- Miki (5/5): お値段相応という感じ○ - ・洗濯機がある ・アメニティある程度ある ・地下鉄駅から徒歩で行ける ・心斎橋の方までもアクセス◎ ・自動チェックインがかなり分かりにくかった。ポストが2ヵ所あって分かりにくかった。結局電話して教えていただいた ・廊下の床がベコベコ凹んでる感覚？で最初こわかった ・寝巻きとヘアブラシが無いのは地味に堪えた ・一人用ソファがあって魅力的に感じてたが、実際に見るとシミがあり、結局座らなかった ・予約日の数日前から、宿から何度も中国語でメッセージが来て困った。日本人なので日本語で送るようその都度要請したが、「Booking.comのシステムエラーのせいだ」と回答があった。不思議に思いBooking.comにも問い合わせしたが、システムエラーではないと回答があった。あれはなんだったのでしょう…。外国人向けの宿だから仕方ないとは思いつつも、予約者情報をきちんと確認してから案内をしてもらいたい。
- Catriona (8/5): Great for a solo traveller. - Good location. Good amenities nearby and all well explained in the folder of information. A toaster would have been nice, and knives (there were only spoons, forks and chopsticks - making a sandwich was impossible).
