Majitelka nás přivítala při příjezdu, vše nám vysvětlila a dala doporučení, byla moc milá. Vše pro nás bylo dostupné pěšky. Opravdu krásné místo, kde se rádi vrátíme. An absolutely beautiful, design-focused apartment, tastefully furnished throughout. It’s a शांत and peaceful place in the lovely Trastevere neighborhood. The host welcomed us on arrival, explained everything, and gave us great recommendations—she was very kind. Everything was within walking distance. A truly wonderful place we would love to return to. nothing
• Michael (9/5): Hyggelig lejlighed tæt på bl.a. Colosseum 😊 - Det ligger i super hyggelige Trastevere med små hyggelige gade og torve. Der er brostensbelagte veje over alt og der har bare noget charme. Selve lejligheden lever helt op til billederne og der er det man skal bruge. Vi har nydt vores ophold i lejligheden og Pamela, der tog imod os var yderst hjælpsom. Kan ikke rigtige komme på noget.
• Ludovic (9/5): Superb little flat - On the quieter side of Trastevere. Charming neighbourhood. Perfect location. Nice and well equipped little flat. Loved our stay. Some light bulbs need replacing

• Sangari (8/5): - Jessica, the host was really lovely. Her communication was fantastic!!! We had a good stay at the apartment, and it was perfect for our short stay there. Tv, air conditioning, towels and soap and toilet rolls to get started, and also coffee pods included. Cutlery and dishes, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer also provided. The apartment was immaculate and decorated tastefully! We loved it here! There are a lot of stairs up to the apartment, so if you have mobility issues, you will struggle. The doors open with an app on your mobile phone, so if your phone dies, it isn't ideal. Also, we had an issue one night where the system didn't work, but luckily Jessica provided a physical key, which worked, but you still need a code for the door to the apartment from the mobile app.

Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, making check-in and our overall experience very easy. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. None

• Michelle (10/5): Lovely apartment for two in Trastevere - Very comfortable studio, perfect for two people and gorgeously decorated! I felt so at home. The unit is very well maintained with everything you'd need (dishwasher, washer, and a dryer were a nice bonus) and the building itself was charming. The host was so friendly and accommodating with early check-in as well. It's in the best possible location in Trastevere - I can't say enough about how beautiful it was and how close we were to wonderful cafes, bars, gelato, and restaurants, with easy access to the heart of Rome across the river. Being able to open the windows and listen to the sounds of the neighborhood was so relaxing. Easily my favorite place and the highlight of our trip. We would absolutely return, and hope to do so soon. Not the fault of the host at all, but all the trash bins were moved the day of our checkout, which made for a stressful time time disposing of our garbage before we left. In the future, I would take out my trash more frequently. We also had to pick up some hand soap for the bathroom and kitchen as the unit didn't have any.

It has his own style, all furnitures very well choosen for each space and functionality. Very good location in the center of Transtevere. You can go walking everywhere in Rome. It's hard to understand how lights work. It took me some time to turn off/on the light I wanted
• Joshua (7/5): Beautiful, peaceful apartment in Trastevere! - Lots to like about this place! Location is on the quiet side of Trastevere, which we found really tranquil after spending time on the busy side. The property itself has really cool interiors and was modern, which we enjoyed. LOVE the shower and the views were really beautiful, with lots of afternoon sun streaming through. My only feedback is around the checking in process. It was way over the top - after completing the booking, you then need to complete a registration form online, then send ID documents, then pay the city tax, then confirm check in time, then sign a form, then download an app to operate the doors. It’s a lot. To be fair - it was a nice gesture to have someone meet us there to help us check in and provide some helpful tips on the area. The location is perfect! Only 10mins walk to everywhere you’d want to go as a visitor to Rome! Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to others.

• Brent (9/5): Lovely cosy flat in great location. - Lovely comfortable little flat ideal for 2. Good bathroom and comfy bed. Excellent heating temperatures. Great location. Very professional and friendly service by Jessica. Not much; if picky I'd say the shower seal was a little bit leaky but no doubt could be easily fixed. 42 steps up, so not for the disabled, but that meant lovely and quiet.

• Natasha (10/5): Highly recommend it. - The hostess was very helpful in explaining how to use the key code. The location is perfect. We had great time staying at the place. It's very well located in the quiet corner of Trastevere, but just a couple of hundred meters from the Tiber river, and in walking distance from the main landmarks. The area is full of very nice restaurants. Apartment is very clean and comfortable.

• Emma (9/5): Superb - Beautiful apartment, on the quieter side of Trastevere but still just a very short walk to the action. The property is managed by a rental agency on behalf of the owner - the person from the rental agency was very nice and responsive, and met with us at check in time to show us how to use the electronic key app for the doors. Note that this app to unlock and lock the apartment door relies on having internet access. Two small things that could be improved - there was no hand soap available in the bathroom for washing your hands and there was no quilt cover/duvet cover on the bed. The Nuki app is a bit fiddly to use and if you don’t have access to the internet via your phone it won’t work.
• Rhianna (9/5): Lovely apartment with all the facilities we needed! Short walk from Trastevere. - The place was furnished amazingly and we loved the decor! Very spacious. Had all the facilities anyone could need including oven, fridge, coffee machine, washing machine and dryer. Would be very useful for longer-term stays. The host greeted us upon arrival and gave us some food recommendations which was very handy as we had never been to Rome before. The location was great, just a short walk from Trastevere around 10 minutes. It took us around 30 minutes to walk to the centre of Rome. For us there wasn’t anything we didn’t like! Although there are rules given it is within a residential building. No noise week days between 23:00 and 08:00, then at weekends between 12:00 and 09:30. Other residents seem quite bothered by any noise including foot steps and moving objects in the rooms!
• Sarah (8/5): Goo roomy apartment if you're stair-fit - Fantastic location for walking, buses or tram. Nestled in lovely little restaurants. Jessica the property manager was super helpful and very available. Thanks for getting my luggage up, Jessica! Very spacious apartment with all mod cons, well equiped kitchen, great walk-in shower, a very much appreciated desk, comfy bed and pillows. I loved the church bells at 7.15, and the smell of the nearby bakery through the windows. My fault for not checking, but 40 steep stone steps were rugged with luggage or shopping. I really didn't like the entrance by NUKI APP. Give me a key any day. You certainly couldn't leave in a hurry, and there was one occasion when the app failed - a bit nervewracking. The lights need an instruction manual. The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet, and was precarious. I was required to find a bin for the rubbish a couple of blocks away (surely unusual?).

• Mclean (4/5): We could not stay there and received no compensation for our reservation fee from booking.com - The place was really great. Beautiful kitchen and and great set up. There was an incessant beeping sound that the could not be turned off. The host never showed up and it took hours for her to find a replacement suite and it was not nearly as nice. In fact it was kind of creepy/ dungeon like, but what are you going to do when need a place to stay in Rome and it is 10:00 at night. We reached acceptable terms on a refund with the host, but booking.com was brutal. They did not help finding a new place and they never responded to our request for a refund/ credit. We will never use booking.com again and if I were to book this place I would use another platform.

We really loved the decor and the cleaning and drying services were so handy to have! The kitchen is a good space, however I think better quality appliances and equipment would make this stay even more enjoyable.
