• Doris (7/5): - L'appartement était propre, un voisin un peu bruyant, de l'eau chaude qui a un peu de mal à arriver dans la cuisine et il n'y avait pas de chauffage, on a eu un peu froid. A part ces petits inconvénients tout correspondait! Je n'ai pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer l'hôte.
• Sandra (5/5): Moyen - Quartier peu rassurant, hall d'entrée très sale, logement moyennement propre avec des taches marrons sur le dessus de lit, douche sale, literie avec ressort moyen mais nous étions fatigués donc nous avons dormi malgré tout. Serviettes a disposition seulement deux paires alors que nous étions 3. Logement extrêmement bruyant se situant en dessous d'un marché heureusement que nous avions des boules quiès pour ne rien entendre. Nous entendons également le voisin et sa télévision ainsi que les odeurs de friture et de cigarette comme si nous étions dans la même pièce. De plus, aucun système de bagagerie n'est à disposition ou locker proche du logement donc nous avions valises et sacs jusqu'à ce que le logement soit disponible dans l'apres midi cela est très contraignant. Il serait préférable d'enlever le lit une place et d'en faire un studio pour 2 uniquement car logement très très petit salle de bain très étroite.

• Damien (9/5): Logement idéalement situé et fonctionnel pour quelques nuits à Londres - Le fait d'avoir deux lits nous a permis de passer des nuits plus confortables. Les équipements sont fonctionnels. Le propriétaire nous a donné les instructions d'entrée et de sortie très claires. La rue est très bien desservie en transports en communs (bus à proximité ou métro à quelques minutes à pied). Aucun problème concernant l'appartement et la situation géographique qui permet assez facilement d'accéder au centre ou aux quartiers animés de Londres. Toutefois, et le propriétaire n'y peut rien, il semblerait que le quartier ne soit pas forcément sûr donc il faut juste être un peu vigilant.
• Karen (5/5): - The location was good Lack of communication, didn't reply to messages. Didn't provide a fan for my health condition. The bed was uncomfortable I left behind belongings that weren't returned. It was cramped. Internet wasn't on and there were no instructions

• Sanskriti (4/5): Worth the price but easily could be better - It was an okay location, bus station nearby and lots of fast food chain restaurants and shops in the street. The place was very warm and beds were comfortable. There were plenty of soaps and rags. There weren’t proper pots and pans nor cookwares and ladles. The bathrooms wasn’t tidy and smelled weird. The place is very tiny, not at all comfortable with 2 beds and table chairs.

• susan (1/5): DO NOT BOOK - Nothing The place was dirty. The bedding was stained, and could hear the next apartment like they were in the same room. When asked for a refund I was ignored by the host.
• robyn (8/5): - The kitchen and bathroom amenities were great being able to cook while I stay in London is great as you save money not needing take aways or eating out. Plenty of space and nice to have a table to sit and eat at. The TV being connected to wifi was great so I had plenty of things to watch. I loved having two windows which opened wide for fresh air. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest, which isn't the end of the world to me but something to take note of, wasn't awful by any means but could have been cleaner. As you're by the main road it wasn't quite but I am used to living on or near main roads so it didn't really bother me I got a good night sleep! Keep the windows closed if it does bother you! If you were a group or family of three it would be a squeeze especially for more than a night or two but as a solo or a couple it was a great space.

• Giancarlo (9/5): Great value for money, will book it again - Clean, spacious, easy to reach. Great value for money. It’s on a main road and so a bit noisy but I was expecting that.
• Ondřej (8/5): - Ubytování bylo v dosahu stanice metra (do 10 minut chůzí) a v okolí bylo také spousta autobusových zastávek s přímým spojením do samého centra města. Hned vedle se také nachází spousta obchodů s potravinami. Na ubytování nebyla mikrovlnná trouba. Byt se nachází na velmi rušné ulici, kde je hluk i v noci. Spát se musí se zavřenými okny.

• Damien (10/5): Amazing service - It was just amazing, loved our stay here in London. Everything was as expected, the pictures show the room perfectly. On our last day, we locked ourselves out of the studio, I messaged the owner and in an hour he was there to open the door for us. Really appreciated him and I'm really thankful for it! Amazing service when necessary. The location is perfect, there are more stores and food accommodations than you could count and there are bus stops very close to the studio where you can go and explore the entirity of London and all her beauty. Around the region of the studio you can really just walk around and enjoy the typical britisch life as it is. It is hard to get lost around there, everywhere you go, it takes you back to the studio l, which is really lovely if you just want to walk around and get your mind off of things. Definitely recommend this to anyone for a short stay in London! The main Light didn't work when we arrived, but that wasn't a problem for us since we didn't really need it. I let him know in a note when we left so I expect that that will have been fixed for the next person. We also didn't have toilet paper, but we bought WAY too much for the next person to enjoy :) ‼️ for the next traveller, if it is hot outside, we suggest letting the provided fan run while you are not at the studio yourself.

• Aleksandra (5/5): - Мястото е изключително малко и тясно за трима души, за кратък период е примливо, стълбите по които се стига до самия апартамент са много мръсни. Комуникацията със собственика е нулева, още при настаняването не работеше една от лампите - така и не отговори, питахме и за фактура и вече седмица след това още няма никакъв отговор. Хубавото е, че е на добро място с много магазини и транспорт.
• José (2/5): Ni de lejos vale lo que se paga por la habitación - - Las ventanas insonoriza bien el sonido del tráfico de la calle - Pequeño y viejo. remiendos por todos lados. - Dentro de la ducha está un calentador eléctrico de agua y una canaleta por donde va el cableado eléctrico. Esto está totalmente prohibido en España, no sé en UK. Adjunto foto. - La luz entra ya a las 5 de la mañana, la cortina no la tapa y al no tener persianas - La habitación estaba limpia salvando los pelos en la ducha. Entrada al edificio, escaleras y pasillos muy sucios - No está cerca del Centro pero eso lo sabíamos, lo que no sabía era que se encuentra en una zona deprimida de Londres

• Jenny (2/5): Needs updating,name change , new pictures and new cleaner - Location was good for me and my son as we were attending a football game nearby that's the only reason we stayed Bathroom was in need of updating as the shower needs to be newly grouted as it looked very bad so we did not use it there were holes in the ceiling were the water pipes went up and the sink is way to big for the size of the room as I had to sit side ways to use the toilet . Price of the apartment was way to much for what you see when you enter. It also needs to be cleaned better as the hair from whoever stayed before us was still on the floor (discussed) . It was also so very cold needs to be insulted better

I asked him help but he did not respond quickly so I had to kept contact him and finally he sent us pet control but it did not help, we still heard sound of mice gnawing through the night, and I found the hole that mice made. It was unsafe and unpleasant stay so I requested him to arrange pet control again and also partial refund but he started ignoring me. I asked for help to booking.com and customer service contacted him but he did not take a phone call and did not reply email. Finally he promised to booking.com to send pet control again but it was a lie. So I and my little kids were terrifying of mice so many nights and could not sleep well. Moreover, very strong cigarette smoke coming down from ventilation fan in the bathroom as someone in the building constantly smoking cigarette, every morning&evening and all day long on the weekend, so you will end up sleeping in the smoke of cigarette, so bad for your health. (There was air purifier but did not help so much.) It was the most awful and frustrating stay I ever experienced in my life. So please stay away from this room/owner.
• mirjam (7/5): - Very good location, comfortable beds, the place has everything you need for a good stay. Eatery's and shops right next door. We had a great time staying there. A little bit mold spots in the shower, but that's just typical for london flats. Fine for short stay.
