- Emma (4/5): - Good location - comfy bed No batteries in tv remote.
Need black out curtains/blinds - very light porch light outside and keep going in and off both nights. I needed up covering my face with a T-shirt - not good
- julieta (10/5): Bie comunicado - Cómodo y limpio Todo bien

- Tracey (9/5): - Location was perfect for us to get around London.
- lisa (6/5): Goede locatie maar klein - De locatie Op foto ziet het appartement er veel groter uit.
Kraan in badkamer werkte niet, hing vol met doeken en draden. Kraan in keuken werkte amper.
- Aiden (6/5): Looks bright and airy on the advert, quite dark in person - As we had to visit GOSH, the location was perfect for us, a 10 min walk there and only 20 to St Pancras.
Lots of shops and eateries close by which is great when you dont fancy cooking.
Bed was comfy and made for 2 good night's sleep that were much needed.
The apartment is small but larger than a hotel room and that extra space is handy when travelling with kids. Facilities are functional but could definitely use improving, As we were out most of the time this didn't bother us much but loose tiles, dusty blinds, missing bulbs and faulty taps (that are tied together with a plastic bag?) are an easy fix.
Was surprised how dark the place was given it is the height of summer and the pictures looked so bright when I booked.
Cleaner missed some food in the fridge and bags of laundry which made me question the rest of the place unfortunately, could definitely do with a deep clean when youre paying nearly £200 per night.
- Haytham (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent The sofa bed was not comfortable especially when it was a bed
- Frank (5/5): A slightly run down apartment in a decent location - Good location Very noisy also during hte night hearing a lot of noises coming form the building, not from the street.
- Hussein (9/5): Superb -
- Gergely (10/5): Great location. - Location is spot on. Train station/subway is 10 mins away, supermarket 2 mins away. Several food choices around, lovely cafes in a 2 minute radius. Area felt completely safe.
- Viltė (7/5): Good - Good location. Very poor internet connection, water from the tap in the bathroom kept dripping.
- Magpie72 (8/5): Great location, nice hosts. - Perfect location for visiting London, nice apartment with well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. Plenty of supermarkets and food places about, and a really good takeway with friendly staff nearby. Also felt a safe place at night. No bedding left for the sofa bed. It was warm nice weather so it wasn't an issue, but in the winter might be different. No instructions to work the TV. Also the hostel behind was incredibly noisy; might be an issue for some.
- Vitaliy (8/5): Very good - Good location, clean rooms, all necessary facilities Would be good if shower was cleaner, and if also there was at least one European socket available for guests.
- Achilleas (5/5): Passable -
- K (8/5): Friendly comfortable apartment for a couple or family of 4. - We had to pick up the keys at a convenience store a couple blocks away. It was easy, but seemed a little strange. The apartment was very comfy and cozy. They had washer/dryer (one unit that did both.) and we hung out in the living room and watched the Olympics with the windows open during the summer. The sofa and bed were very comfortable. It was cool in the bedroom, and it was great for our small family. Location was great! Also, there was wonderful communication with the owner who was very friendly. The closets were musty and dusty. I instead used the dresser/drawers and used the hook on the back of the door.
- Ana (5/5): Well-located apartment, but outdated and poorly maintained, responsive and accommodating host. - What I liked was that the owner responded quickly to messages and allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in time while the apartment was being cleaned. Some food items and supplies provided allowed us to make coffee. The towels and sheets were clean. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. I imagined it was a flat in a hotel, but it was actually a one-bedroom apartment in an old building, although well-located. The apartment was of old construction, with an outdated structure and equipment. The bathroom showed several signs of poor cleaning, the windows were dirty, and the curtains were dusty. The Wi-Fi was poor and only fast in the living room. The flat-screen TV didn't work, and there were no instructions on how to operate it. The pots were old, and the Teflon coating was worn out
- Rando (6/5): Pleasant - Location was excellent Wifi went offline in the first hours of our stay and was never seen again :(
Apartment was not clean, couldnt take shoes off cuz the floors were very dirty. The pictures in your website does not reflect the apartment accurately.
- Samantha (10/5): Would 100% recommend - Lovely apartment, nice finishing touches. Clean, welcoming, very nice lots of room. Absolutely nothing not to like
- Atikarn (8/5): Very good -
- Vanessa (8/5): Perfect location and would stay at again. - The location was perfect. Within walking distance to several tube stations and convenient to several attractions. Communication with host was fantastic and questions were answered almost immediately. For some reason the WI-FI did not work in the bedroom but was fine everywhere else. We used both the bedroom and the living room pull out sofa. Was happy with the comfort of the pull-out sofa.
- Paulina (8/5): Very good -
- Anittsirk96 (7/5): Good apartment - The apartment was very pleasant for the price, the bed was smaller but comfortable and clean. The sofa bed was nice. The equipment in the kitchen is sufficient. The location was great, close to a restaurant and about 8 minutes' walk from King's Cross. We couldn't use the sink in the bathroom because the old faucet flowed if it wasn't fixed with a rubber band. The apartment could use a little more care in cleaning. The dishwashing sponge was unusable and we couldn't find another one. The chapter itself was picking up the keys. The pickup point is very close, so there was no problem there. Although you will receive photos with navigation where the apartment is located, there is also a photo with the keys, where a completely different key is shown in the door lock and you have to use the blue fob, not the key, which was confusing and we had to to call the owner, since the fo did not work and he opened the door for us about the 5th time. Maybe they will fix this malfunction on the door, but I would advise replacing the photo in the checkin info with one that will not mislead.
