• Vincenzo (4/5): Deludente, mal collegata e disorganizzata - Onestamente nulla Collegata malissimo al centro, per prendere le chiavi dell’appartamento bisogna andare in punti diversi a seconda dell’orario, ho dovuto ritirare le chiavi in un bar, e riportarle anche lì, cosa mai vista in tanti anni di Booking. Tra l’altro per ritirare le chiavi ho dovuto aspettare perché manco c’erano, con la proprietaria del bar che non parlava bene l’italiano. Prezzi alti nonostante in tre persone una abbia dovuto dormire sul divano letto, visto che c’era solo un letto matrimoniale. Per accedere al letto matrimoniale, posizionato sul soppalco, le scale erano super ripide e pericolose di notte.
• Amir (7/5): - Apartman je OK.Domacin je veoma ljubazan, imali smo sve potrebne informacije! Na raspolaganju je bio za sve upite! Lokacija apartmana, nema prozora u apartmanu. U spavaćoj sobi se nalazi prostorija u koju je zabranjeno uci, ali nije je prijatno ni vidjeti.

• Vanessa (8/5): Schönes Apartment mit einem paar Abstrichen - Sehr luxuriöses ausgestattetes, sauberes Apartment. Sehr bequemes Bett. Leider fehlten große Duschtücher, es waren nur kleine Gästehandtücher fürs Bidet und normale Handtücher vorhanden, so dass wir uns nach dem Duschen mit dem kleinen Handtuch abtrocknen mussten. Zudem waren leider auch keine Geschirrtücher vorhanden und Spülmaschinentabs gab es leider auch keine. So mussten wir das Geschirr leider mit der Hand spülen und mit Küchentolle trocken putzen. Ich kenne es normalerweise aus Ferienwohnungen, dass zumindest so 2-3 Spülmaschinentabs vorhanden sind. Da wir nur 1 Nacht Zwischenübernachtung hatten, hatte ich nichts entsprechendes dabei. In der Wohnung gibt es zig Dinge, die nun wirklich niemand benötigt, dafür fehlt es teilweise an solch sinnvoller Ausstattung. Unten sind in der Wohnküche gleich 2 Klimaanlagen verbaut, dafür oben im Schlafzimmer gar keine. Der Standventilator hat zwar mega Radau gemacht, aber nicht wirklich was gebracht. Es war oben schon extrem warm. Die Treppe nach oben ist auch ziemlich gewöhnungsbedürftig, da sie sehr schmal und steil ist. Also wenn Kinder mitreisen nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert, da es zu gefährlich ist. Die Lage ist zwar ziemlich zentral, die nähere Umgebung aber wenig ansprechend. Eine Straße weiter lag unter einer Unterführung überall Müll und Sperrmüll, auf den Gehwegen liegen überall Hundehaufen. Der Check-in war leider auch etwas komplizierter, weil die Kommunikation vorab irgendwie nicht funktioniert hat. Die Wohnung liegt in einem abgeschlossenen Gebäudekomplex in dem man ohne Schlüssel gar nicht rein kommt. Leider haben wir vorab keinerlei Infos erhalten wie man dort einchecken kann. Andere Mieter waren sehr hilfsbereit sprachen aber ausschließlich italienisch. Leider haben meine Italienisch Kenntnisse dafür nicht ausgereicht., so dass wir da auch nicht weiter kamen. Letztendlich habe ich den Vermieter telefonisch kontaktiert und versucht auf englisch zu erfahren wie wir in die Wohnung kommen.
• Nathalie (8/5): Modern verblijf met parking op goeie lokatie in Milaan - -lokatie: dichtbij bushaltes en metro, vlakbij supermarkt -gratis parking -airco in leef en woonruimte -goede matrassen -mooi ingericht -goed uitgeruste keuken -heel netjes -uitstekende Wifi, Netflix enz - geen airco in de slaapkamer. Deze kamer is boven en was heel erg warm ‘s nachts. Sommige nachten te warm. Er was wel een ventilator voorzien, maar airco had zoveel beter geweest. Nu was het lastig om te slapen.( we waren er tijdens een hittegolf)
