- Alexandra (9/5): - Good location, close to metro station and osaka station, an entire street full of restaurants and bars
- Grzegorz (8/5): - Great location

- Marie-Celine (1/5): Horrible, no sleep, red light district.

- Lynette (7/5): - Was great
- roksana (8/5): A bit loud location but otherwise excellent! - Excellent location, close to couple of train stations, close to local shops. It was located on E street which is known for parties. You could hear people partying even until 5 am. In general clean bit bit dusty in some places.
- Lynette (8/5): Great location and premises - Excellent Little bit confusing getting codes etc to get into building
- Katie (6/5): Spacious room etc but extremely loud at night as it is across to and next door to bars etc. -
- Rayne (7/5): Niceplace, but made us re-think staying where there is no human to help with check in and take calls - DIFFICULT TO FIND; DIFFICULT TO ENTER. Spent hours trying to get in initially to store bags and then to enter the hotel and again to enter the apartment.
- michael (5/5): False prices of advertising. Bath shower water not hot - Location. Nice interior and clean. Property advertised on booking.com as prices includes prices and all taxes but property contacted me and wouldn’t give the self check in instructions until I gave them a copy of my passport, my credit card number and security code and paid ¥400 a night for my stay tax.
Also, the water was not hot enough to fill up a tub before going cold
- Jonathan (8/5): Very good location and clean modern apartment - Very clean and spacious apartment. Extra amenities are readily available at the lobby storage shelves. Big bathroom. A block out blind at the kitchen window will be nice.
- Jefferey Wei Xian (10/5): -

- Matthew (1/5): - There were girls working at across the street literally yelling at guys all night long until 5 am and then there were the guys yelling back. Sleep was terrible.
- lewigi (10/5): -
- HAI HA (7/5): -
- Liam (9/5): -
- Iakovos (9/5): Very good, comfortable apartment - I enjoyed my stay at this apartment hotel. The location in Doyamacho was excellent, it's a busy area with lots of bars, restaurants and nightlife, and the area is particularly good for LGBTIQ+ travellers, as this is the heart of the gay scene in Osaka. It's also a 15 minutes walk from Umeda train station and also walking distance to Nakazakicho, one of Osaka's trendiest neighbourhoods. The apartment itself was comfortable and very clean, and included a kitchen, and seperate shower and shower. The hosts were very responsive to messages. Not an issue as such, but just a note that I initially went to the wrong hotel (there is another hotel with the same name nearby) so I had a few stressful moments when my property/room access codes didn't work. A cleaner who happened to be on site took me to the correct property around the corner :-)
- Li-Wen (5/5): -
- DS_NZ (8/5): - Spacious and clean apartment. Good facilities.
Walkable distance to restaurants, shopping streets and Umeda station.
The staff who communicated to us via message was awesome and very responsive. Self check-in : this took us a bit of a time to figure out. We had all the numbers but kept getting error messages. If we had the instruction photo you sent through via message available at the entrance the check in would have been easier. Thank you for quick and helpful responses.
Noise: Didn't realise this accomodation is very close to bars. It gets very busy and loud from late night to early mornings.
- Erbol (10/5): -
- Maxine (6/5): I noticed we were not in the main building and too close to bar. We heard all noises from the street below - It was convenient location We could hear the drunks all night. It was difficult to sleep. The room is tiny for 3 people
- Han (6/5): -
- Vittoria (6/5): -
- Qian (7/5): -
- Julie (9/5): Modern, neat, comfortable. True to Booking Description. - Self check in and exit. No curfew. Fair size room. Clean and comfortable. Very nice room. It’s in night life area. Can make meals. Has Washing machine . The key and code process to enter and exit was not smooth. If the online Instructions were more streamlined, edited, would benefit experience.

