• JOSE DAVID (10/5): I will book again!! - This apartment was perfect. Well located and my family was super happy with the views. There was a set of extra blankets that we felt wasn’t cleaned enough. We had to wash them before using them.
• Bosch (2/5): Don't let the view fool you - View and location Don't let the view fool you. The rest is not OK. Communication also lacking. The address is not as given. When I went to look for no.250 it was a grand parking lot. I phoned the number given by the website and eventually got hold of someone, to be told it is no 230, which is the Alea building. The place is not looked after. Bad stale smell in unit when we arrived and still the when we left. Lights out in one bathroom and partially out in 2nd. TV remote didn't work. On bedroom didn't have a remote, so 2 tv's out of service. Was not fixed despite requesting it to be fixed on first day of our 3. One toilet has a plumbing issue, plunger had to be used continuously, obviously there is a problem. We were accused of putting stuff down the toilet, which was nonsense, just normal amount of toilet paper used. No laundry washer liquid. 2 coffee cups. We were four. Mix and match of glasses, two wine glasses. General opinion, rather find something else.

• Dorel (8/5): Very good - Have nice view. They told us the living sofa can be transformed in bed, but it was not comfortable to sleep on.
• Laura (5/5): Passable - There were several issues with the unit. There weren't enough bath products—no hand soap in the bathrooms, one bath had only shampoo (no body wash or conditioner), and the other lacked conditioner entirely. The sliding glass door didn’t close fully, making it loud at night, and there were ants on the nightstand. A window in the other room was broken and also wouldn’t shut all the way, which added to the noise. Additionally, the bathroom sink clogged when the water was running. The unit itself felt stark, with very little on the walls, and wasn’t a space you’d want to hang out in. The view, however, was nice.

• Fatimazahra (10/5): Amazing appartment in downtown Miami! - Despite it being a last-minute booking, Tony was very responsive and accommodated us at his beautiful apartment. The view was gorgeous, and we enjoyed the little time we had at the pool. Thank you for hosting us; we will definitely be back for a longer stay. This is now our Miami home away from home.
