment met all expectations - very clean and comfortable. Ponte Vecchio is such a stunning area, and remains only a 3 minute walk from the city centre. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We were able to walk everywhere as the property was very well situated within walking distance to all the attractions I think the property needs to provide a toaster in the kitchen and a few more utensils, crockery and glasses.

Good room for a couple of nights, good internet speed, great dinning and tour recommendations by the host The check-out time at 10 am seems a bit early, as many shops and restaurants typically open around that time, making it challenging to make the most of the day. There's room for improvement in extending the check-out time.

• Janice (9/5): A fabulous stay in Florence in a perfectly located and cozy apartment. - Perfect location and cozy. A second mirror, preferably a full length mirror in the apartment would be useful.
• Courtney (10/5): A perfect studio in a perfect Florence location! - The communication from the host was superb. We did have to collect the keys at a different location just around the block, but the host included both images and video to make the experience seamless. This studio is located in a very central area around the corner from Ponte Vecchio bridge. It includes A/C and an elevator. It was super cozy and we couldn't have asked for a better location or a more communicative host. We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Florence, especially a single person or a couple! Nothing to say here!
• Danielle (8/5): Great value for a comfortable stay in an excellent location. - Excellent location, comfortable room with everything you need. Would highly recommend for people on a budget. Overall the room was clean, but some aspects of the cleaning service can be improved. Surfaces like the desk were dusty. Linens had some minor stains. Bed spread seemed dusty. However the bathroom and floors were very clean, which is what I care most about personally. Air conditioner worked well but was loud at night Not a big deal.
• Ronan (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect right beside Ponte Vecchio. Very quiet as was on 4th floor but thankfully there was also a good elevator. Comfortable bed and good air con. It is a small apartment so is for 2 people max but very comfortable at that.

The apartment is in a prime and very safe position, just a few steps from the Ponte Vecchio and everywhere is walkable in Florence. Florence is very safe. The apartment was very clean with everything needed for a short stay. Shower was excellent, in the small functunal bathroom. Elevator to the 4th floor was small but welcome. Not all apartments have elevators in Florence. The apartment is on the south side of the river, with many good places to eat. The area has a mix of locals and tourist, which we prefer. We would highly recommend this apartment and to visit Florence. Everything was perfect.