- Martin (10/5): -
- Ma. Carmen (9/5): - Limpio y cómodo No me gusto que

- Felippe Albuquerque (10/5): -
- Kasim (2/5): -
- emanuela (8/5): -
- Robin (10/5): Would definitely stay again. - Very clean and well located close to train stations, many convenience stores, bars, clubs, restaurants and shopping malls. Good size for 2 people. The balcony was a bonus. Great communication with management. Very limited cooking equipment.
- Kalubowillage (5/5): Passable - New facility with spacious bathroom Not enough space for 3 people with baggage. We were hardly able to move in the room. Should be used as a 2 bed.
- Denisé (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jorge (8/5): It was a good experience. I would consider it again - Great location. The apartment was clean and well provided It is a self-check in so communication was challenging. Tinny room
- Yan (5/5): However, unfortunately, this ended up being the most disappointing stay of our trip to Japan. - The host was responsive and communicative, and the area around the building was very lively, with many restaurants and shops nearby. This was a disappointing and unpleasant stay that fell short of our expectations. First, the room type shown in my Booking.com reservation clearly included a table and a large terrace, but when we checked in, we found neither. The actual unit was very small—there wasn't even enough space to fully open our three suitcases. The host told us that the mismatch between the photos and the actual room might be due to an error on Booking.com’s part, but regardless, this discrepancy already left us feeling very dissatisfied from the beginning.
Since early check-in wasn't available, we had no choice but to store our luggage at the station and go sightseeing for the day. By the time we returned to the hotel in the evening, we were already exhausted and had to drag all our bags with us—so we decided to just stay and make do.
Unfortunately, things got worse. One of the air conditioners above the bed was leaking water during the night, soaking the pillow. There was also a constant knocking sound, like someone tapping on the wall, which went on the entire night and made it nearly impossible to sleep. The curtains were not blackout, so even at night, light from the street outside leaked in from the top and sides, further disturbing our sleep. The bedding also had a strong odor. The host explained that it was because the duvets were filled with duck down, which might have a smell.
Due to all these issues, the host offered to move us to a different room. However, since it was already the middle of the night and we were too tired to repack and move again—especially with an early departure the next morning for the Expo—we decided to stay where we were. As a result, we had a very poor night’s sleep.
The next day, the host offered us a room at a different address. But since it was just one night left, we didn’t want to pack everything up again and take a taxi across town. We chose instead to move to another room within the same building.
- Soo (5/5): The area is very adult only, not for children. The place is clean. The response is quick but the person did not help me - It was clean and had a laundry machine. Very noisy till late hours and we brought our infant. The beds are not comfortable and really tweaked my back.
- Ma. (9/5): Superb -
- Roberto (8/5): Very good -
- Martin (8/5): Very good - The location and size The shower needs a curtain to avoid water all over the bathroom
- Robert (6/5): Once all the Lost in Translation issues were solved, nice clean place in "exciting" neighborhood. - IF you know how to navigate the daunting Osaka Main Rail station, the location is very good. The owners might provide detailed instructions getting from say the Shinkansen to the unit. It was very tricky and difficult to find and get into the property, at least for an English speaker with an imperfect Japanese cell phone. What the managers of this property could do to greatly improve it for English speakers is to include an ENGLISH INSTRUCTION MANUAL in the property. For example, not even the Wi-fi code was available in the property. One had to tediously call up the management company in Japanese, go through the phone tree, etc. English Instructions are also needed for TV, AirCon, Water Heater, Washer, etc. I was also disappointed to not have a larger table with 2 chairs in the supposedly larger triple room. Given the dodgy neighborhood, an in room safe would have been nice. I left a cutting knife behind to better the property, it did not have one. Management might also consider adding adequate shelving to the bathroom sink and a reading light for the master bed.
- Thi (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is located in the heart of the city and opposite the Kyoto Station. A lot of shops and restaurants around. The beds are very comfortable, a little small but very nice & clean. Nice staff, they helped me to get around a city and how’s to caught the bus and trains . I recommend it, if you’re planning to visit Kyoto, think about this hotel
