• Dan (9/5): House was clean, bedrooms nicely furnished, good value, needs more furninture in common area - Clean, comfy beds. Internet access present for personal devices and common room TV that was present. Washer/dryer was available. Had to purchase detergent and softener to do laundry. The common living area had very small sofa that could only fit two. No other comfortable sitting area was provided. No coffee table or dining table with chairs or living room chairs. There were very high uncomfortable bar chairs for the kitchen island/ bar. HIGHLY recommend that owners furnish common living area with another sofa that can at least fit 3 or 4 people, provide coffee table, living room chairs. Kitchen did not provide a toaster. No iron or ironing was provided. The house was a bare bones for furnishing in the common area. The bedrooms were properly furnished and comfortable. For bathrooms, suggest washcloths be provided along with the towels that were provided.

• Letto (6/5): Mediocre - Beautiful home No hot tub as was stated on the listing, no coffee maker or toaster, only 4 large towels even though it sleeps 8, maintenance needs to be done towel bars were broke and the master bathroom shower handle as well was broken. Only seating was four bar stools and a love seat and there were 4 adults and four children, very uncomfortable. I asked the owner where the hot tub was via email and he said in the bathroom like I was asking where the bathtub was.

Si vous ne mangez pas, et que vous faites juste que dormir sur place, et sans aucun repas, - C’est très spacieux, mais il n’y a pas de mobilier et d’équipement de cuisine en rapport avec le nombre de personnes indiqué sur la présentation. Le ménage n’était pas impeccable, car il traînait de la poussière, il a les cheveux et des poils dans les douches. La location était prévue pour une famille de 8 personnes hors aucune table ni chaise dans le séjour. Il y avait juste quatre tables de bar autour d’un îlot. Lorsque l’on a réclamé ses équipements, le propriétaire, si tu apparemment aux États-Unis, arrêt pendu que ce n’était pas indiqué sur les photos, alors que dans le descriptif, il était bien indiqué qu’il y avait une table à manger. Il n’y avait que quatre assiettes pour huit personnes. Il n’y a pas de cafetière. Il n’y a pas de plat pour le four. Si vous dormez, et ne mangez pas, cela va, mais si vous envisagez de manger ou de prendre un petit déjeuner et que vous êtes 6/8, location à éviter. Il n’y a aucune décoration dans la maison. Certains points étaient, certes, positifs, mais le manque de ces équipements de base à gâcher le séjour. Certes, quelques assiettes et cuillères ont été apportées le 2ème jour. Apparemment, le propriétaire n’avait pas assez d’argent de prévu pour acheter une table et des chaises. Il a évoqué ce point une demi-journée avant que l’on quitte la location que l’on avait pris pour 4 jours.
• alzarina (9/5): Great location and value! - Very spacious and great space for families. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Great value for your money. Amazing location too. Did not have enough aupplies for the kit hen like basic condiments as usually expecting in rentals lile this.

• Devyani (1/5): Disgusting and filthy - avoid! - Nothing. It was filthy. Beds were not cleaned and changed after last party. Hair and blood stains on bed. Dirty dish left on stove and dishwasher. Owned not responsive.
• Quinney (7/5): It was a good stay, in a great location, however it was missing a lot of supplies that are needed. - Great location, good price, nice house, good space and there was satelite tv and netflix, prime, etc... No big couch, no dining table, no coffee table, no coffee maker, no toaster, no vacuum, no curtains on the kitchen window, no bath/shower supplies (Shampoo, conditioner, body wash), no mop pail, no garbage bags, no baking sheet. The pots and pans were not very clean. I had to wash them before using them to cook. The washer would not start and there was no laundry soap. One curtain fell and we were unable to put it back up. The walls were very bare, could use a few pictures hanging on the walls. Another couch and TV would be useful upstairs in that open area. Also, the bed in the master bedroom, room 2 is very uncomfortable. Needs a new matress.
• Brenda (6/5): Nice home but not completely furnished - New house, comfortable beds Only had beds, four bar stools in the kitchen and a tv and two seater couch in the living room as furniture. Not comfortable for four people unless you were just there to sleep.

• Romeo (10/5): I would definitely come back here again. - the house is really nice and good. feels like we just moved in to a new house. lots of parking spot and its at a quiet area. the internet is really fast. The laundry is pretty good and everybody always ends up sleeping in due to the comfort of the beds. The host is really helpful too. some curtains or blinds would be nice to have in some of the windows and the doors for some more privacy.
• Erik (10/5): Very comfortable and inviting. - Location was near but not in the middle of Calgary, less traffic and close to good places for breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc. Very quiet even with the ongoing construction, right next to a large pond, very nice to pull up a chair and sip a coffee on the edge of the pond in the morning. Not a far drive from the airport either, very easy to navigate to. House definitely needs more furniture, however, everything there was brand new so I understand that. Everything else was great, very clean and tidy, easy to check in and check out. Not a bad thing at all, I've been there before :)
