• jeremy (1/5): À fuir! - L’appartement était bien situé et était propre. L’appartement est très mal isolé. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas et le radiateur de la grande chambre laissait échapper de la vapeur et était très bruyant. Il faisait très froid à New-York et l’appartement était glacé. Les installations de la douche ne fonctionnaient pas et il était donc impossible de se doucher. Nous avons dormi une nuit et ensuite nous avons dû prendre une chambre d’hôtel pour éviter de tomber malade, de finir congelé et pour pouvoir se doucher!

• Esmeralda (3/5): Wouldn’t stay again due to terrible check in process. Not worth the cost AT ALL - Good lively location next to some trendy spots and bars The check in process was a nightmare. I gave them 1hr heads up with my exact ETA, as they requested. They even had my flight info and I provided my Ubers arrival time. Once I arrived out front I was told the person with keys was “on the way” 2 HOURS WENT BY WAITING TO CHECK IN, before the check in person arrived. It took several calls and 2 hrs of us standing on the sidewalk with our luggage in the cold. Truly a nightmare, we thought we WERE SCAMMED, started looking for other accommodations before he actually arrived, the 2 hrs waiting on a sidewalk with luggage was enough to make us never want to book again.

• Stella (9/5): Great stay! Good location, and value for money! - The host was great! Always available and responsive. The location was also very good, close to a lot of restaurants & bars on foot and close to the subway! We loved it, since it had everything we needed.
• Madeline (10/5): Great apartment and location. Comfy beds, clean, easy check in - Comfortable beds, great location, two bedrooms. Everything was great.
• Floriane (4/5): Trop bruyant pour nous - Les chambres étaient propres et correctement équipées. L'environnement était extrêmement bruyant (bruits de circulation, et bruits du bar situés dans le même immeuble - sachant que l'appartement est situé au 1er étage à un angle de rues). Il était très difficile de dormir. La salle de bains est assez vétuste. Très peu de fenêtres s'ouvrent. L'appartement est en réalité très petit, ce qui est peu évident à la lecture de l'annonce (même si ce n'est pas surprenant à NY).
• Verena (9/5): - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und ihre Lage war optimal für unseren kurztrip nach New York. wir konnten uns auch mit allen Fragen an das rental Team wenden, die immer freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. wir kommen gerne wieder!
• Guest (8/5): I had a great stay, easy communication with the host. - The location was great. There are so many places to eat nearby. A Target and Trader Joe’s are just 3 blocks away. Buses to theaters in Chelsea run 1 block away. The man who met me actually carried my suitcase up the 1 floor to the apartment. The bedroom where I slept had a small AC that kept the room very comfortable. Luckily I only needed 1 bedroom because there was only 1 small AC unit in one of the two bedrooms. The bathroom was fine but old( refinished tub) and had some mold. The garbage was taken out of the building on Wednesday morning and the stench at the front door was unbearable. Luckily the maintenance people for the building showed up late afternoon and mopped all of the entry way.
• Powell (10/5): Great experience from booking to leaving. A pleasure dealing with the team right through the stay. No problem. Thank you - Compact and perfect for NY. Everything we needed and so much more. Couldn’t stay longer. Just settled in and we had to go home.

• Laura (8/5): Good location for reasonable price. - Very great and helpful staff. The apartment is small but cozy, clean and has all you might need for food cooking or resting. A little bit noisy outside on weekends. Might be too small for family of 4.

• Ivana (4/5): Not so upscale after all - The appartment was pretty clean and had two rooms, and was in a good location. The appartment was very small, the beds were too small for two people (cca 40 inches wide), even thought they were advertised as such. The place is very noisy especially over the weekend when the bar bellow stays open late with music (you feel the base upstairs). There is a lot of street noise and you can also hear the neighbours, and there is some dripping in the smaller room, which also has some opening in the wall.