- R (8/5): Decent and comfortable if you have earplugs - The apartment was fresh and clean, a very good and firm bed mattress. Big and functional bathroom. The staff were quick to assist me when I reached out for help via booking website. This is a very noisy area throughout the whole night. Without earplugs it would have been problematic to get some sleep. I had my own, but there were earplugs provided by the hosts too.
I missed kitchen towels in any form.
- Wenjing (6/5): Pleasant -
- Katie (8/5): Very good - only the size of the room was much smaller than we expected. otherwise a great stay
- Alana (9/5): Superb -
- Anne (10/5): Exceptional -
(10/5): Exceptional -
- Peter (8/5): Very good - Good location, a little small for 3 people, cooking facilities are fine but there is only 1 seat in the room for 3 people and no table.
- Benjamin (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, walkable restaurants, izakayas, clubs, bars, and mall. Distance about >10min walk from trains. Located at the end of a very busy strip. Exceptionally clean, comfy beds, and washing machine. Larger fridge was a big plus for storing frozen goods too. There was space in the lobby to store luggage after check-out. Completely hands-free, host-free experience, no human interaction.
- Thyra (7/5): Good -
- Carolina (9/5): Apartment near Umeda - Nice size of the room, comfortable bed and pillow, the bathroom is big and the laundry in the room is very convenient. Easy to find and to reach. We liked it very much.
- Ethel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emily (10/5): Perfect! - The location is excellent and very convenient.
The room is extremely clean, modern, and beautifully designed.
The facilities are fully equipped.
- Al (8/5): Great location but can be noisy - The space was good, very good location. Room was smaller than expected (maybe picture of different room) and can be quite noisy with bars on street downstairs for Fri/Sat nights (had headsets on to sleep).
- Takako (7/5): Good -
- Nikki (10/5): Exceptional -
- Liu (7/5): Good -
- Rodrigo (8/5): Very good -
- Peggy (8/5): Very good - Good location, close to Osaka kids world .
- Busayalux (10/5): Exceptional -
- Piyamas (9/5): Superb -
- Julia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Li (8/5): Very comfortable, but be careful about the distance. - Clean, big size, toilet and bath are separate. Good shower facilities to end a tiring day. It’s a bit far from train stations/subway. Can be chore walking back after a long day. Downstairs can be noisy in early morning when there are deliveries for the shops. Neighbourhoods can be a bit rowdy as it is at the end of a main entertainment street.
- Bavaharny (8/5): Very good -
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karen (8/5): Would return! - Very comfortable room with kitchen (large fridge and cooktop). Easy access with no staff interaction needed, just get in with your code after check-in time and leave before check-out. Laundry in room. Convenient to Umeda and Osaka Stations and lots of shopping/restaurants. The street was noisy with nightlife (they provide earplugs) and is located one block off of a street with "adult" businesses. Didn't bother us too much but take note if you're sensitive to those types of things.
- Wai (5/5): Easy access to the train stations and restaurants - It was clean and had the necessary amenities. Close to the subway Difficulty getting into the apartment with regards to entering the door code and the incessant ringing of the faulty alarm on the door, lack of clear communication, location was noisy at night.
- Gatis (10/5): We loved it. It was a very clean, well maintained apartment in a great location. - Brand new apartment in a convenient location. Very clean.
- Tim (10/5): Clean, convenient and comfortable - Clean, convenient and comfortable
- Rex (8/5): Very good - A well presented and mostly well equipped apartment (needs glasses, knives and some other basics) , that is also well priced. Would be more usable if the second (single) bed were replaced with a sofa bed and coffee table. Easy, remote check in and out (no staff on premises, but good in app communication).
While the location is convenient, note that it's at the edge of nightlife/red light district, so surrounding streets (notably E street) are highly congested and "colourful" in the evenings.
- Wayne (4/5): Walkable from Umeda subway station, in a red light district, no fire escape - Walking distance from the subway station; roomy in terms of Osaka typical standard. Online check in is simple. 1. Located in a red light district; noisy cranky street people through out midnight to early morning.
2. 3 sets of instructions for entrance to the building is confusing and frustrating. Need to call a Japanese phone number for help; this is not easy if you only have data plan for our phone from overseas.
3. Need to press #room code* to enter the room. However it was never mentioned in the instruction for the # and *. We random try and error to figure this out.
4. No fire escape.
