• gladiatore (5/5): Ventunesimo - Sicuramente la posizione centrale. Trovo alquanto discutibile decidere di non dotare un alloggio di tv, credo non mi sia mai successo prima. Se è indicato da qlch parte, non lo so, ma sicuramente saperlo mi avrebbe impedito di prenotare! Anche la politica del checkin è poco conveniente: generalmente avviene dalle 17:00 in poi, un pò tardi direi per la gente che si muove; il checkout poi viene imposto alle ore 10, credo che la forbice sia un pò larga! Ho fatto il checkin alle 14:30, ma pare sia stata una gentile concessione! Alloggio nuovo, per carità, ma con evidenti macchie di umido, una soprattutto vicino al comodino in camera da letto! I rumori provenienti dagli alloggi superiori (sciacquoni, docce, water, passi ecc. ecc.) sono fastidiosi! Wifi infine poco stabile, con frequente necessità di riconnessione!

• Ana Belén (8/5): Buena estancia - El apartamento tiene todo nuevo y está bien equipado. La ubicación es buena, cerca de la estación central y con supermercados, cafeterías al lado. Tienen el detalle de dejarte agua de bienvenida, cafés, tés, etc y además te dejan unos tickets para desayunar en una cafetería próxima. En general está bastante bien. No hay nada de decoración y se siente muy vacío pero especialmente se echa en falta una televisión.

• PEDRO LUIS (9/5): Sin duda todo un acierto, repetiría sin dudarlo - Noemi nos explicó todo a la perfección además en español. El hotel estaba bastante cerca de la estación central y estaba súper limpio y todo muy nuevo.No tuvimos ningún problema para nada. El check in era según la web a las 5 y preguntamos a Luca por WhatsApp si era posible al menos dejar las maletas a las 12, y cuando llegamos nuestra habitación ya estaba preparada. Además nos dieron dos tickets para desayunar en un bar cercano. Quizás la nevera hacía un poco de ruido y mi pareja se quejaba de que la cama era demasiado blanda, a mi concretamente me pareció súper cómoda.

È presente un riscaldamento a pavimento, noi non siamo riusciti ad attivarlo e per due notti abbiamo richiesto un piumino in piu che ci è stato subito fornito. È presente anche una pompa di calore ma non viene fornito il telecomando, avrei preferito gestire la temperatura della camera in autonomia per avere un soggiorno piu confortevole.

• Isabelle (9/5): - La superficie, le balcon, les deux salles de bains, les deux grandes chambres, les deux canapés, les grands placards et rangements, la cuisine, l'ascenseur qui arrive directement dans l'appartement, la convivialité des hôtes, les bouteilles d'eau dans le réfrigérateur et les collations (1 café + 1 brioche) offertes au café d'à côté, les places de stationnement au pied de l'immeuble (même si en zone bleue à 2€/heure de 8h à 19h .... mais bon ce n'est rien à côté de Paris avec 75€ pour 6 heures consécutives maximum :-/) Avec nuances = plus des manques que des avis négatifs. Les assiettes, verres, couverts qui ne vont que par quatre. Pas de condiments. Pas de table basse au niveau des deux grands canapés.

It is situated near a metro station so easy to reach in the centre and 15 minutes walk from Milano Centrale railway station. The host is very kind and always available for different requests. -

• Carolyn (10/5): Comfort with excellent amenities in Milan - Very clean and spacious. Is in an area that felt safe and security at the apartment was excellent anyway. We were able to walk the 3 1/2 kms into the Galleria, Duomo and city square so a good location for us. Perhaps a small moveable coffee table for the lounge would be good otherwise a perfect place to stay in Milan.

Ett grönområde sträckte sig in till de mer centrala delarna Det fanns bra med saker för att laga mat. Det saknades vinglas, och var lite väl kalt på väggar och i möblering. Ett stort minus var att det inte fanns några klädkrokar i hallen att hänga jackor på. Och väldigt lyhört
