• Ciolca (8/5): Satisfying value for the money - The place was near the center, a walk away from the shopping zone, close to the tram, close to coop. Bed was comfy. The place was dirty, so was the couch. The window system was broken, had a hard time opening the blinds. In the bedroom a window had no blinds and people could look inside from the outside. At the arrival I had to ask neighbours for the wifi password because it wasn’t inside the room as written in the email. Shower curtain was dirty, sink was clogged.

Auf Nachfrage wurde aber umgehend nachgebessert. Es war S ehr hellhörig.

• Gaelle (4/5): Disappointing facilities despite a good location - The location The facilities are not well maintained at all. Furnitures are old, doors are damaged, some appliances not working (light not working in bathroom, no hot water...). With the prices charged, they should do a minimum to maintain the facilities to a good standard. Currently it does not look like anything is done in that sense. Photos on Booking.com are not at all accurate compared to the real state of the apartment.

• Uta (1/5): This apartment was a complete disappointment - Nothing really. The location was convenient - that is why is chose it. However, this should not be used for minimum service for maximum money. The bathroom tap was clogged and left water pooling on the floor, the fridge was clearly not cleaned. On top of that, it was overpriced and the photos and description were completely misleading, making the whole experience feel very deceptive. Bei der Ankunft war der Badezimmerhahn verstopft und das Wasser sammelte sich auf dem Boden, und der Kühlschrank war offensichtlich nicht gereinigt. Darüber hinaus war sie überteuert, und die Fotos sowie die Beschreibung waren völlig irreführend, sodass sich das gesamte Erlebnis sehr täuschend anfühlte.

Blinds did not work( couldn’t be opened in bedroom broken), shower door trim broken, drain in bathroom sink plugged. Missing wood trim in portions of bedroom. No drapes as shown in pictures or chandeliers. Walls marketed up and dirty.

• Baas (4/5): Wollten so wenig wie möglich in der Wohnung sein. - Es gab Internet und die Anbindung über die Tram war gut. Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche waren sauber. Der Zustand der Wohnung war sehr schlecht und entsprach in keiner Weise den dargestellten Bildern. In der Wohnung herrschte ein muffig/fauliger Geruch. Die Fenster ließen sich nicht ganz öffnen, sodass er durch Lüften auch nicht zu beheben war. Besonders im Bad hat es gestunken. Die Wohnung selbst war groß und gut geschnitten. Durch die Straßenbahn vor der Tür jedoch laut. Die Möbel waren sehr heruntergekommen. Überall waren Risse Sprünge und Schmutz.

• Jan (5/5): 9 von 10 Ameisen lieben diese Unterkunft - Gute Lage, einfacher Self-Check in, relativ sauber (abgesehen von den Ameisen), für eine Nacht ok, wenn man keine grossen Anforderungen hat Liebloses, abgewohntes Zimmer mit Ameisen-Befall, im Treppenhaus standen Müllbeutel und Gepäck (Brandschutz!?)
• Geraldine Quiroz (9/5): - El Apartamento es cómodo, amplio y la cama estaba cómoda, esta ubicado a 20min de la estación de tren caminando, pero hay una estación de tranvía muy cerca, en general todo esta bien. Lo único que no me gusto fue que no había jabón y esponja para los platos y tampoco había sal, nosotros compramos y dejamos los implementos para las demás personas que se queden en el apartamento, esperemos que los dueños lo dejen.

• Flückiger (4/5): Nachdem ich das Studio selber gereinigt und den Geruch neutralisiert hatte, konnte ich die überwältigende Aussicht genie - Die Lage, der Balkon und die Aussicht. Schlechter Geruch, überall viel Schmutz, regelrecht schmuddelig (es scheint, als wurde nur das Bad geputzt), Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank standen vor Dreck. Benutztes Wattestäbchen im Schrank. Balkontüre defekt, Tv ausser Betrieb, fehlende Zahngläser, Duschvorhang nur einseitig angebracht (Überschwemmung unausweichlich), sehr unbequemes Bett (abgenutzt). Fehlende Frottewäsche, trotz Nachricht an Betreiber keine Wäsche nachgeliefert. Musste Raumspray, Duschtuch und Putzmittel organisieren, um den Aufenthalt erträglich zu machen.