- Samlondon22 (1/5): Awful experience, I would never recommend this place to stay here. - Nothing at all to like about this dump which is an illegal sublet bu completely unresponsive landlords. No communication once money had been paid, flat is outdated and in terrible condition diction with steps everywhere inside up and down so you're constantly jabbing your toes. There is no kitchen equipment so you can't even make a light mean, no filters for the coffee machine, absolutely none of the essentials.
The flat is grubby and grotty, with weird furniture and little maintenance the water drips the whole night, the bath room taps are literally dripping
The whole night. The flat is really overheated.
- Diane (1/5): Disappointing Stay: Unfavorable and dirty Conditions for the Price Point - Despite initially booking a different property, I opted for this one based on its stellar ratings and positive reviews.
Regrettably, my experience fell short of expectations. While the towels and sheets were new and clean, the positive stops there. The overall cleanliness and condition of the property left much to be desired. The decorative cushions on the bed had never been washed to my eye and had visible dirt. Issues such as constantly running taps, a reliance on a pre-installed elastic band to control water flow, pervasive dust, dirty walls, and a shower drain with visible dirt were prominent drawbacks. The WiFi, despite being described as excellent kept dropping and I rebooted it several times.
The accompanying noise from the adjacent hostel further detracted from the overall stay. Please refer to the attached photos (I have many more but can only post 4) for a visual depiction of these issues. The condition of the accommodation was unsatisfactory, appearing dirty and run-down, making it unsuitable for a professional traveler. Considering the price, the overall quality did not align with expectations. Perhaps it could be deemed acceptable for a student if priced below mid-range.
- Chew (9/5): Great location, easy access to all places. The host is super nice and the stay is really good. -
- Janine (9/5): We really enjoyed this accommodation, the location was a 10! - The location was the best! Really close to Kings Cross and all the public transportation. It was really easy to walk everywhere from there!
The room was great too I wouldn’t say I didn’t like something, I just would say that maybe the sofá cama wasn’t so comfortable for 2 adults but it was ok though.
- Safia (8/5): Very central - The flat is very central, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. It is in the heart of student-land, and it was freshers week so the area was very busy. The decor is unusual, and will appeal to some people more than others. We would have preferred to collect the keys from a lockbox. The stairway was a little run down looking.
- Neal (7/5): We loved the feel of the neighborhood. - Wonderful location, but we had a very hard time finding the flat. Very clean! Excellent one night stay. It was difficult to find and we couldn’t see the address # on the entrance.
- Wema (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (9/5): Perfect location. - Great location, great communication with the host.
- Mark (8/5): After a bad start and being delayed 3 hours to check in, stood in a shop for an hour of that, the pr - The owner of the property went above & beyond to make sure we got into the property after a nightmare issue trying to pick them up. We had to wait 3 hours to check in as the shop being used to hold the keys had lost them or was a misunderstanding with the owners.
- Marion (8/5): Comfortable well located flat. - We had a lovely stay in this nice flat, which is well presented and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 young children. Very well located and very comfortable. Quite a lot of outside noise on a Saturday night which may not be suitable to all.
The bathroom was not completely clean.
It would have been easier to get key collection and exact flat location on booking. There was a lot of back and forth and main information was only shared the night before which makes it difficult to plan a stay.
- Josie (7/5): Very good. - Great location. Host was very responsive. Felt safe. Though it was a hot day, the place stayed cool. Better communication about the key. Caused some unnecessary confusion when we were already tired from travel. Just update your pictures and all will be well.
- Gabriel (7/5): Good - Very good location and the flat has all the necessary items. The bathroom could use more hooks for towels and shelves to put ones bathroom items.
- Peter (8/5): It was well located for Euston and Kings Cross, just far enough away to be less busy. - Picked up keys from local shop. Lift out of order so lots of stairs. Room quirky and fun. Plenty of additional to make it comfortable. Didn't need washing machine. Shower good. Kitchen sink a little cramped. Struggled setting TV up with wifi.
- Yenz (8/5): we love to stay in the flat, and enjoy the real british flat life. - Location is excellent.
Flat space is beyond our exception especially in London.
Bed is comfortable, we both had a nice sleep. elevator is out of work, and the flat is in third floor.
the shower's pipe is smelly.
- Nick (6/5): Fine for short stay and to Bloomsbury - Excellent location and reasonably clean.
Spacious enough for one person or a couple. Heating instructions were incorrect and the nameless host never replied to my query on this. It makes me wonder about the safety of booking such properties with booking.com. Key pick up should have been easy but was unnecessarily complicated by the shop. I got a reasonable rate but the rack rates are poor value. It’s a former social housing property well maintained in public areas. Kitchen and bathroom have weird installations
- Elizabeth (8/5): Enabled a great meet up and evening out at Sadlers Wells with busy 27 year old son. - Warm, well presented with pleasant design features, functional, high ceilings, well suited to mother and adult son (sofa bed in lounge), both beds v comfortable, fresh coffee … Dirty windows, caught out with no milk for morning tea, no extractor fan in bathroom.
- Joanna (8/5): Very good - great spot in London, it was a quiet area and easy to access. the flat is reasonably priced for London. it’s a bit noisy in the evening with people coming and going. you need to note that the key is collected from a shop nearby. I didn’t read the instructions properly so that was my fault totally! the bathroom is very small and smelt a bit stale. overall a good flat for what I paid
