• Guest (9/5): Logement conforme aux indications données. Hôte disponible et réactif. Climatisation efficace - A 15min à pied de la gare, près des commerces. L'appartement possède un grand réfrigérateur et un congélateur.
• Maria (8/5): Cool place - Location was very nice. Close to Bosco Verticale and small shops, coffee places, restaurants. Close to 3 different metro stations to take you to Milano Centrale or Duomo. Nice style in the apartment. The doorlock with the code blocked once and i panicked. But it was all okay in the end. I would have liked a sponge and some dishwash liquid to be able to wash the plates. For the rest everything was ok. If you are a smoker you need to go down to smoke since there is no balcony.

L’appartamento risulta sporco e pieno di polvere. L’inconveniente può capitare, soprattutto su questo tipo di soluzioni dove spesso la pulizia è affidata a società esterne, ma la cosa inaccettabile è il mancato intervento per risolvere la situazione. Alla richiesta rivolta all’assistenza clienti di intervenire per far pulire l’appartamento è stato risposto letteralmente “mi hanno insegnato che l’erba voglio non cresce neanche nel giardino del re” e da lì in poi non ho più ricevuto risposta telefonica. Nemmeno Booking è più riuscita a mettersi in contatto con la struttura. Esistono dei doveri nel confronto degli ospiti paganti che in questo caso non sono stati rispettati. Purtroppo ho la possibilità di allegare solo 4 foto a dimostrazione dell’accaduto.

• Falguni (3/5): Poor - 4784873279 We have several issues in this apartment/ flat that we booked in milan for 4 nights from 23-26 may 2025. When we shared an issue with regard to no clips, no hygiene, no cleanliness, no proper supply of toiletries and cleaning materials, we got told that its not included in the facility list which is surprising to us because when you provide washing machine it is expected that either rack or proper provision for clothes drying will be provided with clips, WE HAVE BEEN PROVIDED WITH ONLY 3 CLIPS, SO TELL US HOW DO WE DRY OUR CLOTHES ON PANEL OUTSIDE WITHOUT CLIPS (POINT TO BE NOTED ONE OF THE ROPE OF PANEL IS LOOSE) HENCE WE ARE NOT ABLE TO WASH OUR CLOTHES Secondly, for dishwasher, for bath and shower no proper number of washing soaps or items provided. Third, all blankets, pillows covers, napkins, towels are smelling bed. I am not saying these are not washed but there definitely a bad smell which is discomforting us especially our kids of age under 10. Please tell us how do we provide a proof for this. Bathroom was not properly cleaned when we checked in and it was also smelling bed. There is no ventilation in bathroom and window glass is broken, to cover that palywood is fixed in windows which makes the whole bathroom while using suffocating. MAIN POINT, there are termites in flat, 😥😥😥😥😥, how can you expect your guest to stay with termites, pictures attached for your reference. As we got told to share a proof, please find attached the same and WE WANT TO SAY THAT ITS NOT ACCEPTABLE AS I HAVE PAID FULL AMOUNT TO BOOK THIS FLAT. THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND WORTH MONEY THAT WE PAID, WE DEMAND COMPENSATION + we definitely demand REFUND OF ALL MONEY THAT WE PAID TOWARDS CLEANING, TOWEL AND BED LINEN CHARGES. • Piotr (7/5): Good - Location was very good, close to metro, very close to restaurants, shops. Building very old, staircase rundown and unpleasant.
• Meenakshi (4/5): Nightmare to get into propety. - Clean and efficient. Them threatening a 35 euro surcharge for arriving after 7. This wasn't made clear till you booked. Also getting in was a nightmare. They sent a video of how to get in which was inadequate. written instructions would have been clearer. we arrived at 18.45 and couldn't get in which was very stressful and had to phone the office. Not enough glass cutlery

The apartment is big enough for a couple .location is great near Gioia and Garibaldi meteo station.100 mt from Gae Aulenti and Corso Como. A little bit dusty on the floor . Hot water from the shower is not so hot but warm . If you want to watch Tv , you need to shyncronize all the channels but it is not sure digital signal is working.but it’s ok, not necessary.

• M (2/5): Never again - Terrible experience! The apartment was very cold and humid. Heeting system did not work at all and we were freezing literarly the all night. We did not manage to get any support from the host. No coffee or tea in the house! No instructions about wi fi. Cleaning tools were kept in the bedroom. I don’t recomend this place to anyone specially during winter time.