• Joshua (3/5): Close to the university but very disappointing overall - The main redeeming qualities of this venue are the ease of check-in and check-out (automated key collection) and its proximity to the university. The room was not clean, no soap was provided in the bathroom, cupboards were falling apart, there were ants in the kitchen, and the wifi was slow and kept randomly disconnecting.

Los sofás y las sillas estaban llenos de manchas, la persiana de la habitación caída.. El lavabo estaba atascado y subían pelos por el desague. Había telarañas en el techo. Menos mal que solo estuvimos una noche porque era asqueroso. ES UN TIMO, el piso no tiene nada de parecido a las fotos.

Palazzo datato e pulizia scarsa, appartamento con tv senza saper dove attaccare la corrente. Richiesta di domande via telefono, una signora molto scortese mi ha attaccato due volte, la mia richiesta era di un lettino per mio figlio per due notti, inviata una email, inviato link per una notte, pagato poi me ne hanno inviato un altro, pagato e all'arrivo in camera non c'era il lettino! Ho dovuto chiamare due volte alla fine alle 7 di sera abbiamo avuto il lettino da un signore gentile. Scarso di attezzatura da cucina, turni per fare la colazione, neanche una saponetta! Acqua calda e termosifoni funzionanti e asciugamani puliti. Rapporto del prezzo inferiore nella media di Zurigo. Bisognerebbe rinnovare la struttura, le foto non coincidono con la realtà. Non si possono lasciare i bagagli. Self check in semplice, inserisci codice e vengono consegnate le chiavi.

Il giorno dopo riscrivo e mi rispondono dicendomi che avrebbero avvisato le domestiche. Due giorni dopo ancora senza asciugacapelli chiedo nuovamente di provvedere a fornirmi un nuovo asciugacapelli e faccio luce sulla pulizia indecente della camera (foto allegate), si erano dimenticate un top sul termosifone 🤢 , dei ghiaccioli in freezer, c’erano delle macchie sul divano a dir poco oscene 🤢, non avevamo le forchette per mangiare e l’asciugacapelli oltre a non funzionare era appiccicoso ed aveva un capello che non era nostro🤢🤢.. Dopo tre giorni riscrivo nuovamente alla struttura sollecitando i problemi e decido così di contattare il servizio clienti di Booking. In tutto questo di 270€ mi hanno rimborsato 38€ che pagliacci.. 🤡 fate semplicemente schifo e dovete solo vergognarvi che non sono riuscita a fare la doccia per 4 giorni.. mai più!!

Dear Booking.com Customer Support, I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding my recent stay in Zurich from April 3 to April 5, booked through your platform. The condition of the apartment was entirely unacceptable and significantly below any reasonable standard, especially considering the reputation of Booking.com and the high standards expected in a city like Zurich. Moreover, the property did not reflect the photos or description advertised on your platform. During our stay, we encountered multiple serious issues, including but not limited to: - Extremely poor hygiene and cleanliness, accompanied by a strong and unpleasant odor throughout the apartment - Presence of ants inside the property - A severely damaged mattress with exposed metal parts, causing physical discomfort and back pain - Dirty and foul-smelling pillows - Only one blanket provided for two guests - Inadequate heating, resulting in an uncomfortably cold environment - Broken furniture, including a damaged table - Non-functioning lighting (broken lamp) - A kitchen in a very poor and unusable condition I would like to emphasize that I have been a loyal Booking.com customer for nearly 10 years, and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Although we considered leaving the apartment immediately, we felt compelled to stay due to the holiday period and the high cost and limited availability of alternative accommodations in Zurich. This situation effectively left us without a realistic option. It is deeply concerning that such a property is listed and continues to operate on your platform without proper quality control. This raises serious questions about the standards and verification processes applied by Booking.com. Given the severity of these issues, I expect this matter to be treated with urgency and professionalism. I request a fair and appropriate compensation for the distress, discomfort, and unacceptable conditions we endured.
