Mhmod (4/5): Niemals Persobal kommt ins Gespräch am nächsten Tag - Nur die Lage NEIN NEIN NEIN NIEMALS WIEDER 1. Wir haben gesucht selber wo sind die Bettwäsche. 2. Wir haben Internet am nächsten Tag die Passwort bekommen 3. TV hat gar nichts funktioniert 4. Klimaanlage hat gar nichts gekühlt einfach zu schwach für solche Wohnung am 2. Etage war extrem warm kann mann nicht schlafen die Nacht 5. Kühlschrank hat nicht funktioniert selber gesucht wie mann an macht 6. Wir haben gar keine Hinweise bekommen wo ist die Wohnung welche Tür nur wo liegt der Schlüssel welches Box. ICH RATE ALLEN AB DAVON SCHLECHT

Jordan (6/5): Great location and a perfect stay for up to 4 people, but much to be improved. - Location was great, right next to a supermarket, bus and tram stop, and only a 10 minute walk to the tube Check in was available from 3pm, but we said we would arrive at around 5pm, so you can imagine our surprise when we turned up at 4:45 and the key wasn't where it was meant to be and that the host would not pick up the phone. Room was still being cleaned up till 5:15, which wouldn't have been a problem if they communicated this, but sitting outside in 38c heat with luggage and no answers is not a great start. The room wasn't exactly clean either.
