- Aneliya (9/5): Here is a combined summary, sorting the positive and negative points into a clear response: Overall, my stay was a mix o - What an excellent detail to include! You can focus the answer on how Nick's exceptional service enhanced your stay and made the property truly memorable.
I absolutely loved the personalized experience, which was largely thanks to Nick, the owner. His genuine kindness, politeness, and supportive nature made a huge difference during our stay. It was incredibly reassuring to know that he was always ready and willing to help at any moment, making us feel completely looked after. Ultimately, Nick's exceptional hospitality transformed the property into a welcoming home away from home, and that level of care is what I liked most. Based on the points you've outlined, here is a 4-5 sentence summary of what you did not like about the property:
My main reservations centered on the location and overall cleanliness. While having bus stops nearby was convenient, the commute was excessively long, often taking over 30 minutes just to reach the metro station, which significantly cut into our time. Furthermore, the neighborhood didn't feel completely secure, which I believe makes it less convenient for solo female travelers, though it was fine for our family. Lastly, while the kitchen was very well-equipped, many of the dishes and utensils were dirty, and the adorable house cat had a tendency to wake us up very early each morning.
- George-Luca (9/5): -
- Ilaria (8/5): Good value for money - There was a beautiful skyline and getting to the center was very easy. It is merely related to the tidiness but nothing major
- Silje (10/5): Recommended - Good neighborhood, grocery store and bus right outside the apartment. Everything what we needed and easy to find. Nick, the owner, always replayed fast and had a lot of tips on what to do. Fresh flowers on the kitchen table, felt welcome. Nothing

- Victoria (10/5): - Nick was very accommodating and gave us great advices about the neighborhood. Everything was really clean and Prince (the cat) was so cute. Everything was ok.
- Katie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jevgenija (10/5): Exceptional - Very cozy place with its own soul, the host was very friendly and easy to communicate if needed. The apartment has a very convenient kitchen if you want to cook something yourself. A good, quiet location, with a bus stop and a shop right next to the house. Beautiful view from the window. Easy self-check-in. Perfect place for me and two kids to stay. Next time we stay in London, we will first check if this place is available.
- Hen (8/5): Very good -
- Chelsea (10/5): Comfortable stay - Very spacious and clean and had everything we needed and was very comfortable! Nick the host was very helpful and willing to answer any questions we had, the cat prince was a lovely flatmate for the week, would definitely recommend A little far out of London but public transport is super easy
- Ritika (8/5): Very good -
- Malgorzata (9/5): Superb -
- Zemer (8/5): Very good - It was very cozy, and the cat was lovely! The public transport was easily accessible A little far from the center, but we knew this when we booked
- Yasuyo (8/5): Very good - Nick is helpful and pay attention to the details.almost everything is at hand. Even he put nice flowers on the kitchen table. The appartement is clean with a lot of plants. The location is not perfect because we felt not very safe. For the girls it's not ideal. You have to take buses so the fares accumulate. If you don't want to stay with a cat, don't choose here. I didn't know it. I like animals but I have allergic to cats. The Prince is s very friendly attention seeker so for someone it's great.
- Mortensen (9/5): Superb -
- Kuba (10/5): That was amazing experience. - Apartment was clean, big enough to stay (one big room with kitchen and one big bedroom), company of Prince was great. View from apartment was beautiful and also district of Camberwell seems to be safe. Very close to apetment is Tesco Express, but around 15 min walk is Lidl. I’m highly recommend to book Nick apartment, because it’s very good. To Westminster’s and Big Ben is around 30 min by bus.
- Simona (8/5): A bed, a mattress, could be more comfortable, it is very thin. - Nick was helpful, responded very quickly, asking if all was all right during our stay, offered coffee and tea to use there. He lives there and moves out when visitors come. Our stay was comfortable.
- Thelma (8/5): A very nice stay at Nick’s apartment! - Nick was a very helpful host! The apartment is very nice, it was really clean and has a great view! Prince made us feel at home! The bedding is a little worn
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional -

- Björn (10/5): Perfect base for a couple of days in London - cat included - The cat “Prince” is very polite and likes to talk a lot about his day. Furthermore the apartment is quite spacious and provides everything that one could need for a couple of days in London. Nick is very communicative and any questions where answered quickly.
- Yu-wen (10/5): We have a good time here. Nick is very nice. His cat Prince is friendly and cute. We sleep well everyday. - The cat “Prince” and the view of London. The location is a little far away from center of London.

- Iwona (10/5): We would be happy to return again! - Very good location, convenient and quick access to major transportation hubs. Host very friendly and helpful, gave us many valuable tips for transportation and shopping. Apartment very clean, equipped with all necessary accessories. Free WiFi working without a problem. We were 2 adults + 2 teenagers, sleeping without any problem.
- Justine (8/5): Very good - Size was good, buses close by and small supermarket. Good kitchen and some supplied. No hair dryer. Mattress a bit uneven. Kettle needs cleaning.
- Evie (9/5): Really comfortable, cosy place to stay, close to London - Very cosy and comfortable, we loved meeting the cat We weren’t sure if we were allowed to use the hosts tea and coffee or other amenities
- Misha (9/5): Superb -
- Cathy (9/5): A lovely home from home - A real home from home. You can settle in, lots of space and feel really comfortable. Small supermarket nearby for pretty much all your needs. Lots of restaurants close by too. It was surprisingly a quiet area as well. Stunning views from the front and rear windows.
Good quality shower over the bath even though only a mixer from the bath so was pleasantly surprised by that. Had great showers. Good quality towels.
I genuinely could not fault it and will definately use again. I needed to stay for 5 days and was very content throughout.
Great host who communicated well throughout. nothing
- Bennett (9/5): Camberwell apartment - The views from the 8th floor and spacious apartment
The lift is nearest to the road as there are 2 lifts and as you walk up the road their is a red postbox where you turn into the close The toilet was separate from the bathroom so had to go around to the bathroom to wash your hands after using the toilet
- Archire (9/5): Superb - Lovely apartment, full of character, good deal for price/value ratio. Nick, the landlord, was very accomodating and helpful, and the cat, Prince, is simply royalty. -
