• Edgar (8/5): Everything good but not the beds - The landscaping is nice and the staff is friendly. Room is big. Food in restaurant ok, prices a little high but still ok Breakfast ok but nothing too special. Suitable for locals but they said taste is not very good. Problem are the beds. Like a piece of hard wood, extremly hard and to top it the pillow is like a stone, big and hard too. Bed was for me extremely uncomfortable. First we had a room just above the pool pump and kitchen with noise 16 hrs per day, Pool is nice but cannot be used these months because too cold. There is a hot tub but all guests and children use it with clothes like it s customed here. At the end the water is like a slightly dark soup.

• Sakibur (9/5): - It was overall a very pleasant experience. Loved the spacious and clean environment. We were not given chance for late checkout, even though we offered payment.

• Mohammad Hasan (2/5): Very much lack of professionalism, facilities. - I didn't find anything to like there. Staff are not friendly. In some cases they are rude, and the general manager is totally unqualified. I have tried to meet him several times, but he was totally unreachable. They also overcharged me. There are no parking places. Odd location; no restaurant shops around there.

• Gustavo (7/5): One good option away from city center chaos - Excellent location with friendly, helpful staff! The rooms feel a bit dated, and breakfast is quite basic during the low season. One day, the AC stopped working and I had to switch rooms—staff made it easy, but it still meant packing and unpacking again.

• Richard (7/5): A fair option for Sreemangal compared to the alternatives available in the town. - Large room with a balcony…staff were very attentive….location was good for Sreemangal Breakfast wasn’t particularly good, not many options…quite a bit of noise during the evening as some ongoing renovations…only shower, no bathtub
• Edward (6/5): Looks luxurious from outside, but lacking in basic amenities and exoensive. - Room was large, lobby is welcoming. The electrical outlets were too far from bed to be useful, the fitness room was far away and had no mats, checkin was intrusive, asking for passport and visa for all occupants. Whole time there, there were 2 temporary beds in hallway. Hallways are dark. It's very expensive for local standards. Location is not easy walking distance to town.
