• jen (3/5): Definitely needs some maintenance!! - The property was close to Stromlo which I wanted. The key was very fiddly to get into the unit. The couch was dirty, with chips on the back of it and stains all over it when I pulled it out for my kids to sleep on. We weren’t provided with any linen for my kids and I had to ring up and ask for it. I was issues a Doona cover for my kids but when I went to put the doona provided into the cover, the doona had stains and food stuck to it. The air conditioner spilled a huge amount of water on us while we were sitting on the couch at night. So I turned it off overnight, but the place was hot so we had to open windows to sleep. The blinds bashed on the window sills all night and the bedroom door wouldn’t latch at all so that banged all night too.

• Sood (1/5): - Location only Hi there, I've cleaned everything and returned it to its original condition. However, I did not vacuum the bedroom floor. There is a lot of dog hair on the bedroom carpet and on the sofa near the TV outside. I’ve left it as is so you can inspect it yourself. When we checked in, there was a strong smell of LNG gas leaking, but we couldn't identify the source. Today, when we used the kitchen for the first time, we noticed that one of the cooktop knobs is faulty — it operates even when in the "off" position. The electric kettle’s cap is also broken. Just as feedback: The stay was nice, but the presence of pet hair everywhere — from the bedroom to the stairs — was unexpected.

• Chris (8/5): Nice but very hot in summer - Great location for Stromlo MTB park No off-street parking and gets very hot in summer. There is one AC system in the lounge but it doesn't face the bedroom so the bedroom takes a long time to cool down (even after sun down). Windows can only be opened a crack due to the security locks (despite it being 2nd level) so just run the AC as soon as you get in to try and chill the place down Otherwise it's a great spot

• Andrew (4/5): Don't suggest you stay here! - Ease of booking and collecting keys. Bed was comfortable. Cleanliness was substandard and after many visits to Air Bnb's this would rate as the 2nd worse we have stayed in. Any food that was left over from previous visit was left there - strawberry jam was mouldy so had been there for some time. Appliances were very obviously broken so just moved to Air Bnb from owners house I would assume. Vacuum cleaner missing extension so carpet needed to be cleaned from a hands and knees position. Door to bathroom couldn't be opened fully as hit drawers, laundry door couldn't be closed unless washing machine was turned sideways, couch extremely uncomfortable - all in all this place needs a recheck as a rental by Air BnB.
