- Angela (10/5): We would love to return - We loved staying at Regina. The manager was kind and accommodating and my son and I looked forward to seeing her in the mornings. The location was ideal to walk to the lake and the train station.

- Galina (10/5): - Локация очень близко к станции ж/д буквально 3 мин. До Лугано 15 мин на поездке. В отеле дают ваучер на бесплатный проезд в течение вашего пребывания. Номера (одноместный) маленький, но чистый. В номере нет чайника, но видимо там не принято. Завтраки нормальные для такого уровня отеля. Отель небольшой, тихий. Правда если окна выходят на дорогу , окна не откроешь, шумно. Люди на ресепшине очень милые и душевные. Ошиблась, вместо Лугано забронировала в Аньо. Цена завышена, но это уже Швейцария.

- sabine (5/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt, nah am Bahnsteig, Richtung Lugano und Ponte Tresa. In un mittelbare Nähe ein öffentlicher Park mit Spielplatz direkt am See. Leider liegt das Hotel direkt an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist nicht möglich. Das Frühstück ist minimalistisch. Am besten 1 Tag ausprobieren bevor man für die gesamte Zeit bucht. Das Personal ist (touristisch bedingt) freundlich.

- Zhijun (9/5): 连锁性经济酒店，若预算有限，值得首先选择。 - 作为经济型酒店，物有所值；房间不小，客用品除毛巾、牙刷牙膏等一次性用品没有外，基本齐全。早餐比较丰富，服务员非常热情，且收费上合情合理——我开的车比较宽不适合其停车场，马上退费且介绍到晚间免费的不远处的停车场。酒店位置虽然离卢加诺市中心有点路，但我们是驾车，故没有太大影响。若有机会，还会再来。 停车场通道过窄

- Martin (7/5): - Die Unterkunft hat gut gefallen und das Frühstück war reichhaltig und ausgewogen. Leider liegt die Unterkunft an stark frequentierter Hauptverkehrsachse und ist somit sehr lärmbelästigt.

La colazione discreta, semplice ma curata, e la posizione tranquilla. Il parcheggio si trova nelle vicinanze, anche se non è molto agevole per chi ha auto di grandi dimensioni. La struttura nel complesso è nella media: pulizia sufficiente ma non impeccabile. Le foto online rendono l’idea di ambienti più moderni e curati di quanto appaiano realmente. Inoltre, l’accesso e la segnaletica per raggiungerla non sono molto chiari e possono creare qualche difficoltà al primo arrivo.

- Tey (4/5): A Very Bad Check-in Experience - Location. We arrived at the hotel on Sunday afternoon at 3.00pm. To our dismay, we found that the hotel door was locked. A peep into the glass door, we saw no one at the reception and the hotel looked deserted and quiet. Despite having informed the hotel of our arrival time, and payment been collected by Booking.com before our arrival, we were stranded. Luckily, a good samaritan helped us. He called the hotel using his phone. Then only the hotel staff arrived to arrange for our check-in. On top of that, room was not made and waste paper basket not emptied for our entire 5 nights stay.
- Marco (8/5): Gute Unterkunft für einen Kurztripp - Tolle Unterkunft für eine Nacht um sich Lugano anzusehen, allerdings musste man 10 Minuten fahren um in die Stadt zu kommen. Die Unterkunft ist an einer befahrenen Straße, Parkplätze sind jedoch in der Nähe. Zimmer war ruhig. Frühstück war gut, alles da was man braucht. Nette Gastgeber. Für einen Kurztripp auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

- René (8/5): Alles palletti - Zentral gelegene, sehr nahe am Bahnhof. Allerdings direkt an der Strasse, sehr viel Verkehr! Bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man nichts. Einzelzimmer, klein aber fein! Alles passt. Aufmersame Bedienung. Frühstück Buffet ok.

- Lucas (9/5): Schönes Hotel, gerne wieder! - Tolle Unterkunft. Personal sehr nett. Sehr schöne und moderne Zimmer. Vor dem Fenster läuft die Hauptstraße auf einen Kreisverkehr zu. Sorgt für lautere Fahrzeuggeräusche. Mit geschlossenem Fenster geht das dank Klimaanlage jedoch auch. ;-)
