• Sakhiseni (1/5): The stay didnt happen as the Host called n cancelled me after i had booked via booking.com - I didnt get to the Unit.. as i booked on the app only to get a call from the host cancelling me! Telling me the place ismt available. The host and booking.com really inconvenienced me.. you people deducted my money and still hvnt been refunded! Your Customer care hasnt been helpfull at all. The host also hasnt been helpful..

• Gugulethu (7/5): Good - The place is nice and spacious . The location is perfect and very safe. The room was full of dust on the floor and counter tops. We didn't have access to use the lift, therefore we had to use the steps to the 8th floor .

• Solly (8/5): It was great, clean and quiet. If they can have a tag for the main door. - There was no breakfast. Using the stairs because of the fingerprint system on the main door.

• Raymond (1/5): Bad - Absolutely NOTHING! SAVE YOUR MONEY don't book here. Booked 3 nights stayed for 1, had to book somewhere else. The place is very dirty, owner said someone is coming to clean. No one pitched. No privacy, blinds not closing. Lesson learned, read and consider the negative reviews before booking.
• Letticia (5/5): It was just fair - The cleaning lady was helpful and the securities I didn’t like the fact that the keys was not arranged before the arrival, the cleaning lady assisted me and had to call the owner and ask about my stay at the hotel. The house had dust, on the side table, by the tv stand, by the coffee table

• Mbalenhle (1/5): i could not manage to stay. as I could not open the lift and was told to bang the door when I open it because my finger - i could not manage to go up to the room, due to the fact that no one could open/authorise for me the lift on 8 floor, and I had big lagage bag with me. They don’t have staff to help clients after 16:00 they using hotel cleaning staff to arrange for their clients. The owner of the property is very rude he dropped my call when I was inquiring what was going on and he never answered anymore 😖they are extremely unprofessional and for the packing I was told to go and arrange with someone outside they will call or just say I came here at the hotel 😖😖 i don’t have anything to comment about on that as I am mentioning I could not go

• Fortune (3/5): It was a major scam. Very disappointing! - The rooftop lounge was outstanding. The entire stay was disappointing for the price. We were not allocated the room we booked for. The room was so tiny. The room had cockroaches all over. The wifi was not working. We were promised we will get it—never did. We had to use the stairs the entire duration. No fresh towels; electricity almost went out.
