But overall is good and recommended Room accomodation so simple and old a little bit, but compare the room rate, I will come and stay next times

• Mark (3/5): Many better options - I have stayed at this property five times. It has been since before Covid since my last day and this place has changed dramatically. Apparently it was converted to a hospital during Covid. They removed all of the safety lock boxes and if not put them back. The rooms are not as comfortable as they were prior. I love the location because it’s right on the train line and extremely convenient to access public transportation. The staff was not very accommodating. We started out getting into the room and wanting to take a shower. There was no hot water in the bathroom was not very clean. The shower curtain had mildew and the extremely small narrow shower tub was not very clean. It appears the only upgrades in the past 20 years have been some new laminate flooring throughout the building that is completely falling apart and held down with clear packing tape. I had a suit sent to the hotel and it was delivered. A photo was sent to me. I asked the staff multiple times only 10 to 20 minutes after it was delivered and they claimed to have no idea where the suit was. I contacted the Taylor who talked with the staff and suddenly they were able to find it. The hot water in the bathroom only works if you turn the sink on hot as well in order to flow enough water to trigger the on-demand hot water heater. This is very cut rate and I will definitely not be returning.

• Nishikeru (9/5): - I really liked the price of the room here. It's close to the Airport Rail Link station, which provides direct access to the international airport in just 15 minutes. The staff were polite and took good care of the guests.

• Julija (5/5): Not recommended - The room was spacious and looked quite nice. The cleaning was done daily. There was a fridge and a hairdryer. The location is not bad, right next to the airport train link, though connection to a metro line would be better. Across the road there is a food court and Indian bites restaurant (very tasty). Some ten minutes walk from there there is a small market 1. The cockroaches. I saw some every day, and daily cleaning and the fact of not keeping any food trash did not help. I slept with the lights on, still didn’t help. And I had to prepare my suitcases shortly before leaving to avoid taking any of these with me. This is unacceptable! 2. I do not know what us wrong with their shower, maybe something not good with the geometry of the bathtub or maybe something pipe had a crack but after every taking of shower the bathroom floor was kind of flooded and I had to dry it with a towel. Not something I enjoyed doing during my holidays

• Eisha (8/5): Great budget stay - Location is perfect for getting around Bangkok with transport and airport links right outside. The reception is 24 hours and the hotel feels safe The decor is a little run down and generally the hotel is a little outdated but for the price this was not an issue for us. It's great value and we would stay here again!

Don’t bother - Easy transport to airport Staff was very rude on arrival no compassion or care just order and direct to get what they need, no small talk or friendliness just ordering what to do. Property will probably say sorry for my experience but an apology could not make up for the rudeness of the staff as well as the fact the room had ripped up sheets, the air con leaked all night, shower was grotty and disgusting with insects increasing. Staff couldn’t care it seems apart from the bellhop who was kind and friendly and happy to assist.

Flooring in hallway loose and broken. Stuck together with tape but still a trip hazard. Paper thin walls with no soundproofing. My room next to the rain line. Trains running every 10 minutes from 5.30 am to midnight

Nous avons perdu nos 2 nuits chacun , le personnel ne veux rien entendre malgré photos et vidéo nous avons pris un taxi et nous sommes partis dans un autre hôtel qui lui était très bien. Bonne chance si vous tentez l aventure. Rien cet hôtel et une honte et devrait être entièrement refait et nettoyer
