On a pu profiter de bons restaurants, des boutiques et des lieux touristiques - Un très bel accueil, très convivial. l’appartement était magnifique comme sur les photos. Bien entretenu. Un bel espace pour notre famille de 5 personnes. Très bien situé. Je recommande. Climatisation un peu bruyante. Connexion wifi ne fonctionnait pas tout le temps.

• Roger (6/5): Good location. Apartment adequate. - Good coms over WhatsApp before we arrived. The apartment is well placed in a lively area not too far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The host’s representative was more than 30 mins late meeting us and ignored us at first when she walked past us to go into the apartment. Important to know the three beds are effectively in an open plan environment with access through the main bedroom and a mezzanine upstairs.
• Hybben (10/5): Exceptional - Nice apartment, clean, spacious, very well equipped. It was cool enough at night. Lots of space. We had 2 pair of keys which was perfect if we needed to separate for a bit. OWNER let us leave our bags there until 11.00 am Nothing, everything was great above expectations. Location was close to center 12 walk
• González (10/5): Had a wonderful stay in Florence! - The location is perfect. Walkable to anywhere in Florence. Loved the wine the hosts left for us . A very nice touch!
• Luísa (9/5): Good value for money - The property has a good size, very clean and is a walking distance away from the main touristic points of Florence. Restaurants and mini markets are also available at a 2- minutes walk. The owner was kind to allow us to drop our bags before the check-in time, since we arrived earlier. The pictures may suggest 3 separated bedrooms, but its actually one huge bedroom divided in 3. The first bedroom is on the ground floor, the second bedroom is on top of a stairs inside the first bedroom, but with no walls, only a fance separating. The third bedroom is a closet inside the first one, only being reached by passing the first one. Not very suitable for mixed groups. Also it has only 1 bathroom, so be prepared for that.

• Nigel (9/5): Nice place well located for everything - Beautiful old building very well located for everything. Well maintained and decorated. The only issue is that if you are as we were two adult couples. You have to walk through a bedroom to access toilet and bathroom. This for us if we had been aware would have potentially looked at other options.
• Yang (6/5): Pleasant - Facilities were good and clean. I told Marco in advance that our train will arrive in Florence at 4:30pm; so we will arrive at the property by 5:00pm. But he didn't come until 6:00pm, so we had to wait for him at the door for a full hour. And there were no shampoo and soap.

• Kelly (9/5): Fab stay thank you - Very clean and modern interior and location was really good near to the town centre but also near some local bars and restaurants The only downsides were the bedrooms don’t really have a lot of privacy as two are adjoined by a mezzanine and the other leads off the main bedroom.

Would not stay at an apartment again and would definitely just book a hotel next time. - Great location, clean apartment and nicely renovated The place smelled of sewer all the time. No AC so it gets hot sometimes and hard to sleep. Getting a taxi to come was a nightmare. Called three different taxi companies and either the call just drops or someone would pick up only to hang-up again once the address was provided. We ended up almost missing our train to Venice by just deciding to walk to the train station the last minute. It was such an inconvenience.

• John (9/5): Superb - Location was great. Close to Boboli Gardens and Pitti Palace. Good restaurants and bars very close. Apartment was extremely spacious, very well equipped and spotless.
• John (3/5): very happy to leave. - good location, they have a done a nice job on the place but its just not comfortable. good hot water. the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. there was a master bedroom, a loft, and a very small bedroom. you had to walk thru the master bedroom to get to both the loft and the small bedroom. not much privacy for 2 couples. and only 1 bathroom. the place was very clean but it had a strong sewage smell when we arrived. we discovered it was the shower drain so we covered it with a plastic bag and that helped a lot. i ask about some type of pad to make the beds more comfortable and was told that no one had ever complained before. so be warned about this place. we would never go back. also we rented thru booking. the city tax listed was 4 euros per night per person and we were charged 5.5 euros. i mentioned this and was told it was bookings fault as the tax had gone up which was true but it is the owners responsibility to make sure their listing is correct.
• Sandra (9/5): Great location and property in a beautiful part of Florence. - Luciano and Sylvia were lovely people and helped us in every way possible. The apartment is great with everything you would need. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room. It is in a very nice quiet area and at the end of the street is San Spirito which has some lovely restaurants and a supermarket very close. Best thing was it is a ground floor apartment so no stairs.
• Cynthia (10/5): Would stay here again in a heartbeat. - The property is beautiful! Very spacious and comfortable. We were there in the cold part of the spring and really appreciated the warmth of the apartment. we love Piazza Santo Spirito so the location was perfect for us. you can see part of the church from the street at the front door! Wi-fi is bad but it is not the fault of the owner. Thick walls keep the apt quiet but also keep wi-fi to a minimum!

• Des (10/5): Perfect apartment for a sightseeing visit to Florence, local bars and restaurants are very good - we were met by Luciano who was very informative and friendly. He welcomed us and introduced us to the apartment and gave us tips for places to visit and what to avoid. We were a family of 5 and we possibly could have done with another comfortable chair but this wasn't a big problem for a short stay
• Niv (9/5): would definitely consider this if I come back to Firenze - very convenient location, 15 minutes walk from everything, including the Boboli gardens. larger than expected, properly equipped with everything. nicely decorated. ground floor, so not a lot of natural light. the beds were on the stiff side. unreliable Wi-Fi connection.
• Murri (6/5): Lovely appartment but useless if you want a fully functioning kitchen ! - pretty appartment but the stove / cooker in the kitchen was not working and we were told to cook on a plug in single ring camping stove ! we like to cook local food on holiday . We stay in apartments and villas for this reason and not in hotels without cooking facilities! kitchen badly equipped - see above - no kitchen knives, not much cutlery, not enough towels for a 5 day stay nowhere to put shampoos and soaps in the shower whilst under the shower ! We had to put them on the floor. light bulbs not working in some of lamps. A simple check list whilst cleaning the property would solve this problem.
• Simone (8/5): Beautiful centrally located apartement - Beautiful apartement! Full kitchen, and very nice new bathroom. Location very good! Way on foot to Santa Maria del Fiore around 15min. Living room does not offer enough comfortable seating options for 5 people (couch for 2). Bathroom ist very small and does not have enough hanging options for towels. One bedroom and the gallery are not separate, so up to four people sleep in one room. There is another bedroom adjoining the first bedroom, which has a small bed for two children or one adult (1,20mx2,00m).
