• Mindy (10/5): Great location, amenities and easy to communicate with host. - This was wonderful! The location was perfect. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna and also the patio with a view of the acropolis. Host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this location and would love to stay here again. The jacuzzi does take some time to fill with hot water.

• Tjandra (9/5): Derouse Eva stay middle of Athens was a great stay due to the location - Derouse Eva is in the central of Athens. Restaurant, cafe even shopping. The place is hidden gem. Once inside the apartment we loved the facility including a Sauna that overlooks such a magnificent view lighted up at night. Very safe property. Panos welcomed us to show us the facility of the apartment. Thank you Panos. Can’t turn on sauna and hot water, power will go off. But all you need to do is switch the mains back on. The usage of the spa is simple. BUT to fill up with hot water is rather harder due ti the size of spa. We were just happy for it to be there.

Super central location and Panos was a wonderful host, he organised balloons for me as I was surprising my partner for his birthday and the whole stay was a 10/10! Bed was comfy, sauna and spa bath were amazing for an Autumn stay and overall it was extremely cosy and lovely. Looking forward to staying here again!

• Olga (10/5): Perfect stay, highly recommended, location is great. - Location is amazing. The apartment is even better than shown on the pictures, the view of Parthenon from the balcony is lovely, especially when it's dark. It was perfect size and layout for a long weekend getaway for two. The sauna and jacuzzi worked perfectly well. Panos was super nice and helpful, he met us and explained everything very clearly. We were there for four days, and cleaning was offered in the middle of the stay. Hot water needs be turned on in advance, but instructions are very clear, and it was not a problem at all to fill up the jacuzzi and take hot showers.

The facilities within the unit itself were great especially the sauna. The accommodation is very near to the church and the church bell rings every hour or so.

• Axelrod (10/5): Cute little spot in the center of Athens - The location is great, the apartment front to the quiet part of the street and you can see the Acropolis from the private balcony, sauna and the private indoor jacuzzi are wonderful treat for a long day of walking and relaxing evening, clean and friendly staff, we enjoy our stay The only thing I had to say that the apartment is lacking a microwave or Ninja oven or something to warm up your food or leftovers

The apartment was very spacious, beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. I also loved the Jacuzzi, sauna and the fantastic view of the Acropolis from the terrace at night.

Location is #1 because it puts you in 5-10 min walking distance to anything in Plaka, all tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping, we couldn’t be happier with the place. And it has everything you can think of including kitchen, living area, comfortable bed, terrace for a morning coffee, hot tub and sauna for spa-like experience. If you see it’s available - don’t look further, book it now! Nothing.

This was a great location, very clean, well maintained and a wonderful view (off balcony) of the Acropolis. It is a big quirky, with a massive spa and a sauna (hence the name) and overall a very good base in Athens.

Comfortable bed, nice little kitchenette with refrigerator to keep drinks cold. The jacuzzi was a must have for relaxing after walking so much, but ask for extra towels. Nice view of the Parthenon from the balcony. The host, Giorgos was really helpful and met us on arrival to help us in and answer any questions we might have. He was also very responsive whenever we reached out to him. Very clean room that was refreshed every 2 days. Bring a small sound machine for white noise so the church bells don’t wake you up early.

• Jana (10/5): Super Lage, tolles Apartment - Die Unterkunft war traumhaft. Die Ausstattung war sehr schön und hochwertig, es war super sauber, geräumig und die Lage war perfekt. Alles war fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und vom Balkon aus sah man die Akropolis. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können es absolut empfehlen.

The hot water system is not the best as you need to anticipate before using the jacuzzi or shower and switch it on 1h before.

The apartment itself was spacious, stylishly decorated, and perfectly clean. But what truly made the experience unforgettable were the private jacuzzi and sauna. After long days exploring the city, coming back to unwind in the jacuzzi or relax in the sauna felt like pure luxury. The location was also great.. quiet enough for a restful stay, yet very close to everything.

Comfortable bed, outside chairs and spotlessly clean. The hot water tank just isn’t up to the task of filling the jacuzzi so we didn’t use it. A microwave in the kitchen would be a useful and very cheap addition to the facilities.

• Tom (8/5): Very nice stay in an excellent location - Well-equipped one-bedroom apartment with excellent bonus of a good small sauna (with partial Acropolis view) and balcony. Comfortable and generally well-appointed in an excellent location. Only a few minor quibbles which prevent a 10/10: the hot water process is quite frustrating (needing around 45-60mins advance notice to ensure you can have a warm shower) and the size of the hot water tank makes the jacuzzi more of a cold bath, the apartment is generally well-insulated from the sound of the street but the church bells are extremely loud relatively early on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and given there are a sauna and a jacuzzi in addition to the shower, it would be nice if more than one towel per person were provided.

• Susana (10/5): Enchanting apartment in Athens - The apartment is absolutely enchanting! Very confortable and nicely decorated. The location couldn´t be better, because we could easily walk everywhere in the historical center. The Acropolis, Syntagma, Parlament, Monastiraki and other important spots are not far. The area is full of restaurants, bars, shops and very alive. The terrace of the apartment had a great view to the Acropolis, specially at night. The jacuzzi and sauna were very convenient. I think it is one of the most beautiful apartments I have ever stayed in Athens and I highly recommend it. Nothing at all

It has a little kitchen which is very useful, and a balcony to hangout. Dimitri was a friendly, responsive, and helpful host. The hot water runs out fast and so we couldn’t take advantage of the hot tub. Needs a microwave and a closet space

• Raluca (8/5): Nice stay - Nice and clean apartment, it's visible everything is brand new, great location, near to the acropolis. The sauna and jacuzzi are also a fine touch. Unfortunately there were some technical glitches with controlling remotely the water boiler, so we had quite a few instances where we didn't have enough hot water to shower, let alone fill the jacuzzi up. There was another issue with the jacuzzi which the host was very responsive about and quick to fix it, but the hot water problems persisted.
• Zamboni (10/5): Fantastic location, super nice modern apartment, easy access from Athens Airport by Bus or Metro - If you’re planning to visit Athens, this is the place to stay. Excellent location, right in the heart of the action—just a 4-minute walk to Monastiraki Square. Great restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream are right at your doorstep. It’s a short walk to all the attractions, and you can see the Acropolis from the balcony. There are two supermarkets within walking distance. The flat is on the 1st floor, spacious studio with lift. It has a kitchenette , though there’s no stove or microwave, but it’s otherwise fully equipped with plates, cups etc. Tastefully decorated, very modern, super clean. The bed is comfortable, and there’s a huge sofa and cold AC. The apartment also has a Jacuzzi and sauna! It’s in the safest area in Athens, located right across from a police station, and is very quiet—you can’t hear any street noise. The host is attentive and responsive, and can arrange transport if needed, just ask. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in the heart of Athens, if you are reading this , stay here! We will stay again.
