• Shin Yi (10/5): 很棒的體驗! - 住宿地點位於車站附近的靜謐巷內，晚上十分安靜，走路大概6-7分鐘可抵達要町車站，離有電梯的出口也非常近，房主人非常好，有問必答，輕鬆進到房內，共有3間房間，都很寬敞，行李箱都可以攤開整理，空間寬闊，沒有狹窄的感覺。
• Claire (6/5): Good location, could use some patch work :) - Heated toilet seat, close to train station, neighbourhood cats Shower is tiny, sheer curtains/didn’t close properly
• Kyaw (1/5): The place was very uncomfortable that I had to book another place to stay at! - I was disappointed with my stay at this property. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance were not up to standard. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived, and it looked like it hadn’t been properly maintained for some time. There was no fan in the toilet area, which made the space uncomfortable to use. The bathroom overall did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. While the bedrooms seemed relatively tidy, the rest of the property was not cleaned properly. In addition, the paint in the bedrooms was peeling off the walls, which made the place feel poorly maintained. Overall, the property did not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness and upkeep, and I would not recommend it unless these issues are addressed.
• Tung Duong (9/5): it’s nice to stay, easy to find, owner so kind to let us check in early from the check in time - easy to find, comfortable and nice house no heater around the hallway & kitchen area
• Clarreta (3/5): - Easy transport to the city Lime scooters available around the area LIVING ROOM / KITCHEN - tight space, no communal space - no ceramic bowls and plates - lack of kitchen utensils (only provided 2 spoons and 5 forks) - kitchenware was dirty, had to wash before use - the cloth on the drying dish rack is stained YELLOW - no heater, very cold - not ideal for cooking SHOWER - small - no changing room space, would benefit from putting a curtain in between shower and kitchen for privacy - drain would clog up LAUNDRY - same room as the toilet, unhygienic - dryer didn’t work and there was no space to hang up the laundry - very small washing machine BEDROOM (DOWNSTAIRS) - right next to washing machine/toilet so could hear everything - fake wardrobe - small room, barely any space to put suitcases BEDROOM (UPSTAIRS) - stuffy even with AC on - no closet space - small room, barely any space to put suitcases STAIRS - steep stairs with very thin walls (jelly-like) TOWELS - one of the towels provided was dirty

• Martin (9/5): Great value, comfy and easily accessible to Tokyo. - The property had everything we needed, was clean and we found our stay very comfy. Also the area was very nice and close by a metro station with good connections for the city. There are mostly only 1 plug sockets per room, and depending on the room they are not close to the bed. Only thing I can fault and it was not really much of an issue
• Rensan (8/5): Overall, a decent and affordable stay, though some common areas could be more comfortable and spacious. - Great value for money! The place was pleasant and met our expectations, comfortable and decent overall. A good option for budget-conscious travelers. The place didn’t really have a proper living room to relax in after a long day, which made it a bit less social. The kitchen area was quite small, with limited space and small chairs and table. The bathroom was also on the smaller side.
• Lukas (8/5): - Very calm and quiet area. The 3 bedrooms made sure, that we had our privacy and enough space. The check-in was easy and the home-owners quickly replied to our requests if we had any. The main livingroom/kitchen area was a little tigh.

• Kim (6/5): I would not recommend this location. - Close to public transportation. About a 15 - 20 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The property was not up to my standards, it is dated and needs some work. The pictures online made the home look better than it was. No privacy between the shower area and the kitchen. If you stepped out the shower and if someone was in the kitchen please be covered. There are no doors or curtains to separate the two spaces. The bathroom needs work, caulking around tub area is pulling away from the wall. The Bedroom on the first floor is not big enough for 2 people to share with more than one suitcase. The other bedrooms are a nice size. Checkout is at 10 am, not sure why it was that early.
• Erin (9/5): Good would recommend - Rooms were big and had a lot of space. Facilities were clean. Place is not far from station Steep stairs, small bathroom, and no proper place to change clothes downstairs (should put curtain entering the bathroom and toilet area)
• Barry (4/5): Modest accommodation at best - The immediate area was interesting. The house is very old with minimal furniture. There is a washer but no dryer. No dishwasher. There wasn't even a tea towel to dry the few dishes that were supplied. They were not enough bath towels or face cloth and what was supplied wasn't very good. There wasn't even a dish towel in the kitchen. There were only two coffee cups. The remaining dishware was some plastic plates and cups. Not enough for five people. The TV was located in upstairs bedrooms. It appears the bedroom on the ground floor was previously a living room. We rented the place thinking five of us could have dinner at home but there isn't a proper kitchen table.

• Lisa (9/5): We loved it - It was a very nice house to stay in and we really enjoyed our time. It was small but comfortable and had everything we needed (including a washing machine). It was all very easy. We got the lift out of the train station (because we had 4 big bags) then couldn’t make sense of the directions to get to the house so got a bit lost. The house was very cold. We managed to heat up the bedrooms fairly quickly but the kitchen was always cold.
• Jade (7/5): Good - the location was really great and we loved the neighbourhood there was no heating on the first floor so it was really cold a lot of the time (we came in early december)
• Jade (10/5): Exceptional - This place was very cute and had great big bedrooms with comfortable beds. It was in a lovely neighbourhood that was walking distance from convenience stores and the train station. I would definitely stay here again when bringing a large group.

• Tegan (6/5): Local housing in a neighbourhood with other families, close to transport - Close to public transport and local shops. 3 bedrooms and a good size fridge. Owner is easy to communicate with. The ceiling heights and door frames are low. I am 165cms and I could walk through but my family are taller and kept hitting their heads, especially coming down the very narrow stairs. There wasn’t a lounge room or any room to relax in we had to sit on our beds. The kitchen needs some storage so people can put food somewhere. There is only a wet area the shower sprays the whole room.
• Harvey (9/5): Great stay at Tranquil House, lovely neighbourhood yet close to shops, food and train station. - The bedrooms were huge for Japan, location was great - nice and quiet yet close to train station, shops, supermarkets and food outlets. Easy to access the house. Kitchen a little small but as there were only 3 of us and we didn't cook it wasn't an issue.
