O Davi merece um agradecimento especial, pois nos atendeu super bem durante toda a estadia, sempre solícito e com boa vontade para ajudar. O ambiente é limpo, organizado e muito agradável. A piscina é ótima, bem cuidada e foi um dos pontos altos para relaxar. Dá pra ver que o espaço é tratado com carinho. A praia é linda, limpa e fica pertinho, o que deixa a experiência ainda melhor. O estacionamento fica em frente ao hotel, onde fica um segurança olhando o carro, No geral, nos sentimos muito bem acolhidos e confortáveis. Com certeza voltaríamos e recomendamos para quem procura um lugar tranquilo, bem cuidado e com um atendimento realmente excelente. Não tivemos problemas nenhum.

Quarto extremamente confortável com vista para a piscina, silencioso, limpo, com ótimo banheiro. Enfim, recomendo. Ah, e próximo do centro cultural (vilinha) de restaurantes e bares de Cumbuco. Como a fechadura é eletrônica da porta principal, acho que deveria ter uma chave na segunda porta para deixá-la trancada por dentro. É apenas uma obsevação.

- Diane (1/5): Anúncio enganoso - Localização Me hospedei neste hotel recentemente e a experiência deixou bastante a desejar. O anúncio informava que havia estacionamento, mas na prática tivemos que deixar o carro do lado de fora. O café da manhã foi outro ponto negativo: de qualidade muito baixa, além de exigir agendamento no dia anterior e ser servido no quarto, o que tornou a experiência desconfortável. A manutenção da acomodação é precária, a limpeza está apenas em um nível mediano e a televisão sequer funcionava. A limpeza da piscina também não estava limpa, além de não haver cadeiras e mesas suficientes para os hóspedes, algo bem básico em qualquer hotel. No geral, não correspondeu ao que foi prometido e não recomendo para quem busca conforto e boa hospitalidade.

- Andreas (2/5): Definetly the worst hotel excperience i have had in my whole life - The rooms are not so bad as the rest of the place, but still very very far from the standard you can expect of a 4 star hotel. Manaca is located inside the 1-star hotel Kairi beach and has basically the same facilities. It’s a big mystery to me how this place could obtain a rating like this. The pictures deceive you properly. The whole place is very badly taken care of and need serious rehabilitation. The whole pool area looks dirty and there are only a couple sunbeds available. The place has no check in area because this is for the 1 start hotel. Their guy contacted me an hour before check-in to tell me that my room was ready. When I arrived, I had to wait 45 minutes for him to check in other people. When we arrived in the room there was no electricity, so I was asked to change room. In the new room the air condition didn’t work, so I was asked to move once again. As I am very tall and need a king size bed, I needed to be downgraded from a 45 m2 suite to a 20m2 room. This was not ready, so I had to leave my bags and come back 2 hours later to claim my room. For this I was offered a refund that amounted to approximately the difference in price between the rooms. However, my worst experience with this place came later that afternoon. I picked out an aqua con gas bottle from the minibar. I drank of it, and it was the worst feeling I have had in my mouth ever. The taste was something of chlorine and salt. I vomited 4-5 times and did anything I could to remove the awful taste. I called their host and asked him to come up. He told me that this was probably one of the maids that had forgot it in the fridge. I asked him to find out what exactly was in the bottle as I was very afraid that I had been intoxicated somehow. He promised to check, but he never came back to me. I asked for a full refund but was rejected. He then deleted all messages between us. Later I got an email from booking.com who asked if I had been there because the place had reported a noshow. I have not yet received any confirmation of the partial refund I was offered the first day.

Most important, it is not an hotel, more like an Airbnb. There is no reception. Checking has to be arranged prrsonally. Although we were told to be upgraded, everything was a bit run down. We were moved to another room, because the toilet in the first did not work. Internet is available only in the room, not for the whole estate area (each room seems to have its own router and password). No beach/pool towels available.
