Guest Reviews
- mehdi (1/5): Very, very bad - He does breaking my window car. I’m not happy with them anymore. This property is not good because they break my car glasses because is not safe
- Faith (9/5): -
- Tameka (4/5): Just OK probably won’t be back. Value for $ not great - Fantastic location.
Room space was good.
Pool area is great (though signage for the correct level would be helpful). - Bedding was very poor quality, with extremely thin pillows.
- Towels were super thin.
- Instructions or guest information book in the room would be useful.
- Advertised parking — however, the carpark staff didn’t know of the hotel, leaving us locked in.
- Washing machine had the previous towels ect to wash for one bed on arrival.
- Bathroom floors were filthy
- bedding in main was not clean, we had to remake and wash our own bedding not ideal.
- struggled with the mission to get the key
- Annika (1/5): Nothing luxurious at all! Incredibly uncomfortable. Don't recommend. - There's not much to list about what we liked about this property. A property that claims "luxury" couldn't be further from luxury. But what we did like is the location. It's only a few minutes walk from Melbourne Central Station. The pool is very nice. And believe me - that is all we liked about this incredibly disappointing stay. I don't even know where to start about what we didn't like. We booked this apartment based on its description of "luxury", it's photos, it's description and the very misleading booking.com score rating. I'll paint a picture for you from the moment you walk into this "luxurious" property. The first thing you're greeted with as you enter the apartment is a single mattress shoved into the entry hallway. Once you enter the main part of the apartment you realise how tiny it is. It's very basic but that didn't bother us about the lounge room. It was the bedrooms. The main bedroom had mismatching crappy bedlinen. The thinnest, flattest, most uncomfortable doona and Pillows. There was nothing luxurious about this at all. The mattress was so uncomfortable, we all slept terribly the enter stay. The second bedroom is like a closet with a bed shoved into it. It's incredibly claustrophobic. No windows or ventilation of any sort. It a metal frame bed that squeaks whether you are moving or not. The mattress digs into your back all night and just like the other room, it has awful bedlinen, flat Pillows and doonas so there is zero comfort. We actually contemplated not staying the whole stay because of how bad our sleep was because of the crappy beds. The bathroom had no bath mats or anything so we had fun slipping and sliding around after a shower. I would never ever stay here again and I think it's disgraceful they're allowed to advertise this as luxury because I assure you there is nothing luxurious about this property. It was the most disappointing awful place I've ever stayed in. We travel a lot and I always read reviews as a guide for where to stay and not to stay so that is the only reason I'm sharing so much about this stay. Purely for the sake of you getting a decent night's sleep - don't waste your money.
- Corina (8/5): Very good -
- Lara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christopher (10/5): Excellent, Relaxing, Convenient for some of the city's best asian cuisine and best breakfast spot (brick lane restau - Great space, good city views and the amenities in the building - gym / pool / sauna all immaculate. Building is very new - all the carpets and walls in the building are fresh and new! Nothing to dislike 👍
- Jarnail (10/5): Great value for what you’re getting - Loved the convenient location and the lovely apartment. Would’ve been better if there was parking on site. The travel to and from the car park to the hotel was a mild inconvenience. Nada
- Gary (10/5): Exceptional - Jimmy was amazing. He met us at the lobby amd showed us around the building. The pool, jacuzzi, and spa was amazing.
Bed was comfortable. Toilet and shower was complete and set up very nice. All the appliances you need are available in the place.
The view is great, we were on the 15th floor. Very secured.
Location of the place is just across melbourne central and you got heaps of food options downstairs on the corner.
Absolutely great spot for business, leisure or holiday. We were not able to connect to their wifi. Only their tv was connected to the wifi. If you have kids and toddlers that has phone or tablet, it would be quite challenging.
The dining table and living room table are all made of glass. So just a bit challenging if you got kids or toddlers. Need to be cautious.
