• Sonia (10/5): Perfect weekend away - Absolutely beautiful weekend away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend The Farm Stay on the River to anyone looking for something for everyone. From the outdoor spa and fire. Trampoline and swings, your own little wharf to fish or throw in a stand up paddle board, rods and sups provided. The cows came right up to the fence, kids loved it. The house was very clean and has everything you need with plenty of space. Comfy beds. Easy check in and communication with owner, thank you Saxon.
• Melissa (7/5): Nice location and cute farmhouse but not worth the money we paid for it. - Nice location on the river. Well stocked kitchen (utensils, cooking equipment etc). Thoughtful extras such as games and books to read. Spa was great since we couldn’t swim in the river (running too fast and a little dirty). BOTH toilets were half flushed with the remains of previous tenants number 2s. The seats had not been cleaned and had hair etc on them. Only three bath towels were supplied for a house that sleeps 9 (and there were more than three of us staying there). Towels were very old and torn. Our bed (the double bed) had hair in it and a dirty bottom sheet. Overall the house needed a good clean - especially the bathroom ceiling which was covered in what looked like dead bugs. Cobwebs and dust everywhere.

• Hayley (10/5): Peaceful, beautiful and perfect for a family escape away from the city. - Everything! The house was perfect! The beds were comfortable, beautiful farm views out of every window. When we weren’t sitting out on the verandahs we were excited to use Netflix or Disney. My daughter was super excited about the trampoline and the swings and the pizza oven had our pizzas cooked in 2 minutes! We enjoyed picking fresh veggies from the garden and feeding the worms in the worm farm too. We loved how quiet it was the most. It was a 10/10 experience.
